It seemed like they used fresh oil because the coating was light, clean, and not greasy at all. All three families tried it, and everyone agreed it was delicious. We ended up coming back later that evening to order more for the adults! We got the sauce on the side, and it tasted just like authentic Korean sweet and spicy fried chicken sauce.
