Best tire shop in the area and best of all open till 8 PM! Prices are great quality is great. Service is great. He gave me many tires brands to choose from for my Chevy avalanche, instead of just trying to throw a tire at me. I'm coming from a few cities over with a smile on my face every time. This is definitely my goto tire shop.

Richard and Gabriel were very helpful getting me a new set of tires. They went above and beyond to help. They even fixed my curb damaged rims. Definitely coming back! Don't to hesitate they will take care of you just show up.

Quick simple easy, nice explanation and run through A+ work. Rim was fixed and tire replaced after really bad pot hole.

If you want your tires replaced quickly and with no hassle or hidden fees, come to Johnny's. I was looking for used tires and the owner, Gabe, gave me a great deal on a new set. His team had the tire change done quickly and he even let me go get cash at the ATM after the repair was done. You can't buy that kind of trust. Don't come here . Call 45 minutes ago spoke Jonny and got a quote for Continental tires . Gave him the size and he said 380 including installation and balance. Show up 30 minutes after . Someone else approach me . Told him I spoke to Johnny ( piece of lying shit ) gave him the details and he bring a different brand and said that Continental tires are not for $380 . I went in to get a simple tire patch. At first, they said it could be patched, but I stepped out to grab cash. When I came back, I was suddenly told the tire had a slash on the inside and couldn't be repaired. This was never mentioned before I left, and it felt suspicious how the damage only appeared once I returned. On top of that, the workers looked like they didn't even want to fix it in the first place -- the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I left feeling uncomfortable and like I couldn't trust their work. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this spot -- get a second opinion somewhere else before agreeing to any repairs here. It's been a long time since I felt compelled to write a review, but the service and quality of work at Johnny's is unmatched. I called at 4:45 pm, got a tow to Johnny's at 5:22 pm, and left at 5:33 pm with a brand new tire!!!! Their prices are MORE than reasonable -- tire + labor was still less than I would've paid for a tire alone at a big corporate shop. Not only that, but everyone there was professional and friendly. 5 stars -- I'm now a customer for life (hopefully won't be coming back too often though!!! lol). read more

My boyfriend got a flat on a Saturday night. We were researching Yelp used tire places and Johnny popped up on my feed. I sent it to him and he called Johnny. Johnny had his tire size and used too. He was kind enough to send my boyfriend a text message of his address because not a lot of people do that. When we arrived, the service was fast and reliable. Johnny inspected the flat tire to see if it was fixable but he reassured my boyfriend that he needs to get a used one rather than purchasing a new tire. Johnny accepts cash and venmo/or zelle. Everything was pretty awesome but tire immediately started leaking air which for a used tire is normal except not the next day. So .... Dude must have known tire was leaking. Glen, I remember this happen like a month ago, I am very sadden to read this. But what I'm more sadden about this situation, is that this is how I find out about it. I remember you very well. I remember offering you my last gatorade I had. That day I was working by my self with no help (2 ppl called out), i remember helping out two customers at the same time when I was changing your tires. One customer all they needed was air and the other a patch. I didn't think you'd mind since I saw you smoking and chilling with your phone and I had given you a great deal on the tires that I was asking for $65 each but at the end settled for $230, mind you these tires were almost new (I thought I had a little leeway, I guess not). You wanted a set and you needed all 4, your alignment was really really off and both tires in the front were wasted all the way down to the wires, I recommended you to a spot down the street, I know it wasn't a pretty sight, but they are good ppl and they have the most inexpensive prices around, I figured. Since you were looking for deals, maybe you'd want another one for you alignment, they only charge $40 dollars for a Computer alignment (I figured wrong). Back to the tires, those tires were the only ones we had at the time. We didn't have any inexpensive tires at the time for your size. I offered you new ones, but you were happy with the used ones I showed you and how I explained to you about the trailer tires an all we needed to do, is keep them at a 40psi and not at the 65psi that they recommend . After I was done, I told you if anything is wrong go ahead and come back, an I pretty sure I gave you a business card with my direct number on it (cell). Trust me when I say this, I have the coolest brother in the world. His name is Oscar and he has Down syndrome, I would hate for anyone to ever take advantage of him or anyone one who is disabled. I recently purchased two front tires, I've lived in El Monte all my life, I been too many tire shops in El Monte. I highly recommend visiting Johnny's tires and Auto. Awesome prices the customer service is some of the best I've ever seen. For future purchases, I will always go to Johnny's tires and Auto. I came to Johnny's Tire Shop in El Monte last minute, and they were awesome! They got me in right away, super quick and professional the whole time. I was stranded with four blown tires and Gabriel came out to me early morning and changed everything for me. I was able to make it back to the shop got the rest of the work needed done and it was a life saving situation. It you need tires, have tire or wheel issues come here read more
