I I loved working there until the new General Manager started Scott Warner in January of 26. Scott was very unprofessional to me, never approached me to see how I was doing, but always wanted to talk to the other Detailer and did this to many of his employees. I worked in detail and had alot of stuff that I brought/bought with my own money because they couldn't afford to get us anything besides chemicals so over the years i had to make it a home away from home. He fired me on grounds of budget cuts. But blaming it on the normal stuff iv been doing there for years. I even offered to lower my pay 8 dollars on the hour and he still couldn't keep me. Also i bought a 2017 Silverado from them and come to find out, i went on vacation the week it came in on trade and they were going to wholesale it because it needed alot of work done too it. But they decided to put it on the lot AS IS. When i got back from Vacation i was looking for a reliable truck. One of the salesman who also knew about the problems with the truck and didn't tell me anything, reminder this to too one of their long term employees. I bought it and the next day and put 15k down cash, I found out from multiple mechanics that it needed two motor mounts, a transmission mount and a fuel pump. I went to Scott and told him about it which he agreed he will get fixed for me, but then three weeks later he fires me. Also they do not EVER do the Permaplate product on your new vehicle even when you are forced to pay for it, we did it maybe 1 or 2 times the right way, all they do is put a high gloss product on your vehicle, so don't fall for their tricks! There has been multiple vehicles that they sold AS IS knowing that multiple problems is on the vehicle and still sold it to the customers. I recommend nobody EVER buy a car here. I will miss everyone there. It was good while it lasted, but I had to make this review to be honest with people in Fairmont. And i know Scott is going to reply something on this just know this is the truth! Gerry Raymond needs too do better

We asked for a itemized bill explaining the charges and was told that we could not have one until she paid the 600. Then they said if she couldn't pay the 600 the other option was to pay them 300 and give them the title in order to get her personal belongings out of the car. When I told him that is illegal he hung up on us. I am turning them in to the better business bureau. They should be ashamed of trying to rob young kids. They are a disgusting company.

She did sign the title to the car over to them but they are now taking her to court for $900! They take advantage of women or others that do not know this practice is not legal under the Public Service Commission guidelines for a towing business or any other business that operate under a certificate of need. These people are nothing but thugs and very bad business people who break the law and make legitimate towing companies look bad. They are an embarrassment to the towing and recovery industry and have a long track record of violations. Worst company by far that I have ever seen in 50 years of being in the towing industry.

When I asked to test drive the car, he rudely accused me of just wanting to joy ride in the car and told me that they weren't allowed to do test drives in "high performance cars", whatever that means. After convincing him that I was considering this and one other similar car, he agreed to go on a test drive with me (not allowed to, huh?). The salesman directed the entire test drive, only allowing me to go up one interstate exit, turn around, and come back. As this was the cheaper of the two cars I was looking at I probably would have purchased it if the salesman had even pretended to be courteous. Instead 2 weeks later I went back to Pennsylvania to buy the twin-turbo 135i that I had previously test driven at the BMW dealer.

The front passenger side tire is almost completely flat. Add air to it, and sprayed w/soapy water to see where the leak was coming from. It was a two small punctures in the side wall of the tire, not even 3 cmm apart in the area of the tire brand name, this was not in an area that couldn't been ran over whilst driving home. Gwynn was already closed by this point & was also not opened Sunday. Come Monday morning when he takes the tire back to have it replaced because it was clearly a defective tire, they wanted to charge him another $75 to replace this tire! Guy he dealt with could've gave not one crap in fact, after my husband tried to argue his case, this person said that "for all I know you could've pinched the tire anytime between leaving and today" Like what the literal he!!?? Who pays a total of $750 for four tires, taxes & whatever else is included just to turn around and sabotage one of said tires??? This being close to Xmas as is, we couldn't afford to just drop another $75 on a tire, so put an inside patch and came home. The point of this review is to warn anyone that if you think companies like this have any type of respect for you as a customer, think again.

Stick through this review - you will be glad you did…read more I made an appt. for Sept 11 at 8a on August 30th due to a check engine light being on. Over the labor day weekend, I found out I needed Tires which I got - but they wouldn't align my vehicle (where I bought the tires) due to a bad drivers side front wheel bearing. I did not drive my vehicle home to Pgh - I left it in WV for the weekend since it was so unsafe to drive. I called Jenkins Tues. Sept. 5th to add the wheel bearing to my appt since it would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately they could not get my appt to open so I couldn't add the wheel bearing. I called again and spoke with the same service tech Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to try to get the wheel bearing into the appt. Which - they couldn't but continually was promised I would have my car back Monday. They told me to write it on my drop off card on Sunday when I dropped the vehicle off. Monday morning (sept. 11) I get a phone call (10:30a) from the same service tech telling me my wheel bearing is fine - but I need new back brakes. I tell them to go ahead and fix the back brakes - but I wanted them to check the wheel bearing again up on a rack. I called back at 12:30, and they still hadn't checked the wheel bearing but was told they were working on my brakes. Everyone was at lunch - so they would call me back. By 2p, I had not heard anything - so my uncle (who is vehicle savvy) and I went to the dealership. Keep in mind - if I would have taken them for their word and left with the bad wheel bearing I could have been in an accident - with who knows the results. I was told for almost 7 hours that my wheel bearing was not bad - till I physically set foot into the shop to insist they put it up on a rack and check. When we arrived at 2p - I spoke with the same service tech I had spoken to every single time. He went back to speak with the mechanic. Came back - walked right past me - the owner, the one who pays the bill - to my uncle. He would not speak to me, would not look at me, only to my uncle and told him that in fact my wheel bearing WAS bad. But they didn't have the part in stock and were having it overnighted. But the back brakes would be fixed. Tuesday morning - from pgh - I called to ensure the part had arrived and to get a confirmation it would be done. I was given the run around again by the same tech. I was told it SHOULD be ready between 12:30-1:30p. In the meantime I filed a complaint with Hyundai corporate. Hyundai corporate and I completed our conversation at 1:20p. 2p I called Jenkins to check on my car and finally spoke to someone different - the service manager. He told me they were putting my right front tire back together and then my car would be ready. I questioned why they would be doing anything with my front RIGHT tire when it was my back brakes and Left front wheel bearing that needed replaced. He took my phone number and said he'd check into it and call me back - which he did within 5 minutes. The original tech that I had spoken with numerous times was wrong. My FRONT brakes needed fixed and they didn't do them Monday because the wheel bearing was so bad and didn't want to do it till the new wheel bearing was put in. Wait - what?! So my back brakes were FINE?! So you lied to cover your mistake? You essentially wasted a WHOLE day telling me my back brakes needed replaced and my wheel bearing was NOT bad. THANK YOU SO MUCH. If they had been honest with me this whole time - NONE of this would have happened. I don't know if it was my complaint with corporate that trickled down or the service manager finally seeing that they ROYALLY screwed up. But I had a voicemail when I got out of a meeting at 2:45p that ALL repairs were free of charge (Keep in mind it was only the brakes as everything else was covered under warranty but hey - free!) I changed my review from 1 to 2 stars thanks to that gesture. I am grateful the service manager finally was involved. Will I go back? Doubtful. They lost my trust. Did they think they could pull one over on me because I am a woman? Sure made me feel that way! Do I suggest you go? If you want to take a chance go for it, but tread VERY carefully. I was planning on buying a new car in the spring. I was planning on buying from them - as this is who I had bought my current vehicle from. I understand that service and sales are 2 different departments. But they won't get my money or "commission" on a new vehicle.
