At 1:55 I called them to find out what their status was and I was told we will call you back. It is now 330. I had not heard anything reached out to the warranty department and they canceled the service on me. This is poor customer service on their part. They knew I lived in Colorado Springs and they didn't have the decency to call back and just canceled my appointment at the last minute

He gave a reasonable price range for what to expect. Of course, the project was not as easy as I advertised -- it turns out that the shut off valve for the house didn't work. Brian worked with the utility company to coordinate a time to shut off water at the curb even though it was the next day, also replaced the house shut off for a respectable increase in price, and was genuinely polite and upbeat throughout. We received a quote on Monday, spoke with Rick on Wednesday with a few questions we had & after deciding to move forward, he scheduled our installation for THAT Friday! SO quick! Rick and his team arrived on time and prepared. The job took about 7 hours & they were very respectful of our home, placing down materials to prevent any mess in our space. Both companies gave me a quote on the exact same Lennox 16 SEER Air Conditioner and Rabbit was significantly lower. But that was only the beginning. When they came to do the install, they were extremely professional and thorough. They went above and beyond in making sure all the ductwork around the furnace was replaced well. When they were done, they cleaned up beautifully and there were no extra fees tacked on, even though they did some additional work. They explained every step to me and answered all my questions. Rabbit will always be my HVAC guys!
