bought a 2008 vette through car gurus with corvette wharehousr in Dallas. Andy was my salesman. it took almost 2 months to get my car. They kept giving me the run around about having to fix this and fix that, 5 problems in total. when i gor my car....finally....the sensors for the tires were not in sync. as soon as i got into the car showed left fron tire was low. I stopped at the gas station and filled it. next day got into the car and showed the same tire low. I took the car to my local chevy dealership to get the tires inspected. they informed me that the tires were all shot, no good. the left fronr tire disintigrated as they were trying to fill it with air. i called corvette wharehouse and Andy told me that the only thing they could do is ship me tires at cost, me having to pay for them. whats funny is that they f-ed me real good. They knew the tires were bad, one of the thinga they fixed was taking the tires off of the rims to redo all the crome on the rims so obvioulsy they new the tires were shot. i would never do business with these lying sacks of shit. This place is a joke! Phil the salesman was a great dude! Very nice to chat with. But when trying to discuss a deal I was blown off.(big dude with cherry face) I never even got the chance to test drive the car I wanted to buy. They want full price on a 81k mile car which the window seal is messed up, scratches on the console, ripped seat. And anti theft issues on the car alarm, and a miss fire once started that went away after warmed up. Just be careful spending that much money for a lemon read more

Drove up from San Antonio to look at a C6 and got there to find out the drivers seat was not in it. Great that they sent it out to get it to look like new, but wanted to hopefully drive it and take it home that day. We did fall in love with a C7 there, and purchased it. Andy did a good job explaining some of the details of the car. Now here is why they only get 3 stars. We drove the car back home to San Antonio, and now its dark, we pull up to the garage, the headlights don't match! One is brighter than the other with a hint of blue. I told Andy about it, and he said he would take care of it and order a new set. The problem is, in order to change the bulbs on a C7, you have to take the entire front bumper off. I don't know how to do that, and they said sorry, we will get you the bulbs, but your on your own for the $300 cost to get them installed. Love my new ride, hopefully this is the only bump in the road. Just wanted to give a heads up to make sure you check these things. read more

Experience started out great...just like my 1st marriage. Flew over 1,000 miles and paid a premium for a supposed well maintained Vette. Day 2 and the ignition switch fell into the dashboard, stranding me in Colorado. Paddle shifters don't work...rear tires need replacing. Like lipstick on a pig! I purchased a used corvette, everything went great, after i took it home I tried to set up Sirius radio, found out the radio id was for a 2014 impala, Sirius would not set up a radio not registered to my car, evidently someone purchased a used Sirius radio and put it in. called Mr. Lyons and was told "what do i expect, its a used car" told me to go to bonnie and Clyde's radio repair. Now i have to purchase a new radio, the id numbers cannot be changed or swapped on the radio.. I sold heavy equipment for 40 years, never treated a customer like that. This place deserves 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. My husband went in to look into buying a Corvette for the first time last week and helped by Phil. Phil has clearly not been trained on how to treat customers well, he tried to intimidate and pressure him into buying the Corvette that day. Today my husband went back with high hopes and ready to pay for the car in full cash, and was let down yet again. My husband is a big and well known part of the car world and the workers treated him like he knows absolutely nothing, they wouldn't even let him test drive the car unless he buys it first, which makes absolutely zero sense. I can't believe these reviews. I traded a C6 Grand Sport in on a C7 Z06/Z07, and I was treated well. Here's my experience: (1) The Z06 I bought is immaculate. It's beautiful. I was given a clean and current CARFAX. Nothing was hidden. It had 1600 miles on it and was priced in the middle of similar cars offered for sale in Dallas and Houston, and a little less than a similar car at Carmax, which is also no haggle. So, I could have given up the color I wanted and taken more mileage to save a little money. I probably could have gone to another dealership and spent all day haggling for a better deal. Kinda like every car buying experience that I've ever had. The car I wanted was here. (2) I drove the car before I bought it. Nobody gave me a hard time. Yes, I think they use discretion. I wouldn't let anyone drive my Vette either if they were "just lookin' around." To say that a dealership won't let a serious buyer do a test drive is simply absurd. They wouldn't sell a single car that way. (3). Yes, it took a while to unstack the showroom and get the Z06 out for the test drive. Not a big deal to me ... I just went to lunch. If you ask me, I do think they could use a little more floor space to loosen it up, but I laughed out loud at the review that accused them of parking cars close to hide flaws. Really dude? (4) Yes, they offered me a little less than I wanted for the C6 Grand Sport that I traded in. That's also kinda like every car buying experience that I've ever had. Simple economics. Buy low, sell higher is how dealerships make money to pay wages and bills, as I'm sure you know. The alternative was to sell it myself, which is a hassle I don't want. Out of curiosity, I did look at the price they listed my C6 for after we traded. Based on that, had I sold it myself, I undoubtedly lost some money. Had I sold it on consignment, which I probably would have done, I didn't lose that much. All things considered, yea, I took it in the shorts a little on the trade in part, but it was my choice. Turning heads in my fully loaded Z06 makes me feel a little better about it. (5) Regarding the comment about financing, personally, I always arrange my own financing when I buy a car. I think you're asking for a higher rate if you let any dealership do that for you. (6) I dealt with Phil in sales. Olivia helped. JR did the paperwork in the office. Paperwork wise, it's probably one of the easiest purchases I've ever made. (7) There was an error in the deal that I caught a few days later that was nobody's fault. I felt like I was owed a small refund. JR looked into it, agreed with me, and took care of it. Sounds honest to me. How about you? (8) The comment about buyer beware. Absolutely right. Not only here, but also when you purchase your new Vette from a dealership. Every once in a while, somebody is going to drive away with a lemon. Don't be that guy. (9). Finally, I'm suspicious of so many posts that say you can get a much better bargain at dealership so-and-so just down the street. Maybe some of that is spam, or maybe dealership so-and-so really does have a better deal for you. Either way, shopping around is always good advise. Seriously shocked at how these guys treat their customers. Went in to look at an older model Corvette that I had my eye on. When I came in, I didn't see anyone in the main area so I went back to their showroom to look around. After about 15 minutes, I had to go track someone down to help me. The guy I talked to really didn't seem all that interested in helping me but muttered answers to a few of my questions. When I asked if I could drive the car, he hits me with "well, are you gonna by it?" So I tell him I'm thinking about it but I need to drive it first. He says "we really don't like people driving them unless they are for sure gonna buy it". Sorry dude, have you ever bought a car without driving it first?? He's asking me if I've got the money for it, and saying they don't want people playing in cars that can't buy them. He finally lets me take it around the block and is pretty much rushing me through the entire process. I'm sitting in the car, engine running trying to check the gauges and other things throughout the car, he reaches over and turns off the engine taking the key out. To be honest I was seriously considering buying this car but I got the feeling he didn't want me looking at it too much. The whole experience was awkward, insulting and felt shady. News flash to this company, if you want to sell a car, treat your customers with respect. Not only was I going to pay cash for that car, my crappy experience led me to your competition...walked out with a better car and a better deal. read more

I called Corvette warehouse a couple weeks ago and I told them that I just paid my car off they wanted a $7000 down payment for a 2010 C6 was 69,000 miles but my credit score showed them that I was 100% on time with all my payments they said they wanted a credit score of 710 my credit score was 660 and they said my credit score was 640 and that it didn't make a difference and then The guy told me there's always tomorrow how are you going to charge a $7000 down payment on an 11-year-old vehicle with 69,000 miles on it so I decided not to get it I was really discouraged he said that their finance department was really particular, The car was 26,000 I offered them a $3000 down payment with finance charges I would've only paid around 28 or 29 for the car read more

Sadly, the support you get from this place is terrible. Pauly was least helpful. The Corvette I purchased from Corvette Warehouse had illegal tint on it. I failed inspection and when I called to see if they would offer any help, Pauly said there was nothing they can do and even accused me of lying about the window tint and asked "how do I know you even bought the car from me." That is not customer service. I would've loved to upgrade to a newer Corvette a few years from now, but will take my business elsewhere. read more

I went to a different dealer who had almost the same car and as I suspected I was offered almost double what corvette warehouse offered and the Z06 was a little cheaper. This place is absolutely Terrible! I highly recommend you to stay away from this place, a lot of times they buy cars that have been in accident and patch them up. This is no joke, they usually try to hide carfax or will provide you an old one, if you don't believe me, try it your self. There is a reason why their cars are parked all so closely together, so that the potential buyer would not see all the imperfections and patched up paint jobs, that is how they got us, they sold us a car that was in an accident, they claimed that they did not know about it, but they knew, I could tell by the sales guy when I confronted him about it that he knew, the whole store new, they were almost laughing in my face. Their finance is also way higher than most places, they use only a few banks and they charge an arm and a leg for GAP, my bank charged me $300 for GAP insurance and this place wanted a grand for it. I have been meaning to write this review for the last 12 months, I am writing you this from the bottom of my heart, because I don't want people to get burned from this people like we were. I wanted to warn anyone who is looking for a great and clean corvette to stay away from this place and look for another place, I have been to the CorvetteWorld which really focuses on clean Corvettes, even though you will have to pay more there it is worth paying more, then having a Corvette with an accident on your carfax, because if you get one that was in an accident and you try to sell, it will not be worth anything and nobody will buy it from you unless you give it away. I would recommend doing business with these guys, those are not honest people, do yourself a big favor and stay away from this place! read more

Buyer beware!!!! We hadn't thought to look at reviews prior to buying our vette. We were told by Pauly that the car had been gone over by them. "Total inspection" So we bought it thinking it was a fair price and didn't notice any issues on our quick test drive. The next day we noticed that the oil pressure sensor was out, the AC did not work, the CD player did not work. When we called them about it they said they would help with the cost of repairs, they didn't and now they won't return our calls. They did recommend a buddy of theirs to do the repairs. I'll make this short and sweet: Went in to buy a vette, BUY a vette and had the worst experience. I filled out a credit application and was told it would be a quick turnaround. I waited HOURS before finally being asked "what does your tomorrow look like...". It was not even 6 pm yet and they were asking if I could just come back the next day to buy my vette I showed up at 2 pm for?!.. I am very frustrated with this place. They have the perfect vette for me but due to their customer service I have to now find another vette elsewhere. The poor people were answering phones in mid conversation with me and telling me "5 more minutes.." and then walking out working on other deals and visiting with people on the phone. I was not high priority and did not feel treated right after today. POOR service leads to a POOR review. Pay a little more and go somewhere that will actually not waste your time and now I have credit inquiries on my credit that I will never get back. read more

Please stay away! In the day and age of shopping on the web for any and everything please do not shop corvette warehouse Dallas. It is owned by Doug Ernest. He definitely is only in it for the money. Salespeople are underhanded and uncaring. Our salesperson was Olivia. After visiting with her she said she had left two other dealerships because of the way they treated their customers (they must have been honest)! The GM is Pauly. He is rude and will not listen to the customer. When the customer does not agree with him he calls them stupid, childish.and liers. We believed the online add for our car. False advertising. We have purchased over ten cd's so we can listen to music, the radio can not receive signals over ten miles awayfrom a station. This is a miner problem, front bumper is not attached properly, targa top rattles, had to have headlights worked on to remove smokey film(so we can drive at night), navigation system that was advertised does not exist and the list goes on. If you are looking for a vet this is definitely not the place(although they have many ) . Cars are jammed so close together that there is no way to see everything you need to. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

My son bought a 2004 black corvette from corvette warehouse. It was priced at $14,000 which was cheap for the market but the car did need work. By far they had the best prices from any of the dealerships we visited, some nice cars with low miles but they were priced much higher. Jarod dealt with Paul and we were treated right. I'm going to tell ya'll my experience that we had with this "dealer" place ... for a couple of weeks I was in contact with Olivia, working the price for a car and when we finally reached an agreement on the price I was very clear that "until I did not driving the car "nothing was completed as far or with the deal. Well, we live in the Houston area and we had to make our plans to go to Dallas you know work and plus everything generates expenses, hotel, gas, food etc etc. but I was willing to do it for the car that I wanted. I told Olivia when we would arrive over there and that I would like to do the test driving first and she agree. Oliva had ALL my information regarding the bank and my letter of pre-approval so she knew I was a serious buyer. The only thing my banker was waiting was for me to call or say that everything was fine so that they could do the drafting to the dealer. We leave on a Friday afternoon, we stayed in a hotel and on Saturday morning I send an e-mail to Olivia saying that we were going to the dealer and she told me that she was waiting for us, when we arrived the first thing I noticed that the car was way in the back of the warehouse and that in front of the car had like 10 other older corvettes which would have to be moved to be able to get it out and be able to do the test drive "this would take at least 45 minutes" I felt a little annoyed because she knew that we were going to the dealer but well I thought she would be very busy, when we finally meet her, she tells me she needed to take care of something and the she will be back in a few minutes, we said that it was fine, we felt like we can have a little time to see the car. Well she came back like 20 minutes later, I already was in love with the car and I just wanted to do the test drive to feel the car and to make sure everything was fine you know so I can call my banker and start working on with the paper work, BUT, when she came back and asked me what was my thoughts of the car I told her that I liked it and that I was ready to do the test driving, to which she answers me ... mmmm it's alright but I just need you to come in to the office to sign the papers. I ask which papers? I go like, I needed to sign something to do the test driving? and she answered me that THEIR POLICY was that if I drove the car IS BECAUSE I was going to buy it ... I stayed like she really told me this? I answered, what happens if I drove the car and there is something I did not like? to which she tells me, I and Polly "I don't have a clue who in the world is Polly" drove it and everything is fine with the car ... I was so mad the she treated us like that after ALL the planning/driving distance and $$ we already spent because of this. so I just told her after this Irritated moment that we were going to eat something and the we come back later ... my personal opinion of this dealer? So, before I write all of this, I want to admit my own fault for buying the car. I was in a huge time crunch and did not have the typical couple of weeks to shop around for a car, so I guess I got what I deserved. I will say, though, that the salesman I bought the car from was very nice and did everything he could to help me. However, upon purchasing the car I was very happy...until I was about 2 miles from my house. The check engine light came on and I should have known this wouldn't end well. From that point on, I spent two weeks taking my car to their mechanic (who is an awesome mechanic) and he did everything he could to help me, too. As it turns out, the car had been modified and I had to pay $600 to tune it so it would properly function. Not only that, but the car has been leaking water all over the passenger side floorboard if I turn the air conditioner on and has destroyed the carpet. Now I'm going to have to pay several hundred more dollars, if not more, to have that fixed and replaced. Looking back, it makes sense why they didn't let me drive the car more than once for a couple miles: the computer system needed 20 miles before it ran diagnostics and kicked on the check engine light, and the air conditioning wouldn't have enough time to back up, either. Again, I'll admit my own fault for not doing more research, but is it wrong to assume that a company selling expensive cars would properly fix them before selling them, and, even if there was a problem, they would fix it for you? I thought these things would be a basic principle for any business, but I was very wrong. If you are trying to decide on purchasing a corvette, I'm not saying not to go here, but if you do, make sure you take the car to your own mechanic and have it assessed before buying; or, at least do your research and know that Corvette Wearhouse is likely not being truthful in the quality of their product. Buyer beware: I to wish I read the reviews on this place before buying from them, Pauly made me feel good about my purchase insuring the quality of the car I purchased was good and had a clean carfax, Haha....the car had No A/C (didnt realize that for a few days), thought no biggie got that fixed...but today I took it to get an oil change and just to have my mechanic look it over and he confirmed my worst nightmare...the car has apparently been in a wreck because the car sits a half inch lower on the drivers side because it needs a little over 2k in repairs done such as wheel bearing replacement in front, upper control arms, shocks are blown...the suspension setting dont work...its a beautiful car with dark secrets that Pauly could care less about because he made his commission. This car is the biggest lemon I have ever purchased and I Do Not recommend Corvette Warehouse and if you choose to buy anyways Please go to a trusted mechanic and pay for a complete inspection before completing your purchase to make sure your arent getting a P.O.S..... read more

stay away. shady practices and they purposely attempt to withhold information about a car if they know it has some history of wreckage or other mechanical issues. submitted in 2 credit applications (cosigner) then we waited the weekend while olivia promised she would call asap on monday. monday comes and at 1pm i decide to call instead only to be told that the corvette was already sold before i even submitted an application. then they try to offload a old nasty and bad kept 100,000+ mile corvette on me with extremely worn out tires. i told olivia about my concern about a corvette with so many miles and i am told that i do not know anything about corvettes because as she said "they work perfectly with little to no maintenance below 250,000" yeah right. no car is perfect. stay away. they will rip you off and hide damage reports or try to offload an overpriced barely held together corvette with 190,000 miles on it. awful. absolutely awful business. smart people will stay away from this disgusting, horrid place of ripping people off for garbage expensive merchandise. read more
