They shouldn't even get 1 star . The owners are nothing but a bunch of thieves.The care given is the worst . They put on a good show while you are there but as soon as you leave they do nothing for your loved ones . No baths , no food , no attention. Half the time no meds. (we found meds hidden in pots and containers around with lots of her meds in there that were not given to our mother.) They put on a show of how much they care and hold their hands and kiss their cheeks while your are there watching but its all a game to them . They will do anything you ask while your there with their fake and caring smiles. Anything that's not nailed down they would take. We helped them with money issues many times and never received a dime back . We finally fired them when Mother started to go down hill in her health due to their care amongst other issues. Any of the ladies that worked for them and quit would agree with all I have posted here. I have numbers. Due to many arrests they should not even be in this bussiness. Mother was man handled many times by them and their caretakers and was comfronted by other caretakers that saw it happen . Dont let them fool you if your thinking of hiring them .We found out to little to late. Just tring to help others before they make the same mistake we did . Steer clear of this bussiness at any cost . We tried to put up cameras to see what was going on but they said they wouldnt work anywhere with cameras , but they had cameras up thruout the house and recorded any conversations had there . So they always knew our plans or conversations . Please be aware . Sorry we ever helped them get this bussiness started . Our mistake .....We helped them so much before we knew all this about them. We have had Cosners Comfortable Care since they opened. The owner is very knowledgeable and always expects the best of her CNA caretakers . Mother just loves her. Angela who works in the office is hands on and can pretty much fix anything and takes care of the billing besides . Any questions or issues get handled right away promptly. We have no problems leaving mother in their care if we should have to go out of town. The business is fairly new but we have had Alice before that with another caregivers service . I would suggest you check with Cosners Comfortable Care before you go anywhere else . I feel you will get the service and excellent care you deserve and want for your loved ones . read more
