I had gotten my A/C repaired with them. I was told my vehicle would be done within the same day and I was lied to. I call 4 different time to confirm and at the last time I called 1 hour away from them closing I was given confirmation my the owner that it would be done. 30 mins later I got a call form my driver that explained to me that they are closing and then I was told that they would not complete repair today and that they would do it tomorrow. One of the worst business practices is to lie to customer and keep lying until the end and cause delays for the customer. Prior to bringing in the vehicle to the shop I called the shop in advance to get parts sent over to them to get the repair going as soon as possible and was quoted at 98$ per hour for labor. When it got time to payment time I was told I need to pay 125$ an hour due to me bringing in my own parts from the A Volvo dealership. I was never told before that I would be charged additional to bringing in my own parts to the shop. The shop had all the time to explain this especially when I told them I would be bringing in my own part at the time of the conversation when I was quoted 98$ an hour. this is an extremely high lack of professionalism from this shop. When I confronted the shop about its lack of professionalism they cursed me out on the phone knowing what they did was wrong. surprisingly this is my second encounter with this shop as I had forgot I came here before and had waited an additional day to get my repair done the first time around. I have this shops number saved on my phone as DO NOT GO TO and this speaks volumes form someone who give this shop a second chance to repair and replenish name and still ended up doing more damage then the first time. read more

Stay away from this business. They take advantage of customers passing-by that are in desperate need of repairs. My truck came out worst than it came in. Cannot keep their word on when they can start a job because they have no idea how to even finish it. I brought my own parts because they couldn't supply them, they installed a brand new injector, and charged me $2k for completing half the job. Went to another shop because it was running even worst than before. Had to pay another shop to do the same job i paid Cornwell to do. I paid only $800 for a real mechanic to do the job right (same equipment, only thing that changed was the mechanic). Save your hard earned honest money and stay away from this shop. Do not use this business. Should have taken other negative reviews into consideration. Traveling with pick up that needed a power fluid flush due to moisture in fluid. This work is 100.00 or less at a reputable shop. The shop was a mess, no working pump to remove fluid, no needed tools or fluids available. Mechanic had to make shift the best he could making a trip to auto parts store and attempting to find, or repair needed tools. Left 2 hours later with moisture still in fluid and a 180.00 bill due in cash. Consider they will not accept a credit card. Just spent time on my driveway attempting to remove power steering fluid from concrete. This was due to the fact this shop sprayed power steering fluid all over engine compartment. The manager was rude with no explanation of the high bill. Called and explained situation to Tuscon location. No explanation offered. read more

They tried to tell me mice ate my wires, they tried to tell me my batteries are bad, they stoled four of my batteries and They tried to tell me they put the driveline back in after the towing company had to take it out to move the motorhome, none of the shit was true. The screwed with my motorhome for one year, and I had to spend the last week just trying to get them to put it back together and clean it up from all the grease inside so that I could move it to a reputable dealer. They broke and destroyed More than they fixed and that's because They didn't fix anything. These are are unprofessional, they are running a big "repair trucking center" but they don't accept any credit cards, are a pain in the ASS to try to reason a way to get them paid. On top of that they over charge for repairs, for a simple seal my trailer was missing charge over 400 dollars on services. I mean really, shops in Arizona are prices of shit. DO NOTuse this shop. I had the high pressure fuel pump and injectors replaced. It took 31days. I could have done it myself in less time. I received a price from the dealership in the middle of this mess. They would have been $1,200.00 cheaper and would have taken 1 week or less. Bid up front. Nothing up front with Cornwell. They can't program my injectors they said they should be able to. Now I'm at the dealership because they have the correct programs . Cornwell was supposed to give me the codes from injectors so if they could not do it , I would have to give to dealership for programing. But they can't do that right , now have to pull valve cover to get the numbers. I should have known it would be wrong. Will need to pay another hr of shop time. Total of two at least. When we called told the person who answered what we needed. Mechanic did not bring anything we asked for plus he had no proper tools. Mechanic had to use our tools. When he said he needed to go get parts, we told him go to NAPA which was still open and only three miles away instead he went back to 30 miles back Tucson and brought used parts. After three trips and waiting 8 hours in 100 degree weather, it was fixed with my husband doing the majority of the work on the truck. It would have only took an hour fix if they would just listened to what we needed. Next time, we will call Uber and get the parts on our own. We were traveling back home to TX from AZ after moving our dtrs best friend to ASU. Leaving Phoenix, we discovered a large screw in our rental truck's tire. Trying to find service @ 5:30a on Sunday morning isn't easy or is WAY too expensive. Airing up the tire wasn't working as the leak was too great. We called Cornwell's and spoke to the owner, who was very kind on the phone. He told us that the shop could help us and someone would be available when we arrived to assist us-7a. We were told that they couldn't fix the tire, but could replace with our spare. We were driving a F250 with a bed full of luggage!! We were immediately helped. The 2 men who helped us were very kind. The owner also came in during the change and was just as kind. All 3 employees were very friendly, even on a Sunday morning at 7am!! We are SO grateful we found them. This place was great!! We broke down on a Saturday night in our motor home heading back out of town. The 2 mechanics working on Sunday both spent half the day working on our camper. It was the fuel pump. They had to run across town to get one and the one they got was dead brand new out of the box so they had to go back across town to get another one. Didn't charge us Sunday labor rates and they were very friendly and helpful! They took a credit card for us and since we didn't have anywhere to go since our motor home was what we were travelling in and staying in, one of the mechanics loaned us his minivan to take back to our hotel.
