This company deserves 10 stars in my opinion. I contacted Stephen about a rodent problem in our attic which was freaking me out to say the least. He came to our house that very day and arranged for a third party Bryan to come that day also and check structure to see where an entry point might be. Bryan found the point and came the next day and took care of that structural defect very reasonably. Stephen was back and removed our previous pest company's traps (which were ill placed and baited wrong) and put new traps in. Stephen came just about every day until the problem was solved. I was so seriously freaked out that I actually left one night and slept at a hotel. I now have peace once again in my home and have contracted with Stephen's company to do our regular pest servicing. Stephen is compassionate and caring and really cares about getting rid of any problems. He is totally professional, courteous and does call before any visit. I just cannot recommend this company and his associates more highly. You will not be disappointed. read more

Anyone that knows me knows that I can not calmly share a house with a spider. Nope. Not gonna happen. We moved to lovely Modesto last February and I see not one, not two, but three, YES three, spiders in the house. The third little jerk came haulin ass out from under the fridge one morning as I was sipping my water and I'm pretty sure I peed myself a little. He appeared to have hair, two bodies and maybe a knife strapped to his back. I did what any rational person would do. I screamed so loud that I'm pretty sure the neighbors contemplated calling 911 (totally wish they would have - this was clearly an emergency), grabbed the nearest cookbook and murdered him. Twice. Little a-hole wouldn't die the first time. I then jumped on the cookbook several times to make sure the job was done. I quickly tossed the cookbook outside and ran to the phone to look up the best pest control biz in town. I called up cornerstone and filled him in on what just happened. Luckily he came out ASAP before Mr. Spider's family decided to show up and show me what karma was all about. Fast forward a year later and I'm living spider free. Not even one this whole year. We recently noticed that we had a rodent problem in our garage. We had been warned that you can get charged a lot of money for mediocre work. So we turned to Yelp. We zoned in on Cornerstone and the fantastic reviews. After meeting Stephen and having him come out I 100% agree with all these terrific Yelps. He is super friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and an all round honest, hardworking guy. He set traps and we caught 4 four creepy critters. Since then we cleaned up garage and sealed up door and haven't noticed any droppings since. We really liked his approach and service so we decided to continue our relationship by hiring him to come out and spray for pests regularly. I have a friend that used to be in the Pest Control business. We called Cornerstone Pest Management today about a rat/mouse issue at our home, he came out within a couple of hours because he was in the area. He inspected our home, was very informative and helpful all while being soooo friendly! He gave us suggestions on what to do and what our options from here are, and never did I feel uncomfortable, uneasy or felt like I was being pressured into anything. He made me feel at ease about setting traps with two little dogs (one a puppy still) around the house, and told me the appropriate ways to do that without my dogs a) getting to the bait or b) getting hurt in the traps. If you are thinking about who to go with, this company is great! I will be recommending them to anyone I hear that needs pest services from now on. Great Guy! Stephen came out because we had a hive of bees that invaded a small tree in the atrium of one of our commercial buildings. We had never searched for a bee removal company before. We came across 3 different ones. The first one we called asked where were calling from and didn't seem thrilled so we moved on to the next company. Cornerstone said they would be out within an hour or so. He came out examined the issue and proceeded to put the bees inside a hive right then and there. He was amazing! He was nice and explained what was going on during the whole thing. He came back that night to remove the hive since the bees needed to be all inside and it needed to be night or close to it. He came back as planned and all is handled. Great person! He didn't even charge us anything! Wow! way to bring back customer service Stephen! No doubt you are our GO TO BEE GUY!! People! His pricing is fair, he's reliable, and I haven't seen a bug since. His email reminders the day before my appt are great so that I remember to move my dog inside. Last year I moved into a old country home that was invested with every bug you could imagine including cockroaches. You know the kind of bugs that could live through the atomic bomb. Lol! I thought I could DIY it with bombs, sprays, chalks, and traps. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken. I called Stephen and he was very personable and friendly.
