My rear tires had balding treads and it was getting real close to replacing them. Then I ran over a nail and it was set, I needed to replace them asap. Managed to get there Monday in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy at all, and they were nice and offered an adorable deal and quick! Would recommend read more

Found this place at 9am on a Sunday morning. I suddenly had a nail in my tire. It was a Sunday so I panicked like wtf am I gonna do! Then this place showed up like it was god's plan. I found these guys on OfferUp i Message them right away about some brand new Toyo tires I got a response right away. I asked questions about if it will fit my truck if I could try them out, they were able to help me with all that at the end they found me the right tires that actually fit my truck and wont rub they dismounted the tire that I had on and mounted a used tire the same size I was looking at and the new ones were going to rub at the end to big they found me the right size and order the tires and I got them the next day very fast efficiently and helpful staff prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

This place has awesome customer service and they are really fast on changing tires. Or maybe it was because the guy made me laugh so much I forgot where the time has gone... haha jk. Super helpful during a time of need! Got a flat on a Sunday and most places aren't open. We called a bunch of places and this place called us back and gave us a quote on the used tire. Let us know they had it in stock. When we got there he tried to see if the tire was patchable, which it wasn't so he replaced it asap!! Great service, great attitude. Thank you! read more

This place is completely deserving of a high rating. Highly recommend if you need to get your tires fixed or replace. Came in thinking I just needed to get a small fix and found out the tire needed to be fully replaced, they had the tire in stock and Jose was able to get me in and out in 20 minutes, he was quick, efficient, friendly and the place is not overpriced. Not deserving of the five stars it has. Nickle and dime you. Cash only should be another star off but I don't grade that way. $10 extra for balancing, tf?? That's supposed to be included and everyone knows that. And in the end they said come back. Ha! Not like that! The price seems variable to what they think you'd spend. $40/used tire with not so much tread left and then balancing. $50 for not a great tire and had a plug in it they hoped I wouldn't notice. That's pretty bad! One guy doesn't even know where some tires are or if they had stock and there were five to choose from. In the end the guy who knew better couldn't even balance the wheel right and left the existing weights on it!! There's weights at the 12 o'clock 4 o'clock and 7 o'clock positions. WTF. That wheel shakes at freeway speeds now. Unbelievable. At least it wasn't a total top off but they definitely were milking me for all they can thinking I had money when I don't! The more I think of it the more I want to change my review to three stars. Plus it slowly loses air. Every week or loses a little psi. Enough to be a pain but not enough to be significant. Probably because of the plug but places won't replug a tire. read more

The tire mechanics at this shop are friendly and experienced. They were eager to service my car as I needed a nail to be removed and my tires to be rotated. I was able to get a decent estimate for when I need my tires replaced. I will always come here for tire service. Also, during my short 20 min visit, a lot of customers were showing up for service, which means people around know they are good! read more

First of all, when I went in for a standard alignment, he told me my alignment was perfect other than needing rear control arms to fix rear camber issues known on Teslas. He promised that with this new rear control arm installation and alignment, he would have 3x my potential tire life! Sounds amazing, right? I at first was weary of this suggestion and initially declined his offer, but after doing research and confirming it was a good suggestion, I book him for an appointment and was excited to have him work on my car. He quoted me 2-3 hours of labor. I arrived, but he takes in my car and FINISHES the entire rear control arm installation and full wheel alignment in just over an hour. How did he out do his own estimate of 2-3 hours of labor? Maybe he was pissed off and decided to do subpar installation and alignment? When he finishes my car, he tells me he is upset/angry with me for not knowing any better that he is a "stand up guy" and that I was wrong for doubting his "professional suggestions!" He then had me listen to how he only looks out for all his customers. If that were the case, then my new alignment should be spot on, right?? Am I not allowed to have any kind of doubt when meeting this guy whom I don't know anything about? I can't read peoples minds and know that he meant the best for me! What the hell is going on?? Is this all a joke? Customers can't be transparent and honest about initially declining a suggested fix and change their mind later? Is this still America? After his insanely quick rear camber arm and full alignment were completed in just over an hour, I looked over the spec sheet and ask Ai to summarize his service. Ai tells me my toe and rear camber are still off, similar to have not having anything adjusted! When contacting him via text, and ask whether or not his work will prove to give me 3x the tire life he promised, he ignores my question and just states, "Anything outside of factory specs would be technically be custom specs." I DON'T THINK SO, PLAYER. I then told him, "It isn't a custom alignment, it is "Ideal alignment" and he still ignores my questions and says, "it would be a custom aligment because it's not what factory recommends." NOPE, YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULD 3X MY TIRE LIFE, BUT DRIVING MY CAR FEELS ABSOLUTELY WRONG AFTER LEAVING HIS SHOP! UPDATE: HAD MY NEW ALIGNMENT TESTED TODAY AT AN INDEPENDENT SHOP AND MY ALIGNMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY SABOTAGED AND ATROCIOUS!
