What can I say about COSMO that other yelpers have not already. It all started when I went out last night. After a couple of drinks (more like a lot), I did the inevitable and dropped my Samsung Galaxy S3. Not only did I break the glass but I also broke the display (LCD I think). When I called COSMO this morning, and explained in the condition it was in, Amy was nice enough to explain to me what the problem was and how to fix it. After talking to her I felt confident in bringing my device here for repair. Amy was able to tell me what the problem was just by me providing details about what my device did and didn't. When I showed up, I was greeted by Melissa who checked my device in and allowed me to window shop some cases. I was informed that the LCD they had, was going to replace my existing assembly. SCORE!!! When I dropped it, I managed to scrape the frame and left it looking pretty gnarly. At this point, I felt like I made the right choice. Like a six year old in a candy shop with $5 dollars in his possession. When I returned to pick up my device, I was greeted by Ben. Ben walked me through the repair that was preformed and was very knowledgeable about not only the device but the repair itself. When I asked him how was it that he was so knowledgeable, he explained to me he had worked as a master technician for Sprint and pretty much knew the Ins & Outs of devices. At check out, I was provided with a discount and was able to get the case i had been eye balling earlier. Needless to say, I am happy with the service both my device and I received. I do not write reviews often but I really felt this place deserved it. Not only is the place well lit and inviting the amount of knowledge that these guys have are second to none. A shout out to BEN for fixing my Samsung Galaxy s3!! I called first to tell him my issue that I have had with my phone of not charging for the past few days. I went on you tube to fix it myself. Heck no!! Something was wrong with the charging ports and it might needed to be saw down or replace. Anyways back to BEN, he did tell me what might be the issue and bring it in. So I did, by the way good location to have a business in busy Colorado Blvd Pasadena. He remember me from our early convesation of my phone. He did say that it might be the motherboard or jst needs to replace the charging ports but he will take a look at it for free of charge. I was like great. By the time I got home in about 20mins or so. I called and Amy(she too needs a SHOUT OUT) "HOW U DOIN"!! I told her that I wasn't for sure if I had the $$$ right away to fix it She put me on hold and told me that one of the charger points was moved and all Ben had to do was to re-sader it. 'AWESOME"!! It probabaly took him like less then 30mins to fix it. I went back in an hr and met my husband their cause he had to pay for it. Good as new!! Beware of having your phone fixed instead of just replacing it. I cracked the screen on my Lumia phone and called around to get a price on having it fixed rather than buying another one. The screen was cracked but the phone otherwise worked fine. I called Cosmo and they quoted me a reasonable price to repair the screen. I took it in on September 26 2016 and they replaced the screen, and charged me $10 more than the quoted price. Not a real big deal, and I was happy to have my phone back. But when I got back to my office, where I always have excellent reception, I had virtually none. Turns out the reception seemed to be at 10% of normal everywhere I went. I took it back and they worked really hard to get it fixed, but after several tries at fixing it, they failed. They never left me a message while they were working on it or that they had given up, so finally I picked it up today, on December 5, 2016 and they basically said tough luck, no refund. read more

So i walked in to Cosmo Mobile Device repair center.. i have never been in here before but right when i walked in i was nicely greeted. (which kinda made my day!) it was awesome. He went straight down to business after i showed him what i needed help with which was that i needed my iphone4 repaired something is wrong with the back( so i thought). Bam!! he took a look at it and right away told me what was wrong and gave me a great price to get it fixed and said it would only take a couple minutes to fix. I was happy to know i didn't need to buy a brand new phone. Miracle workers. Was so sure that my outdated, but lifeline galaxy S3 was trashed... glass shattered, screen black, home button missing, frame bent- yeah indicator light still blinked but that was it. I am definitely coming back to COSMO! I cracked my Samsung Galaxy S4 today and called them around 1. I got an appointment IMMEDIATELY and head over to fix it on the same day. It took them a couple of hours to finish replacing my screen. But WORTH your TIME and MONEY. The screen look NEW and honestly it looked like I got a new SGS4. I had my iPad mini screen that has been cracked for a long time now. But I was hesitant to call around looking for a place that will do a good job fixing it. Every where I called they want to charge so much for repair but Cosmo was the only one with an awesome price I can't refuse and I heard they do excellent job fixing it too. They manage to fit me in same day and got it repaired in a timely manner. Their staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. I even bought a temper glass for it for future drop protection. Came here to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed. They were able to do it for less than the apple store and any other store in town!! They got it done in less than an hour and it looks great. The customer service was amazing!! Always super helpful and nice and threw in a few extras to thank us for being their customers. You don't see customer service these days. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to get the repair done for the best price and very quickly all while going above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. Cosmo is the best place to get your cell phone repaired. The price is very inexpensive they replaced both front and back. My apple iphone looks brand new! The staff is very friendly from the time I called in, they were very informative and gave me specific directions. Even told me to be careful to park in front because of time restrictions. Theres free parking below btw. I was in and out of there in 30min. I replaced both front and back screen for only $70.. No one can beat their price and service. I previously took my phone into cosmo in west covina for screen repair. On saturday night, I dropped my phone on the dance floor from one of my friends wedding party, the screen just turned black and didn't turn back on. I was in San gabriel so I just took it back to cosmo in pasadena and ben totally took care of me. I don't mind paying again for my own fault but he totally gave me a discount to replace my screen. I felt certain that I would never, ever need this type of service. Never say never!! So as I had seen this particular shop during my many visits to the Terraces, it was the first place that came to mind. I must say that they really delivered. The two ladies that attended to my issue were very kind and professional, even assisting me further as I was having technical difficulties with my i phone 6. Greatest repair center on the face of the planet. The staff is so knowledgable and understanding, and they move mountains to help in any way possible. I had a project with some issues, and they opened it up and did everything they could to fix it, and although it was a problem that couldn't be fixed, they didn't even charge me for their time. I was getting out of my car and my foot somehow got snagged on the pedal, so I slightly tripped and fell out of my car. Well, my phone was on the doors side pocked and I must have reached for the door or something, because my phone fell and completely shattered.
