    Nachos plate with added guac

This place is a combo cocktail bar with taqueria in the back. My review is specifically for Saltillo, the taqueria. First off, LOOK at this heaping pile of guacamole! I ate about a quarter of this stacked nachos entree for dinner before taking a photo of it, but for about $24, it was filling and delicious and kept me full until lunch the next day! The vibes at this location are really immaculate, too. There's indoor seating at Saltillo, covered seating outdoor next to Cosmic, and lots of picnic tables and lounge pits in the yard between the two venues. Now the service. The reason why this is a 3-star review. The service was awful - at least at Saltillo. After I finished my nachos, I ordered a margarita. The way you order is - you go up to a kiosk and get a ticket number. However, the employees here don't adhere to the ticket system. To pick up my nachos, I had to ask, "Is this number 162?" And the girl behind the counter just told me to take my food without confirming. Later, I got a margarita - by also ordering at the kiosk. And waited. And waited. And eventually went up again to the counter to ask the non-English speaking employees about it. Eventually the guy behind the counter said, "I gave your margarita to that guy!" I showed him my ticket. He repeated himself. I then went outside to ask the guy outside if he had ordered a margarita. Of course he said yes! During this AWKWARD CONVERSATION THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD, the employee banged on the glass and simply gave me a smaller version of the margarita I had paid for. I did not complain. I did not argue. I shall simply order the smaller margarita next time to not get shafted.

Loved it here. Wish we lived in Austin. Wifey would bring me here all the time. And the doggies! They have a couple of food trucks open. Veracruz tacos were very good. Especially the fish tacos. Service was self serve pretty much Tried one fancy drink. It was very good

Cool spot. A friend recommended this place and it didn't disappoint. The cocktail menu is robust, but I must say they're froze. Coffee is easily #1, especially on a hot day.

This place is an absolute vibe. I have been here the last two times I was in Texas visiting. The service is always good and the drinks are superb! My only complaint is both times I went, most of the tables had uneven legs. We were able to fix it though using napkins. I cant wait to go back!

To be honest, I don't know how this place doesn't have a thousand reviews! This is easily one of the most unique cafe/beer gardens I have ever been to! It's pretty surreal. The atmosphere really sets it apart. They have so much seating, a koi pond, and beautiful greenery and art woven throughout the space. It's also perfect for any vibe really! You can show up in the afternoon wanting coffee and breakfast tacos, or lean into a happy hour vibes with drinks and pork tacos. This is a great spot to get work done during the day, do some creative writing, and it's also a great place to bring a friend and catch up. I wish every city had a place like this!

This place is awesome! Parking is pretty solid. The food is pretty good! I love their taquitos! Service is pretty decent and the ambiance is great! I love eating at the second floor but not so much shading so bring a hat.

Was wondering around Austin and stumbled on this place. Was a great place to take a minute and relax. The best part is the free parking and as you approach the Biz, there is a lot of free form art work. As you step in, you hear water from the fountains and the whole place looks like a mini-retreat. There is a vast variety of coffee drinks and non alcoholic drinks. There is also a taco spot and dispensary. Our barista was super informative and helped explain to us about some of the coffee drinks as it was our first time there. Once we got our order ( 2 Cosmic Comet lattes), we headed to the rooftop where is was a great place to chill and relax. We found out in the pm its 21 and over and will head that way to try the tacos. Loved how it is tucked away in an East Austin neighborhood and just a great place to chill or work. Loved the misters they had down stairs, perfect for the heat!

Great spot for drinks and dog friendly!! I love the mangonada margarita and my husband love the cosmic echoes beer The tacos were good but unfortunately the meat and tortilla was cold when we got the food Salsa / chips and queso guac combo was really good and great price Service is self order for the tacos - super simple but order at bar for drinks Plenty of outdoor seating - not too much of an indoor space Parking lot available and street parking too

Great place to chill and have drinks! They offer a variety on alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. A variety of coffee drinks were available, and adjacent is a spot to order tacos, nachos etc We came to chill. They have a spacious outdoor space, a natural water/green feature, and an outdoor upstairs seating area for views. Fun music playing overhead. We sat for a bit to chat before we headed for dinner.

This is definitely a spot to check out if you're in the area. The outdoor space is beautiful and perfect for letting kids or dogs explore supervised. I love spending time here and decompressing. As for the coffee itself, I wouldn't necessarily say it's the reason I come. The drinks are okay--more on the sweet, syrupy, and creative side if that's your thing. They do make a lot of cocktails and specialty alcoholic beverages, so I can see how that's a big plus for coming in the evening. I tend to strictly come in the morning and opt for a cortado and a taco from the taco shop onsite. The taco spot is pretty awesome--they make their tortillas in house and the staff is super friendly. Heads up, for those looking for authentic aguas frescas--you won't get them here as they use a syrup base form the bar for the drinks. They do offer elote in a cup and some other treats at times. 4/5 for ambience and tacos.

Cosmic Saltillo is such a vibe. They had a live DJ when I went on a Saturday, which added great energy. I was greeted by the staff who were super nice. The drink menu has a nice mix of coffee and alcoholic options. I tried the Banana Cloud Cold Brew. I'm usually not a fan of banana flavors, but this one was smooth and not artificial at all. Plenty of seating and space to hang out, work, or study. My friend and I had such a great time, we ended up getting tacos there as well. Before we knew it, we had spent 4 hours there!! Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

When you've got that friend or family member coming in for the weekend, Cosmic Saltillo is the best choice for the following: 1. Outdoor breakfast tacos with the family (strollers & pets accepted) 2. Guys brunch at a picnic table 3. A rehash of last night with your best friend at the bar 4. The first stop for suburbanites who've come in town for the day The food menu is limited but the cocktail list has got something for everyone. It's beautiful and eclectic so great for photos. There's a parking garage around the corner and there's limited paid street parking.

Great atmosphere and drinks. Ordered chicken quesadillas and they were extremely soggy to the point I couldn't finish them. Hopefully it was a 1 off situation but very undercooked

The host brought her own dessert/cake which was amazing as well. There was an outside champagne bar and place to set up for photos. There was an inside bar with cocktails of the day like French 50 instead of French 75. ;-) We were fortunate the business next door was closed for the day so we could park there for the event, otherwise we would have had to hunt for parking. It was a smaller wedding so the ceremony part took place in the front courtyard area, which was intimate and cozy. It's right on the street so we heard some loud vehicles but nothing that really took away from the wedding. The venue is a house, of course, with many rooms and different nooks. One small room had the bar and an appetizer spread laid out, and another room had the dance floor with a DJ. I liked the different areas to mingle and hang out. The reception dinner was held in the back courtyard area, which was beautifully done with lights and great ambience. However the ground is a bit uneven back there, so I was slightly tilted on my chair throughout dinner. That was a little annoying and could be limiting for those with mobility or balance issues. The employees I interacted with were all very polite and provided great service. The wedding was beautiful and I think this is a unique venue that's perfect for a smaller wedding or party.

Christina also confirmed this in her review, you HAVE to use one of MOYA's vendors. So sorry, Christina, for your horrible experience at Springdale Station, and for getting ripped off. We ALSO definitely do NOT recommend Springdale Station! Honest review for those considering this as a venue: The indoor space is very SMALL. It is not a good location for a large amount of guests. You will find three rooms inside (one with some stairs that are required to access it). The foyer serves as one of these rooms, so once you make it through the line to get inside, you are inside one of the three small rooms! The event we attended was very crowded and everyone was bumping into each other. Again, in OUR experience, this is NOT a good venue for a large group of people. The outside has a very small patio, with a LARGE amount of dirt. Definitely not a good location for anything even slightly dressy. Something casual, cowboy-like, perhaps a kids' casual party...those might work. The dirt area is large. (And VERY dirty!) We came home with dirt up to our calves. Gross! Keep this in mind, and check this out thoroughly before signing any contract with Moya. Buyer beware!!! Outside seating on the small patio was extremely limited. Literally only ONE sofa. Moya needs to addressed this. Would be nice if guests could actually sit down. Ridiculously inhospitable! We have attended several events in Austin, this one is only suitable for a super casual OUTDOOR event. (And hopefully it is priced accordingly...). Again, please prepare to get dirty if the weather is dry, and if it rains you will have muddy shoes. If you wear any type of heel, you will sink into their wet mud. Again, this is another item that Moya still needs to address. (Hello? GREATLY enlarge that tiny patio!). Good grief. Last issue - parking. Many other reviewers have also mentioned this. The parking lot was large, but it was (is) shared by other businesses so finding an actual parking spot was very difficult. Highly recommend if you have to go to Springdale Station that you use a taxi, (etc.) to get there and back. Again, research thoroughly before committing. There are so many other decent venues in Austin, we don't know why anyone would pick this one!

We actually got married a month prior in MA, but needed to celebrate the occasion with all our friends who live here with us in TX. This event space was perfect for a party on a budget. The view- I mean, come ON, was just incredible, and the backdrop for everyone's photos! People could not stop talking about how phenomenal it was. The process of getting the place was a bit tricky, as I could not navigate their government website to select the date and missed the cut-off time before having to do the lottery. Luckily, not a lot of people were begging for dates in August as the venue does not have air conditioning- so the heat was a bit brutal (but that's Texas!)- but we got it no problem! I ended up calling and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Speaking of air conditioning- or lack-there-of- we ended up renting some swamp coolers (huge cooling fans that run off of ice- but a LOT of ice!!) to help with the heat. There are ceiling fans and a few industrial fans included- but those don't help too much in August! I had a hard time figuring out what exactly we needed- so I'm going to add a quick "plug" for Preferred Climate Solutions our of Hutto, TX. They worked ZPC before and knew how to set things up. Brett even had an extra swamp cooler from an earlier event he let us use. Moving on- because this place doesn't require use of specific vendors- it made it that much affordable. We hired Slab BBQ to cater and Pixster photo booth for fun. For drinks, we filled out the necessary paperwork (some cheap $10ish permit? I can't quite remember) and we're able to just bring in a few kegs and boxes of wine from PartyBarn. Everything went off without a hitch! Good to note- the place provides a bunch of tables. Two huge round ones, a few smaller round and rectangle ones, and some nice cocktail tables we used on the patio. (The cocktail tables and one rectangular were good enough condition to go without tablecloths- the rest require coverings.) For lighting- it was definitely important to us to get string lights on the patio. I realized last minute that getting a few hundred feet of lights was going to be trickier than I initially thought- since I had to consider ones that connected and could manage the power of 300 ft of lights. I used Americanpartylights.com- it worked out great! They included zip ties which is important since it's against the park rules to use tape (holds better anyways.) I found a great diagram of ZPC patio for the light arrangements and measurements (photo included.) It was a perfect celebration and I HIGHLY recommend this space for any event! It has such a cool vibe even without decorations, your set up can be minimal and still look amazing. Plus... that VIEW!

We actually found it pretty last minute and decided to go early since we knew we'd be taking photos and didn't want to deal with crowds. When we arrived, it was pretty quiet, which honestly worked out perfectly for us. The décor is bold and eclectic in the best way, think velvet booths, curated gallery walls, low lighting, and these amazing feathered chandeliers that tie the whole space together. We ordered the Tiger Lilly cocktail and the Elote, both were fantastic. The drinks are not only pretty but good, which isn't always a given in places that are more vibe-forward. Ours were balanced, flavorful, and well-presented. The DJ was there, early, which was a nice surprise, it gave the whole place some life without being overwhelming. The staff was super kind, especially the manager who came by to check in and even gave us a little background on the space. We appreciated how welcoming everyone was. We heard that the night before had been packed, so it sounds like this place definitely fills up later at night.
