I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!

Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

We scramble to accommodate but inform that due to reschedule there's no one to help carry the toilet up and light of stairs. Instant attitude. Plumber arrives with helper, is rude, condescending, asking why we want the toilet replaced, I list the services requested. He then denys there's drain clean out requested while waving his phone around telling me I'll have to reschedule. There's an obvious sewer smell in the bathroom, yet he can't smell anything. I tell him that was the purpose for his being there. He again denies it's on the service request so I tell him I'll call husband, he states he'll go get the toilet. I'd had my husband on the phone listening to all of this the whole time when plumber arrived and started being rude to me. Told husband I wasn't going to have someone in my home that I'm paying for a service, that is being so rude to me, that now don't trust to do this service. He agreed. I went to garage and cancelled service. He tells me I owe him $59. I tell him I'll call his office, he repeats I owe him $59. I tell him I'm not paying him a dime, I'll call his office and to leave. He says some choice words, I tell him good luck at his Drs appt. While closing garage door. Handy more choice words, I then tell him to get off my property or I'm calling the police. He leaves, I go inside. Husband's still on the phone and heard everything. He's outraged and called their office. Plumber told then owner I was nasty to him, was told that my husband heard everything because he was on the phone with me the whole time. Apologies were said and he asked if he could send someone else out, we've declined their service.
