I was so hopeful to ship my car with them overseas reading the reviews, but they have shown they're absolutely not interested in doing business. One person was rather rude and another that took over seemed to be nice, but then she just stopped responding altogether when I have asked if I could review the verbiage of a contract we're going to sign prior to shipping my vehicle. Their quotes were also higher than anyone else I have inquired with, but I was going to put up with it reading glorious reviews. Can't recommend at all. read more

Never again!!! They are apparently a broker for the actual auto transfer companies. J & A TRANS LLC was the company they gave the job to transfer my car to another state. When I spoke to Ryan from Corsia Logistics, he told me that 100 pounds of personal items was included with my quote. The driver came the day after he was supposed to come to pick up the car and upon picking it stated that there is more than 100 pounds in the car (not having weighed it or anything). He pushed back the day he was supposed to bring the car to me twice, causing me to have to push back the day I was using the rental car and had to pay additional fees. He then said that I owed him $200 extra because the items (using his eyeballs as a scale) were over 100 pounds. I spoke with Ryan and Corsia about it and Ryan said that the items seem to be 200 pounds from the pictures he sent him, and that the items were supposed to be in a suitcase in the back of the trunk and that the items I have were obstructing the view of the driver and he needs to see through my car in order to drive. I said all of this you did not mention, and is not in your contract which by the way he sent me AFTER I made a deposit. Also, they can charge whatever fee they want because there is no weighing that is done or gauge price to say if your items are 50 pounds over this will be the fee etc. They just pull an amount out of their behinds. Than on top of that J & A TRANS LLC driver had the nerve to text me a nasty message asking, "Do you understand that there is a $850 balance." Furthermore, he did not want to come deliver the car directly to me, he said that he is not allowed to as he has a big truck and can't turn into my area. He tried this with my family when he was picking up the car. So they do not want to deliver directly to you because its more convenient for him. The street I'm on bigger trucks than his come down all the time. I had to use an uber to get my car. J & A TRANS LLC count your days! I was hoping that using a car shipper would make my life easier but they made it more stressful and expensive. I would not use Corsia again, they lie and are scammers and will make your move a nightmare! read more

From: Chicago to Los Angeles Vehicle: 2011 Range Rover Sport I was referred to Corsia by my brother as he had used them twice before. I spoke to them via online chat and got a better rate than 4-5 other places. After choosing a pickup date, I had my SUV already scheduled for a pickup in a day and ready to go from Chicago to Los Angeles. The pickup was smooth, as pictures were taken of my SUV and emailed to me before the truck left. To my surprise my SUV was delivered in 4 days!!!!! First and foremost, for anyone following my review of any other company, this is who I went with. All in all, I had a good experience with Corsia. The only thing that lost it a star is that the guy that runs the company could be friendlier. BUT, he was the only company that came through (and pretty quickly at that). He also stuck to the low, quoted amount. Most other companies rope in with a low (and unrealistic) amount, then tell you it'll be more because no one will pick it up for that price. It's important to note that all of these companies are brokers. They only handle scheduling. So your experience with the actual transportation of your vehicle is NOT Corsia. They do not own the vehicles. The guy that picked mine up was great. But YMMV. read more

Update: Monday, June 8 I received a telephone call from Ken at Corsia apologizing profusely for the confusion caused by Martin on Saturday. Apparently Martin is a new guy who needs a bit more training. Ken found a transporter who picked up my car at 10:30 am, Monday June 8 for only slightly more than the original price. Corsia tells me they will pay any increased costs from my original estimate. Overall, they did get the job done but only after tremendous worry on my part from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning. Reading reviews of other companies makes this seem like not an uncommon occurrence. Corsia did come through in the end and got my car shipped by my deadline for the agreed price. Word of advice for anyone shipping a car: Make your life easier. Have a backup person who can handle the shipping of your car after your end date if you are leaving the area. read more

Holy cow, this place sucks! Booked them a month ago and was given a 5 day window in which they would pick up my car. After not hearing from Corsia by the 4th day I called them to find out they won't have any drivers available until 3 days later. That would have been too late as I have a flight already booked the following day. Had to go with a different company that charged a premium with such short notice. I used Corsia Logistics again but for a longer haul. This time my car went from LA to Jacksonville Florida. Everything with Corsia Logistics went wonderfully just like the first time. One tip is if the driver does ask for more money do not give them any, simply call Corsia Logistics. It is contracted out and anything that is not done right they deal with quickly and professionally. It is very relieving to know that no matter what happens they will handle it for you and call you right back after it's dealt with. Before I hired a car mover I did my homework and read a lot of horror stories. The industry seems to be full of dishonest and unreliable characters. THE GOOD NEWS: Corsia came through for me in every way. During my research I found they had all good reviews. Coincidentally, they had the best price, too. Granted, Corsia arranged for a carrier to actually deliver my car, but that didn't matter. They chose well. My BMW 6 series arrived 2 days early and the driver was very good with communication. In fact I kept calling him every day and even twice a day just to get an update of the location and he always responded unlike other companies. (late post from 1/2018) Corsia Logistics transported my car from Los Angeles to Miami and it took about 6-7 days including weekends. Transporting my car was off to a rocky start as the first dispatch company informed me that service would be delayed. After I contacted Corsia to assistance, they immediately dispatched another company asap and had my car scheduled for pick-up the following day. My car arrived on time to its final destination. I was sent text messages with ETAs the day before and the day my car was set to arrive at my place of employment. My car was intact, no issues and was safe. The dispatcher was very nice and personable. The driver was excellent and kind. He informed me to start my car and allow it to warm up for about 10 mins since it was not turned on in several days. He also gave me tips on ensuring that my car was good since it went through different weather conditions during transport. My car was on an open flatbed truck along with several other cars and there was no issues at all. The price was very reasonable, but can fluctuate during various seasons of the year, so requesting a quote online is the best method, however, the quote is only valid for a couple of days. I know this from experience as I was quoted a different price when I called back to confirm my services ( a tad bit higher), but they worked with me to keep the new quote within the same price range. Other than that, I recommend Corsia Logistics for your auto transporting needs. I know I will use them again. read more

No communications, no followup, Luke lies to you and makes excuses and company does not back up their "5 Star" (made up) service. If you want the worst in customer service go ahead, take a chance but you WILL be disappointed. Not sure how they are still in business.
