Even if I feel low energy before showing up, just being here I find myself laughing, having fun and feeling so freely joyful. I really appreciate how attuned the instructors are at not only teaching the generic dance steps, but also really seeing what will benefit each student, and teaching accordingly. I'm someone who cares most about the feeling and essence of the dance - I love feeling inspired while dancing, and I really feel this here. I've had the most experience dancing with instructors Ryan, Danielle and Josh and am smiling and laughing with every lesson and class. But all of the instructors seem wonderful. They have a great community, classes are fun, and all of the folks (staff + other students) are friendly. I just so happen to have signed up when they were running a promotion and signed up for the more classes immediately. I have been going for the past couple of months and always leave feeling good about the class. There was a full blown show at the end of the season in Majestic theatre. That was fun to see all of the other classes (adults and children) . Highly recommend visiting. Meredith and team are awesome!

They don't really allow parents to watch which is why I took off one star. I loved watching my daughter dancing. They don't have a lot of sitting inside but they have more sitting available outside. Everything looked clean which I liked. I might sign her up again once we are done with other activities we are doing at the moment.

We stopped in for the free class of creative movement and what started as nerves and sitting around for the first half of the class to fully engaged the second half. After that trial she couldn't stop talking about it. We enrolled into the classes and it's been a blast to start each saturday with this. The instructors are patient and keep classes rolling and are very engaging to get those who aren't feeling the early morning start. ~ FLOATING SHAVASANA WAS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL ~…read more I've always wanted to try aerial yoga, and I'm so glad that my first experience was at the Aerial Studio. I booked the Intro to AIReal Yoga class through ClassPass, with Kristen O' Briant as the instructor. You can either bring your own mat or use one provided by the studio. They offer both aerial and AIReal Yoga classes that use hammocks in the practice. Our class took place in the back of the room, where a beautiful array of hammocks was set up. Kristen was an amazing instructor--she took special care of beginners, ensured we were making safe moves, and offered modifications when needed, all while providing encouragement and still challenging us. As an avid yogi, these hammocks really helped deepen my asanas, and I enjoyed this fresh approach. The highlight for me was the floating shavasana. Normally, I struggle to fully relax during the final shavasana in traditional yoga classes, but this experience was magical. Swaying gently and being cocooned in the hammocks - like a butterfly before it transforms or a baby in a womb - made it the most relaxed I've ever been during shavasana. A couple notes for the studio: during the first half of the class, there was also a children's class happening at the same time. It wasn't too disruptive but did occasionally make it hard to focus and be present. Also, dimming the lights during the final shavasana would enhance the atmosphere as well as show off the beautiful twinkle lights strung above the rafters. I highly recommend this experience and am looking forward to my next class! *HOT TIP: This was my first visit to Pacific View Mall, and I had trouble finding the studio. The studio is located inside the mall and between Old Navy and American Eagle.

I didn't know much about tai chi before starting, so I am learning as I go, but I can tell this is going to be something I incorporate into my life.
