One of the video was filming in my house during the time he was in contract but posted after he finished contract with me. I sent complain to this realtor association and we had the hearing, they conclude that he does not violate anything event though their grievance committee ( the committee decide that we had to go to the hearing) pointed out he has violating multiple articles of conduct. I appeal the hearing decision to their board of directors, the three ladies showed up , without reviewing the case and the video, again saying he did not violate anything. He is free to go, no discipline, no course of action, He has violated the selling agreement and also violate my privacy to post my house video on his instagram, they are covering up for him. I can imaging an organization like this can do such a thing to us and cover up for the most outrageous behavior and illegal conduct of the realtor. That is outrageous and unbelievable for their actions. The public should know about this.

My last experience was with a loan agent that was a nightmare and I ended up changing loan agents but Placer was with me through it all and diminished the stress of the loan process with professionalism, efficiency, communication to all parties in a "seamless transaction from start to finish" as someone else said. My refinance had a subordination loan and I got helpful details that helped the process my loan agent did not provide. I got title company quotes from multiple companies. Placer actually came in the cheapest and recommended from the Nextdoor App otherwise I wouldn't have known they existed. Other companies checked were American Title, 1st American Title, Fidelity Title and Chicago Title. Placer Title Company stayed true to their estimated quote as well. Some other title companies may be good too but I felt heard and cared for in what ended up being a grueling process of numerous months of a loan agent dropping the ball. I was extremely dismayed by his lack of professionalism and appalled by his rudeness. I understand that at times realtors are faced with many unforeseen challenges, but I honestly think that it is not an excuse or reason to be treating someone poorly. But, the one shining light in the midst of the frustrating experiences has been Tawni Hughes. I know it's difficult to get resolution to issues (stolen mail/packages, noisy neighbors, incessant beeping panels, etc.), but for the most part, they are issues outside Boardwalk's purview. So as annoying as they are, they can't really be solved through Boardwalk, although we like to blame them for inaction and not caring. Unfortunately, most owners don't want to serve on the HOA BOD, so this is the best owners can hope for. Tawni genuinely tries to solve problems that she does have control over, but in most cases, she cannot really affect change. Most people don't know how much she does behind the scenes to keep some semblance of order and upkeep. We only see when things break down and then we blame her for the problems because she is the face of Boardwalk. The abuse and acrimony heaped on her is astounding, and I'm not sure if I could maintain my professionalism if I were being personally persecuted, but Tawni does try. Despite the nasty emails, she still responds to them rather than ignoring them. She is not only professional, but she is also so competent and knowledgeable. She is well- versed in all manner of issues, including legal and practical. The HOA BOD relies on Tawni for her sound recommendations and able counsel. Honestly, I don't know how Boardwalk would survive without Tawni because she makes things possible. If it weren't for Tawni, our complex would be adrift and helpless and the problems would be even worse and more numerous. So, I give Tawni her due in dealing with angry people with professionalism and understanding because it is a tough job only a select few are qualified to do.
