Unloaded it and then took the extra effort to drive it 25 feet, parking it perfectly where I wanted it. 5 star service all the way around. Beware there's a lot of scammers out there! Prior to my experience with Motorcycle Mover LA, I only trusted two people to lay hands on my bikes; myself and Henri at Moto-Science. But Vince's name is now added to the list. Several years as a law enforcement officer has endowed me with a unique ability to spot a dirtbag from a mile away, Vince is the polar opposite, he was extremely flexible, genuine, and knowledgeable. The professionalism he exhibited and willingness to deal with the hypersensitivity (which must of us who love our machines exhibit), was truly unparalleled. Because I couldn't be there when he loaded my bike for transport after a minor ECU issue, he actually took a picture and text it to me while I anxiously sat in lecture! Not only that, he communicated so effectively with my service shop, that the problem was identified, and my bike was ready for pick-up right after class. But it doesn't stop there. I was so impressed by his knowledge I had to call and have a conversation with him.
