You can tell they really care about honoring the traditions and the people behind the spirits. Cocktails are thoughtful and seasonal, but I'd recommend trying at least one pour neat. The food is just as good, as you might have guessed by the menu next door. The thick cut tortilla chips are unbeatable, especially when paired with fresh guacamole and homemade salsa.
