I will never buy or return to this dealership. The purchase experience was satisfactory at best…read more Then after two months we had a check engine light come on. We scheduled it for service and was treated like a criminal. Never in my lifetime of buying a vehicle have I ever experienced such disrespect. We telephoned the owner and never got a response. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Customer satisfaction is definitely not job one for this business.

Wish I could leave no stars!!! Listen to this!!…read moreOn the 20th of January I bought an "as is" car from Urse Honda in Whitehall, knowing the conditions of the contract I make sure to ask all the questions about things they find wrong on the car. I was informed by an employee that the cars check engine light was on, but when going over paperwork Urse never mentioned the light. So I ask and they then proceeded to say oh it's for nothing serious, I don't take that as an answer and I ask specifically what it is on for, they said tire pressure sensors (which isn't something the check engine light comes on for) and oxygen sensors. They tell me I may need new sparks plugs and near brakes, not too bad so I sign paper work and the car is mine. Come to find out the check engine light was on for my catalytic converter!! which most of know isn't cheap! That isn't the best part!!! exactly 4 weeks after I bought the car from Urse my motor starts making a knocking noise, I take it to a mechanic and they inform me that there is no oil in my oil pan and that my motor is shot, they asked when I had the oil changed last and I said that based off of paper work Urse informed me that they changed my oil and filter for me before I bought the car. I take the car back to Urse and tell them of my problem and they put it on a lift and find no leak no issues, so where tf did my oil go if you changed my oil for me?? Now I have a $9,000 car that won't run, that I've owned for less then a month and Urse Honda in Whitehall won't take any responsibility for their mistake because I bought it "as is". When they lied to me not only about the check engine light being on, but also about the oil change and my motor. I even had to have a Kia dealership do a diagnostic test to prove to Urse that it was my motor, and they still won't take responsibility!

While browsing online this dealership had a vehicle that appealed to me so I reached out to begin a…read moreconversation. As I live a great distance away from this dealership it was desirable to complete as much of the process as possible from a distance. There was a definite lack of communication as I spoke/texted with different people who had different ideas about the process. Information had to be repeated and it feels as that delayed the process. Once the chaos settled, and the agreement was reached, I drove the lengthy trip to the dealership. Each person I encountered upon arrival was welcoming and attentive. I recommend giving them a chance as you may discover a fantastic car in your spending range. PROS: Eli, Joe, and Ethan were fantastic once I arrived at the dealership. Each person encountered was welcoming and focused on the customer's comfort during the visit. The final paperwork process was swift. Fair trade-in assessment. The bulk of the process was completed via text/call before arriving at the dealership which is nice with the exception of some miscommunication. Offers nice vehicles at good prices. Convenient location just off the interstate. CONS: Felt obligated to allow a photo for social media before leaving the dealership. Assumptions are made about the client without asking so look closely before signing if you don't want to pay for add-on warranties. Chaotic and disjointed communication if establishing the deal by any other method than in person. Calls route to a centralized call center where everyone you speak with identifies as the same name so you won't know who you're actually talking to. Spoke with several different people during the process and had to begin the conversation all over again to repeat information already having been given because there was a lack of communication.

Very unwelcoming and unaccommodating…read more I went in to ask questions about a new car I wanted to buy. They refused to answer my questions and tried to bully me into buying a car they already had on my lot. I might have been open to getting a previous years model, but they even seemed unwilling to discuss the features of the car. They were also very rude when they found out I had taken my Ford to a local garage for repairs instead of their own. They don't want your business. It's apparent they don't like customers or want to help customers. Don't bother. I went to another shop 20 minutes south, they were very friendly, and took the time to answer my questions. They will get my business, unlike Wilson Ford.

I went from having an air conditioner that was blowing cold air through the defroster, not the air vents to having no air conditioner at all. I went right back in and reported that I no longer had cold air blowing and was told--"Well, we are booked right now. Bring it back in next Monday" I did and then I needed a whole new Compressor. At first I was told that only a hose had come loose, that is why it was blowing through the defroster, not the air vents. So, I paid for a new compressor but still no air conditioner and in the process of putting in the compressor, they messed up my heater. Wilson Ford then informed me now it's the o-rings that are the problem. They could fix that for another $350.00. I had already paid $199.00 for the first visit, almost $600.00 5 days later, now another $350.00.!!!! I drove that car 3 more years with no air conditioner and no heater, with small children in the car. Haven't been back to Wilson Ford. Shoddy workmanship and service!!
