I seen this doctor twice my second visit was on 7/30/2026 at 1:30 pm I arrived at 1:20 pm in Chino Hills office,office was empty the nurse ignore me for twenty minutes by the doctor order and called me at 1:40 she is done with me I waited till 2:20 pm doctor never shows up came out to ask for a water the desk told me they have no water I was dizzy when I asked for the water at 2:40 I have to walk away because this doctor back ground did not want to serve me for some reason I contacted the board to report him,and I will file law suir against this doctor. read more

I have to say, the staff of Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and front office are fantastic, super kind and helpful. But my experiences with Dr. Khaled El Said have been a joke. I can go on and rant about my specific interactions with him, but my multiple appointments with him have been very unprofessional and super unhelpful. He would constantly question my symptoms and issues. Wasted my time in the span of 6 months. Would absolutely not recommend him to anybody. This clinic has the most helpful staff and a very thorough doctor. I am new in town but when I came here looking for a new PCP and met them all, I felt like I have known them for a long time. I came here with my one yr old son for the first time with a pink eye that he caught at the daycare. The doctor asked the front nurse to take a picture of my son and caught him with a hand in his mouth. I asked what is the picture for? The nurse said it was for his profile. I have been to many doctors and they never asked for a picture. They didn't take a picture of me, just my son. Do they really need a picture of my son? Then he examined my son ears then mouth without gloves but he sanitized but without the flat wooden stick, just with his bare hands trying to open my son's mouth for a pink eye. His bare hands went in my son's mouth. I asked if he has the wooden flat stick, he said it might get lodged in there. Then he examined me, he didn't use his hands, just asked me to say Ah. He prescribed the eye antibiotics for use but just want to see if anybody was asked to get their picture taken for a profile here for their children and if the doctor is always using his bare hands in their mouths without gloves. read more

BEST urgent care experience i have ever had. I found them on yelp and realized they were right down the street from me so that was a win win. Called in the morning and was able to make an appointment for that afternoon! My mother has stage 4 head cancer, dr Khaled rescheduled her 3 times over 2 months. On the day before our visit he changed her in person visit to a virtual visit. He showed up at 2:07 for an appointment that was scheduled at 12:45pm, causing her to miss critical speech and physical therapy. In the call he kept saying "does she have ((insert medication, condition, etc)." I asked him to address her as "you" instead of speaking to her indirectly. I'm traveling from out of state and got a very high fever that prevented me from being able to travel home. So as much as I didn't want to go to an unfamiliar doctor, I knew I didn't have a choice. I called Premium Care based on their reviews. Dr. El-Said was actually off and his clinic was closed today. He was staying home spending the day with his kids. But he still reached out to me and answered all my questions, did a virtual consultation and treated me like I was a family member. He was kind, smart, thorough, caring, compassionate and even funny:) I'm a very tough critic of doctors because I have the best at home. Omg, I am so impressed with these guys! They were so kind to see me just two mins prior to closing. The front desk clerk Bryan checked me in right away when I got there. My 6 year old daughter was refused medical care to treat a deep cut to her face for not wearing a mask. Explained that we were both exempt for medical reasons and was still refused medical attention. Being in the medical field you would think that they are aware of medical exemptions and wouldn't discriminate over not being able to wear a mask. The insanity of some people is beyond me and this was truly disgusting. Refusing medical attention to a 6 year old for not wearing a mask even though we have medical exemptions and she had a bad cut to her FACE. About a month ago I took my husband to this urgent care clinic for a flu.Right away Evelyn took care us like we're family or know them for a longtime, this is the very first time we've been in this place,because we just moved here from Palmdale. I never been in the doctor office that have less than 30 minutes waiting time.This place is also very clean and the staff are very professional and courteous. My husband like it so much that he asked Dr. Khaled to be his primary doctor. Also thanks to Doctor Khaled that my husband high blood pressure is now finally under control. Dr. Khalid was so rude. I do not recommend them at all. Had a hard time getting him to fix the bill after they charged me for a copay. After visiting another local urgent care where they said my daughter was fine and repeatedly turned us away, I brought her here because her cough had gotten worse. Thankfully, the doctor here listened to her lungs and ordered x-rays, which revealed that she had been suffering from a lung infection all along. The doctor prescribed medication and scheduled a follow-up to ensure her lungs clear up. I'm extremely grateful and relieved that I made the decision to seek help here. This place doesn't take their clients seriously. They will tell you your issue isn't real. They will visit you twice in a room after making you wait to be seen for a migraine after four hours in a room with a light so blinding it'll make your migraine worse. Not only did I come in with a scheduled appointment, but they continually asked me how i was even able to place one or get in their office in the first place and it seemed it was an issue I was even there. I had proof of the appointment and they made me feel wrong for even wasting their time with one and said they didnt see it on their end. Asked me how I got my appointment AGAIN and then talked over me when I tried to say. They make you feel like you're being interrogated more than helped and will make you wonder if the $500 you spent was even worth it because in the end, you got no help. They made a injured elderly woman limp to vons with no help to use the bathroom when it's a doctors office. They should have a public restroom. -10/10 I have a migraine and he doesn't see me until the last two seconds of my visit and demands I take my sunglasses off which are HELPING with my migraine and then says he's gonna talk til I have a worse one. like WHAT. read more

I had a really unfortunate experience here. I came in needing a really simple ear lovage (you can literally buy these kits and do them yourself at home). I thought I was better off going in and having a professional help me since the eardrum can be very sensitive. I walked in having an issue with only one ear when I laid down, and left with pain and issues in both ears regardless of my head position. They sent me away with a prescription for an antibiotic because my eardrums were so inflamed after what they did. This is something I've had done many times and I've never left in much worse shape than I came in with. I was in their office for two hours and now I need to find another day and time to see someone else can undo the damage they caused. I do not recommend going to this clinic. If you're v local, you're better off making a drive to see a team of people who know what their doing. read more

I've been assigned to this provider for about two years and the few times my appt was not canceled without notice I saw a PA who was gone by the next time I had to make another appt. Dr. El Said is so unprofessional. He closed his office in Loma Linda without sending any notice. When I called to make an appt, The MA suggested I find a new doctor because they moved. I scheduled an appt anyway through teledoc, because his MA said he checked with the dr and it was ok, then at the time of the appt, I received a text saying the doc was running late and would call me at some time by the end of the day. I called in and they said it would be at least two hours. Then he was magically able to take my call. He literally told me if I didn't send a picture of what I was calling about and didn't want to come into the office, I can go ahead and find a new provider closer to me. I NEVER mentioned him being too far. Ever. I said fine and hung up and he called me back to tell me off and hung up on me. I'm laughing at how unprofessional this Dr is and how fake his reviews have to be on the website. The staff on the phone is super nice though. I'll give them that. They're the ones that got the star for this practice. I work in the medical field and I come across so many Drs, but this one is just ridiculous. UPDATE: 1 hour later The Dr had his poor MA call me back do his dirty work. Called to tell me I owe him a copay for a phone call that was under five minutes and that he will no longer be my PCP, as if it wasn't obvious I would never go back to this clinic. read more

Very pleasant experience. My GP retired so I needed to find a new primary physician. They worked with my schedule. I'm not a fan of going to the doctor's office (but who is?) Horrible horrible horrible! My family and I went to see him as they said they took our medical insurance. Now he sent the bills to collection without even trying to collect the bill (surprise bill) and did this to every single one of my family members that went to this provider! A big thank you to Dr. El Said & his nurse Joy for the care & concern shown to me. I fell late in the evening & sustained an injury to my mouth. I knew I needed stitches but was concerned about the care I would receive at the local hospital. I called Premium Care Clinic and although they were getting ready to close the nurse, Joy told me to come right away. Dr. El Said immediately determined that stitches would be needed to close the injury to my lip & reassured me that scarring would be minimal (Phew!). Dr. El Said talked me through the entire suture placement to relieve my anxiety & it was way past closing time when he was done. Thank you! What an amazing group of people. After i experienced a very unpleasant night i decided to visit an urgent care. I recently moved outside of my original coverage area so i had to get on tha phone with my insurance and see what options i had . After speaking to approximately 5-6 people i got an agent whom you could tell liked his job and went out of his way for me and got me a one time authorization to visit Premium Care Clinic , which is also an urgent care close to me. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment i walked in Bree the front office MA made the paper work quick and simple. Took my vitals and had me in a room with in minutes. Maria the Physicians Assistant came to see me soon there after. Help me understand what maybe wrong and gave me some medicine to help. Maria believed i was extremely dehydrated so decided to give me a couple bags IV to help. Joy the RN is such a nice person . So delicate while inserting the IV and even explained the process . The coolest thing is she offered to turn the lights off in the room so i could catch up on some rest i missed from the previous night . Of course i said yes and got a good 45 minutes of rest. The Doctor came in to check on me as well to make sure i was doing okay , i didn't quite catch his name because i was half asleep. But by time i was ready to go i felt like a new human being . All jokes aside this is a very nice group of people . I'm even getting my insurance switch up to make this my primary location to visit going forward .
