This is an update to a previous post. I called Carlos back in December to ask for his mailing address and email address. He had changed his email address, so what was on his contract was no longer valid. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for over 18 months. He told me he would call me with the information. Why he couldn't give it to me on the phone at that time didn't surprise me. He has yet to send it to me. If I could give Carlos and his company 100 stars I would. The experience has been fantastic, you couldn't have asked for a better family and company to do business with. Where do I start? I reached out to a bunch of companies, Mondragon was one of the first to answer. I received a bunch of quotes and I want to say that they were BY FAR the cheapest and most reasonable. Carlos (the owner) gave a fair and honest price in his quote. My project was really big and complexed, they were honest when they said they have never done such a big project at once and but they assured me they had the same experience to do so. I thought that was honorable and half the reason I decided to accept their bid (I'm huge in honesty).
