My friend and I contacted them ( daniel ) for one of their tire listings on marketplace listing ( i have proof ). They quoted us $260 brand new kumho. We updated and told them we would come in that day and he said "si". I got there and spoke to a young dude that was wearing shades. I asked for Daniel and he said he's not working today. Well, sure I don't mind dealing with him since they quoted us the price and told us to come in. He said new tires for the ones we are looking for is $300 or whatever the price is. I showed him the screenshot of the conversation and he said those are not new and he has those. Then he brought out some different brand of tires. First of all, you already not keeping your words within your business. second, you continue to lied even when i showed you screenshots. Not very smart. When I got there today, no customers were there, so now I understand the reason why. And of course he doesn't know I'm in automative industry for many years and by you doing this stuff to customers, you definitely will get a bad review on yelp, on google review, also will definitely be reported to BBB and last but not least, your business reputation will definitely get some good honesty feedback by me. No worries, I'm not like you guys. I'm honest and I told you I will keep my words - leaving you honest bad reviews and leaving you honest feedback to the automotive industry. DOT NOT TRUST THIS PLACE IN FIXING YOUR RIMS. The guy gave us a price of $200 for fixing two rims and he took them to a third party. Then when the "job was done" he change the price to $250. The reason why I got them fix was because air was leaking, well the very next day the problem was still there. WARNING!! This guy will try to scam you. I arrived around 11am to the owner arguing with another customer for about 5 minutes. When the customer left, he walked by us angrily and said "be careful, that guy will try to get you". Since I was quoted a decent price over the phone ($25 per used tired), I thought I would still give the place a chance. I should have listened to the angry customer!!! He removed the front left tire, and then tried to remove the right tire but left one bolt on. He then said that there was a problem with the bolt, and said it was "heavy" and he couldn't remove it. He used the drill-type of machine to show us that he couldn't get it off, so I asked him what the plan of action was. He said "I can fix it for an extra $40 because I have to get the part". UMMM NO. NO. NO. So I said, "no, I'll just go somewhere else". The guy got all huffy & puffy, and started talking bad in Spanish about us to the other guy in the shop. I understand Spanish, dude!! We watched him put the tires back on, and we left. We went to another, more reputable, tire shop in Covina-GRAND TIRES, and they were able to remove the bolt with ZERO effort BUT they said that the last person to touch the tires broke the bolt stud (see pictures) so now I have to replace that.
