They were friendly and considerate, and did a superb job. When finished, I asked Bill for a recommendation for someone to replace the tile that had been destroyed for the basement shower's new fixtures. He asked me if I still had some of that tile. I did, and he repaired the wall! Then he asked if I had any grout, and he regrouted it! He did a perfect job! This was definitely not in the scope of the repipe work. My repipe has been problem-free for six years so I recently hired them to move my washer upstairs to an area with no plumbing. Bill and Chris came again, along with one other worker, Edgar. They completed the plumbing in a day and moved the washer upstairs. Then Bill said that after I had a 240V line installed for the dryer, they would come back to move it upstairs, plus build a vent to the outside. Again, this was not in our contract. So back they came, moved the dryer up, and vented it 17 ft. to the back of the house. When finished, I asked Chris how to get the old sump pump lid off so I could drain it. He asked for a shop vac, and did it for me, a disgusting, smelly job, and cleaned up the mess. Again, this was not in our contract. My two experiences with Just Plumbing have shown me that this is a company that not only does excellent work, but is more than willing to go the extra mile. I recommend them without reservation.

After a "FREE" visit, the Tech quoted $1400 to fix a simple pump replacement that will take 30-45…read moreminutes on our tankless water heater (according to Navien Tech Line and other over-phone quotes). Others have quoted over the phone $250-$450 (but they can't get to it until late next week at the earliest). The water heater itself would be $1500 to replace! There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400! He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free. All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day. WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!

We had our main line scoped a couple days before the service and it was clear, then we got it scoped again and it was clogged. After calling to explain, Ken Reef was defensive, kept interrupting me when asking questions and not willing to help unless we paid an additional $500 - a "discounted rate". All they did was push the clog further down the line and were unwilling to clear it. I called Plumbline and they were willing to help for $93. Steer clear of Rotorooter. We will see them in court.

I am so glad I had him (and Emergency Rescue Plumbing) come out to look, because he was able to help guide me to a decision regarding fixing versus repairing, and actually listened to the troubleshooting I had done so far to narrow down the issue. As part of this, Rob did such a great job explaining *everything* to me, in terms that I could easily understand. By the time he left, I knew all of the major components in a water heater, and what exactly could fail, as well as the cost for installing a new one, and the additional implications on being up to code, and how that plays into everything (like whether or not I'd have to install an expansion tank). I haven't needed to do the repair or install yet, but I will certainly use Emergency Rescue Plumbing when it comes time to do so.
