It's the epitome of clutter - a bit unpleasant to navigate and there's a bit of a smell that made me not want to venture farther into the store. The front desk person was wearing headphones and didn't respond when I greeted him, through he finally noticed me and took them off to say good morning. I was curious about the Fiestaware colors they carried (if they had pre-86 Rose) since they appeared to carry retired items as well but didn't especially want to linger in the space. Overall, they could do with a strong air purifier and cutting down their shelved stock so it's more manageable to view.

They had some that were reasonable priced and some definitely on the higher end. Unfortunately we were traveling only with carry-one so we couldn't purchase any. But everyone who worked there seemed very knowledge and were quite helpful. We will be back with a check in suitcase next time!

Bought a cheese slicer from RSVP International at a local store. Within 6 months and very little…read moreuse, the wire broke. It wasn't very stable to begin with as it was difficult to cut cheese with the wire not being taught. Went back to the store and was told they didn't make wires for the unit I purchased. I called RSVP to find out what could be done about the wire and was told to return the item to the store I purchased it at for an exchange. I asked why I would do that when the first one I purchased didn't last. It wasn't worth it to me to go back and get another inferior product. The folks at RSVP were not helpful at all as their only "answer" was to return the item for another one. I'd stay away from the products these folks offer as their "support" is non-existent and they have no way to fix something they sell. I threw the rest of their "product" away as it was useless without the wire.

She basically kicked me out of the store when I had been looking through their cards and stickers - which mind you were right in her view, so she had no reason to think I was being "shady" or suspicious or anything of the like - and I even offered to place the items I was looking at on the counter until I was ready to check out. After perusing about 5% of this jam packed store, whilst shoving food into her mouth, the lady seriously had the gall to ask me "if I was done" (mind you there were about 15 others in the store at the same time) because she was "closing the store to go pee". Long story short, this woman needs a reality check and attitude adjustment because it's clear she feels like she is above others and her behavior was not only unwarranted -and unprofessional, but honestly confusing as I don't understand what made her treat me like trash but I hope whoever usually mans the store is a nicer human because they had a ton of cool stuff in there; unfortunately much of which I was unable to even look at due to this woman literally forcing me to leave by trying to ring up everything I placed on the counter and then continue to ask if I'm "done" etc to get me to leave. Again, a shame for whoever the actual store owner is but pro tip for someone who has worked in customer service, don't let this lady be the face that deals with customers in your store.
