Ended up sitting there for an hour awaiting the finance manager and apparently the owner to stop their personal conversations and get to it delaying the deal, even with my salesman expressing hey this guy needs to go, that's why he's setup the deal before getting here. So great, subpar buying experience from a dealer no real shock there. That's not enough for me to care to write a review for. So here's the real kicker, make it 30 miles out of the dealership and 3 check engine lights pop up, the rear end is making a god awful chattering noise, the front end is squeaking like no other on smooth roads with no bumps and the windows are falling off track. Very evident that they just threw armor all all over the engine bay and car and called that prepped for sale. Reach out to the salesman, says hey I'll speak with management and get back to you Monday. Never another word. Some lady reached out with the wrong year car, asking how everything was. Let her know, she's gonna get with management. Two weeks go by, not a word. This is the experience you can expect here, go elsewhere.

For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. If you come across a clean, unmolested 1990 to 1993 Mustang convertible, give me a call!

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Let me just say "Woooooow!" Not only did Efi prove to me that he is an honest man, he proves to be…read moreprobably the only honest used car salesman on the planet!! I am blown away by his service, his service attitude, and his ability to find the great deal! He has a motto- " Treat people like you would like to be treated", and I saw him exemplify this with every transaction we did. He patiently explained the process to me and helped me step by step. He stayed late at his office to talk to me so I could meet with him after work. Then, because he knew that I didn't have a car, he gave me a ride! When he found an EPIC DEAL on a car of my choosing at an auction, he let me know he was ready to buy, and somehow miraculously he was able to GET the car I wanted for the budget I provided!! The Honda Civic that I got would have been thousands of dollars more at a dealership. Thousands!! The car he found me only had 63,000 miles on it, to me this might as well be a new car!! Seriously I am so happy that I paid cash for the car and now I don't have a car note. I looked it up at CarMax. They are selling my same car for $10,000 more than what I paid for it (winning bid was $2,600, plus $600 auction fee and a couple of other expenses like TTL). I would like to say, I completely trust Efi. He is quite a gentleman and a very nice, helpful man. I wasn't used to the process of buying a salvage title car. We were able to fix up the car. While the car was being fixed the title had to go in his company's name- ETM Motors, but then as soon as the title came back from Austin, he immediately transferred the title to my name- just like he said he would. I am so relieved that in a world where used car salesmen are always trying to take advantage of the buyer, there are still shining beacons of hope like Efi to show that sometimes a car salesman CAN be an honest and helpful person. Efi or Efiong Udo at ETM Motors, his character is inspiring to me personally, his connections are great, and his deals are great! He did all of this for me for a VERY small fee. I really am so very grateful to him! I have a super low mileage car, I won't need to do anything but oil changes until it reaches 100,000 miles. And the way I drive, that might be 4 years away! His body shop guy fixed up all the previous damage. I couldn't even tell there was a wreck after his body shop guy paint matched and replaced the new bumper. (I paid for the repairs on that, but his repair guy was also incredibly inexpensive!!) This was an unusual experience for me. I was used to the old way of buying a car...go finance a car and the bank gets the title and I'm paying for the car for a decade or so. But with this new experience, I was able to let Efi find a car at an auction for super cheap! I have now saved about $10,000... and I will never go back to CarMax again. But I won't have too, because this car will last me for a loooooooong time if I take care of it. So to end this review I just once again would like to express my gratitude to Efi, and I would recommend ANYONE that wants to get THE BEST DEAL OF YOUR LIFE on a used car to go talk to Efi at ETM Motors. He's not just selling cars, he is going way above and beyond to put his personal care into the deal. He's changing people's lives!! Thank you Efi!! Jason, the proud owner of a Honda Civic from ETM Motors

It was all covered under warranty, but no one has had ANY urgency to help you once they've sold the car. It has been a nightmare scheduling appointments and actually getting any work done. I've heard from four separate employees that "we'll give you a call back" and then never heard from any of them. This car was supposed to have been done yesterday but they had delays of course. I've currently been sitting in the store for 4 hours because an employee told me it would be done 4 hours ago (still not done, I guess the tech never picked up the needed part). The lack of communication between employees, techs, and managers is actually mind blowing. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the service manager has actually been trying to help us, but it has still been a painfully long process to repair the brand new car I bought.

I don't usually leave reviews, but RPM Garage absolutely deserves it…read more I've bought a handful of cars over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I've had. From the first call to the moment I drove off, everything felt straightforward, honest, and actually enjoyable--which is rare when buying a car. The inventory is on a completely different level. You can tell these guys are true car enthusiasts, not just a typical dealership trying to push units. The car I purchased was exactly as described--no surprises, no games. They were transparent about everything and encouraged me to get a PPI, which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. The whole team was professional but still very laid back. No pressure at all, just good conversation and real knowledge about the cars they sell. Paperwork was quick and smooth, and they handled everything efficiently. What stood out the most is how much they actually care about the customer experience. You're not just another deal to them--they take pride in what they do, and it shows. If you're even thinking about buying a car from RPM Garage, just do it. I'll definitely be back for my next one.

After that fiasco I decided to visit RPM garage and look at their inventory, and they have some really nice cars! If you go here ask for Trinity, he was super helpful and communicative. He practically restored my faith in car dealerships. He even was kind enough to take the car to get a PPI (any dealership worth their salt should let you PPI a car), it underwent a full inspection including bore scoping, and he even paid to have the spark plugs changed out of his own pocket! RPM has a real nice showroom, if you're a car guy or just anyone who likes fast and good looking cars, you won't regret stopping by here! Super happy with my new (to me) Porsche! Edit: to the 0 start reviews, these are used cars and NOT certified pre-owned cars. The condition of the car is entirely dependent on how well it was maintained by the previous owners, that is why you pay the $200 and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) so you're not left with thousands in repairs. Thought this was common knowledge...
