I explained clearly that it's no problem to recline and my surgeon suggested having my hair washed in a salon. I called once (I'll call you back I promise) I called again (omg I forgot I'll call you later), I called again, left a message... I called this morning and wow! She told me again she forgot to call me and then "oh I don't have any openings" then switched to "I'm worried about your neck" (it's my lower back) I finally said if you don't want to do it I understand. Hemming and hawing. I'm in tears by now, this has not been easy for me. I finally said just never mind I'll find somewhere else. No apology nothing. A little compassion in this world goes a long way people.

He was NOT notified that the bur had gone missing during his visit/procedure. After almost dying from an infection this was surgically removed from his lung and identified as a dental bur. Dentist stated he and the hygenist have, "No recollection of the incident" This was the ONLY dentist my parent was seen by during this time.

I also watched a young lady come in complaining she had been there the previous day, her polish felt like sand, her cuticles had been cut up, and they cut them uneven and on her fingers.
