First time visit to Pinehurst Dermatology & Mohs Surgery Center on 10/9/25 for annual mole/skin…read morecheck. Seen by Addison Ritchie, NP, who completed three biopsies to rule out Basal Cell carcinoma and Dysplastic Nevus. As of 11/19/25 (nearly six weeks since visit), no pathology results posted to patient portal and no call or letter in snail mail/email with results and next steps, but the center sends daily email reminders to pay my bill. Called the center on 11/19 and learned biopsy results not back from lab yet. Not at all pleased with Ms. Ritchie's follow-through and now beginning to wonder, based on Ritchie's lack of curiosity about the results, whether the biopsies were even necessary or just revenue for the center!
