I reached out to this company to schedule an estimate for a home project. After communicating with…read morethem, we agreed on an appointment for Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. I confirmed the appointment and even adjusted my work schedule so I could leave early to be available. On the day of the appointment, I never received a confirmation or any communication that there was a problem. After waiting, I made several attempts to call and text the company but received no response. It wasn't until much later that I was told they didn't have availability and was asked if I wanted to reschedule for later that week. I understand that unexpected situations can arise and schedules can change. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication. My time is valuable too, and a quick call or text letting me know there was an issue would have been appreciated and would have prevented me from rearranging my day unnecessarily. Based on this experience, I did not feel confident moving forward with this company. Reliable communication is an important part of customer service, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience.

We had three different contractors come out to repair the leaks. All of them left us with outrageous bills, threats of litigation, and bathtubs that still leaked. After receiving payment, none of them would honor their "warranties" and come back to fix their deficient work. When I initially found Jon on Yelp, I was skeptical. I decided to give him a chance because I had no other options. They were extremely responsive and were able to come out in a few days. They fixed both leaks and honored their warranties for minor things I noticed after they left. Their prices are very reasonable. Furthermore, they are actually licensed, which is rare for most services that you find on Yelp. Most contractors will present a license, but have unlicensed workers do the actual work to cut costs. They are also extremely trustworthy and I would have them work in my home with no one present. If you have any issues, I highly recommend you contact them. They will not disappoint. As to the negative reviews left by Ryenne and Amy, all I can say is that Things 2 Fix was one of the most responsive contractors I have come across. They will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.

I scheduled an appointment for 8am on Monday, by 10am I was panicking because we had a main line sewer clog and had not received any communication. I texted, I called (never went to voicemail except one time days later, every other time it appears someone answered the phone while on mute so I'd just hang up). It wasn't until my husband started calling that he finally got an answer and was told they'd be here at noon. That time again came and went, but they did finally show up at 1pm. The two guys that came out resolved the issue, but said their "card reader was down and could only accept cash". Since this repair is going through my home warranty, I need the invoice for reimbursement and have been told since Monday that Bob (the owner) would send it. Monday night he said, nothing. Tuesday night he said, nothing. Wednesday morning he said he was working on it "right now", nothing. Wednesday evening he said he was working on it "right now", you guessed it - nothing. At this point I don't think it's ever going to happen, likely because this isn't a real company. They're not BBB accredited, cannot communicate over several days, and overall has been a nightmare to work with. I'm kicking myself for cancelling with another plumber that quoted me the same price, so don't be like me - call this guy instead (2247046220) Drainmaster Sewer & Plumbing LLC! Same price, way more professional, and has the reviews to back it up. Additionally, it really rubbed me the wrong way that he would not answer me but would respond when my husband contacted him (on several occasions). Despite me being the one to schedule and pay, it seems Bob does not want to work with women. Run, don't walk, away from this poor excuse of a "business". They had some install issues with the second faucet and stayed until it was completely done and functioning well, past 8pm on a Friday.
