I find this place, but now that I see they're a FRAUD, I should have gone to Autopia, a block away. The prices listed are "car wash" prices, and even those seem questionable. Service has degraded. They don't clean the cars correctly including windows. Plus they have lost their trustworthiness! I left a North Face beanie in the car and was missing when I received the car. I approached the manager and he said he was not responsible. Anything can go missing in the car and they will not assume responsibility. I walked the entire grounds looking for it but could not find it. Then when they threatened to call the police the same guy that vacuumed the car found my beanie under the car. And the location where it was found was not even close to where it was originally stored. Does not make sense but nevertheless I found it. This item has sentimental value to me and that is why it was important form me to find. The manager basically told me to check at home and see if it was there. He technically told me I was lying because I did not show it to anyone before the car was turned over to them to get cleaned. I have been going to Corwood since 1995 and I have never had anything happened but today was pretty disappointing. If they will not assume responsibility for items lost, then they don't deserve my patronage. read more

The entire process was chaotic -- cars were coming out of the wash and just sitting there while others behind them were still being cleaned and dried, creating total confusion. There seemed to be no order or direction from staff, and it felt completely disorganized. To make things worse, the actual cleaning job was very disappointing. There are still dead bugs on the front of my car, and the interior surfaces weren't properly wiped down at all. I brought my 2-year-old Tesla Model Y to Corwood Carwash in Dublin for the first time, and it turned into a nightmare. My car has been carefully maintained -- especially the 20-inch rims, which I've protected from damage for two years. After the wash, I immediately noticed a chip on my driver-side front rim that was not there before. When I raised this with the owner/manager, he was dismissive, denied any responsibility, and told me to "do whatever I want" when I mentioned legal action. No accountability, no apology, nothing. This is unacceptable. A brand-new Tesla OEM rim is expensive, and their carelessness (followed by the manager's attitude) shows how little they value their customers. I even requested they review CCTV footage, but they shrugged it off. Poor service is one thing, but damaging a customer's car and then dismissing it is beyond unprofessional. read more

Popular car wash in Dublin. Took the old minivan for a proper inside and outside cleanup earlier this afternoon. The top of the line (gold medal) wash costs a little over $40, and for every ten washes, you get a basic (silver medal) wash for free (about $30). They usually send coupons in the mail, which can save $1-2. Process is simple - (1) drop off car for a thorough vacuuming of the interior, (2) pay and wait in the shade, while they run it through the water jets and giant swiffer-like automatic car wash contraption, and (3) watch with joy while they put the finishing touches with cleaning spray and a cloth wipe-down. They damaged the interior cargo cover of my Rav 4 which I found when I tried to use it a short time after the wash. When I called they said since I didn't find it before I left they do not believe they caused the damage. After 15 years of loyalty, they basically said I was lying. They didn't even apologize for the problem. I won't be using them again. If you do, be sure you check every aspect of your car before you leave. read more

I have been getting my cars washed at Corwood for years. It is conveniently located and opens early. I get coupons in the mail which save me $1. The prices have gone up over the years but they are competitive. I usually get a Silver wash which includes both exterior and interior. I think they do a good job. They scrub the wheels, wash the windows, wipe down the interior as well as vacuum and wash the exterior. Yes they miss a spot or two but nothing terribly noticeable. When I ask them to get the water from behind the side mirrors they do. I try to get my car washed once a month so I will return. read more

They are super busy on the weekends, but have you in an out quickly. Also if you collect 10 coupons they give a free wash. Will continue to come here when we need a quick wash. read more

I used to really love this place and would recommend it to everyone in the past. Now, not so much. First of all, I got there and told them I wanted the Gold Medal Wash which cost me $34.99. This is supposed to be the better of their three washes, but the first thing I wondered was...okay they write the $34.99 on my ticket to take to the counter, but they don't write it on anything else. Soooo how do the people on the other end of my car wash who are doing the final touches know that they should be including these extra things in my wash? Anyways, on with my car wash...I dropped it to get washed and went to pay. I stood in the room to pay for ten minutes before anyone even came to the counter to ring us up. Not a huge deal, but there were many people in line and it felt a little unprofessional. Then, when my car was done I got in and the center part near my shifter had not been cleaned at all. I had spilled a tiny bit of coffee and it was still there. My media screen and console was still dusty and I could tell they hardly went over it. Also, there are hard water spots all over my mirrors, rims, all black parts on my car, and I'm assuming my car as well, although it's white so they don't show as much. See pics. Overall, not a good experience. I usually go to a place in Livermore now and pay $25 for an amazing car wash every time. I will NEVER return to this car wash! Not worth $40 at all They caused damage go my car. They broke one of my vents from the backseat & left the broken part on the floor of the front seat along with another broken part from under the seat then left it on the seat. The most upsetting part was when I notified the owner he confronted the employees about it they made up an excuse that those parts were "already broken" when I specifically know that they weren't because I keep my car in mint condition & have high attention to detail I know that vent was fine before they touched it. Then the owner walked away believing the employee & they shut my car door in my face while my body wasn't all The way in the car. I've come here before and they did a decent job but not today and NEVER again! They didn't even offer to fix what they broke. I didn't even yell or say anything rude all I said was someone broke this can you fix it & they refused and shut my car door in my face. So Disrespectful! Its a lower profile sports car and somehow when they drove it into the wash; they dragged the car and had a LONG scratch on the rocker panel. Turned out to be a several hundred $ car wash to fix. I couldn't argue because i did not have a pre-wash pic to compare with post wash pic. They were so sly, the dryer guys who was drying it pretended not to see and did not dry the BIG scratch area. Showed the owner but he said his carwash machine had nothing LOW to scratch it. At the end I was the idiot; don't drive low profile car to get it washed. read more

We have a spare car in the family that is parked out in our driveway and it really gets dirty pretty quickly. We have trees on our property and pine needles and tree sap are regular item that make a mess on this car that are hard to get rid of. In preparation to take it in for regular service, I wanted to clean it up. We're also in the midst of the most severe drought, ever. To do our part in water conservation, I took it to this car wash because they recycle their water - a good thing. Corwood is only 5 minutes away from the house and they feature an 'all cloth' washing system. They only charge $16.99 for an exterior car wash. That's 2 good reasons to take it here. Besides, I've never used them before even though they've been in business when we moved into the area 47 years ago. Previously, I've always hand-washed all our vehicles by hand. The first thing they do is open all the doors and clean the door sills before closing it all up and run it through the mechanical car was equipped with strips of cloth instead of more typical nylon bristle on their giant rotary brushes. There is no one in the car. It's being pulled through the car wash tunnel via a track that holds one front wheel to pull the car along to the end of the car wash. From there they drive it over to a hand-finishing area. Several worker then manually dry off any excess water from the vehicle exterior that the the huge drying fans did not blow off the vehicle. They wiped down all the windows, inside and outside. And, they wipe down around all the door/window sills using spray cleaners to wipe up any stubborn dirty spots When they finished, I gave them a $3 tip. The whole process took just 7 minutes for a good wash job!. I took one star off only because the only seating for customers waiting for their vehicles is outdoors and quite hot on days that exceed 100 deg. F. The seating is shaded by large umbrellas but it would have been nice to have fans providing a little comforting breeze. The seating is in the form of a large square-shaped wooden bench but without any back support. The mechanical car wash did a very good job of cleaning except for a few spots of hardened tree sap. I will have to use WD-40 or some other mild solvent to remove these spots without damaging the paint. The fellows did remove trr sap from the windows by using a scraping tool. In total, it was a very good, quick wash job at a reasonable cost. The crew and the cashier were cheerful and easy to deal with. I'll be coming back! Jim read more
