We have a small area in our backyard where we have a high fire pit and 4 chairs around it. We just had it on dirt and gravel (d&g) which is okay in the summer but not so great when it's rainy in the winter. And it's obviously been very muddy lately. David has been so communicative with me throughout the entire process and has been available almost 24 hours through texts and e-mails. We needed our embarrassing tiny backyard to have pavers installed because we finally wanted to have a cute backyard that we wouldn't mind lounging in when we wanted some fresh air. Luis and his guys were the hardest working men we've seen. They're dedicated and masters of their craft and are so efficient! They don't waste time talking, they're always on time, and they work every minute they're here until they are finished. With our projects, we had some unexpected setbacks that delayed the work about a week, but it wasn't Luis's or his guys' fault. For example, there was a sudden broken sprinkler outside our yard fence that leaked into our backyard twice, thus delaying their work since the yard needed to dry. There was also an unearthed manhole that we didn't know existed in our backyard under our fencing that they had to work around. It was stressful that these things unexpectedly came up but David, Luis, and the guys were so understanding and kind about it and they worked around things to make everything work out perfectly. As you can see from the attached Before/After photos I attached, they completely transformed our mini dirt backyard into a beautifully paved dream. We can now put furniture out there and plants, and not feel ashamed of how ugly it is, because it's not anymore!!
