It's so run down, in MAJOR disrepair, and has at least 25-30 sites of people living in old (25-40 years old) RVs with so much junk littering everywhere. Everywhere we looked, was gross and we wouldn't feel safe having our RV here. Don't be fooled. Their website doesn't give a hint about how BAD this place is. I wish we had taken pictures. We don't understand the positive reviews posted in the last few years as you can tell this place has been like this for a long time. So gross. Too bad as the park is easy to get to, located on the Sacramento River, and perfect for people who like to fish. If you need to stay somewhere in your RV in this area, go to the Rolling Hills Casino RV Park. It's clean, not much shade, some of the RV sites are very uneven, has security patrol, and doesn't allow full-timers to live there.
