If i could give no stars and leave a review, i would. I went in yesterday asking for long layers and bangs. I even brought in a picture for reference. What I left with is a disaster. It looks like a five year old took a dull knife to my hair. The layers on one side are longer than the other and nothing is blended. Not to mention she hacked off more hair than I wanted gone. This is the worst haircut I've ever had and I've been a test dummy for friends practicing for their licensing exams. I will NEVER be back. I can't even hide the damage she did. DO NOT GO TO FLORA! In fact, give your kid some scissors and let them cut it. I guarantee you'll be happier. read more

The ladies who cut mine and my moms hair were very nice. Did a fine job, however we had scheduled appointments with two specific people. When we got there we were told both of the people we had scheduled had gone home. We weren't contacted about the change of stylists. Overall this place is pretty fantastic. read more

Edited from 2 stars to 1 now that I've washed and straightened my hair I see it's not even at all. The left side is visibly longer than the right so now I will have to wear my hair up until I can get this fixed. This stylist needs to be re trained. Pathetic... I have been here once before in the past and Kim was fantastic. Today I decided to get another cut here so I booked an appointment through the app to be seen by Kim once again. I arrived a few minutes early and stated my name and who I was there to see and the woman who was up front couldn't find me in the system at first but finally got me checked in and took me back to the chair. I don't remember exactly what Kim looked like but I'm 80% sure this wasn't her though I can't be certain as this woman never mentioned her name or had a name tag. During my cut, the women never once initiated conversation. She asked me at the end of it if it looked ok and I told her one side looked a little weird and she agreed but proceeded to say she didn't know why. Nothing was done about it as she didn't know how to fix it...I also had to ask her if I could look at the back of my hair before leaving as she was sort of rushing me out and didn't offer to let me see it or ask if I wanted it styled etc. when paying, her name on the receipt showed as Shellie. Very unprofessional to switch stylists and not let the customer know even though they specifically requested someone. Will not be back. read more

Great service!!! I stumbled upon Cost Cutters today by accident, I was actually looking for the business that was previously in their space. My 21 month old daughter needed a bangs trim and we had excellent service from stylist Jessica. She was good with my daughter, no tears were shed and her bangs look great!! That is a lot to be said when cutting a toddler's hair. Check in was quick and painless, wait time less than 5 minutes. Great prices too! read more

I've been going here for about a year now. My gal is Rose and she's always done a great job on me. I have really thin hair and like my hair cut short, so it doesn't make sense for me to go to a high end salon and spend a ton of money. Service is quick and efficient here with Rose. I usually pay $20 including tip and I'm out the door. As long as Rose is here, I'll keep coming back. read more

I've been here a few times over the years. It's a nice place, very friendly staff, always get me in and out quickly for a simple cut, which I love. Today Rosemary cut my boys' hair. She did a great job! She was fast and did exactly what I asked for, no more, no less. Sierena cut my hair today for the first time, she was quick and did an ok job with the cut. However, she constantly pulled the crap out of my hair, even when I told her, "that hurts". I don't know if she was in such a hurry that she didn't have time to properly comb and detangle my hair, but either way she won't be touching my hair again. I'm not tender headed, nor am I being overly sensitive. She didn't care that she was causing me a great deal of pain and kept pulling away. I almost didn't tip her because of it. Everyone else I've received a cut from there was amazing & didn't hurt me in the least. read more

I started going here when my normal gal at another shop wasn't available and I was in desperate need of a hair cut. I ended up getting Geneva and this turned out to be great. I noticed that the shop here is very clean and updated decor. All of the staff was very friendly, but Geneva treated me fantastic. She did a great job on my hair and was friendly throughout the cut. I have been back now several times and quite honestly, she does just as well, maybe even better than my last gal did on my hair. This is my new regular spot to get a hair cut. I normally go into see Rose, but I had just missed her so I went to get my hair done by Kim the manager for the first time. I had to hold my breath during my haircut due to the smell of the cigarettes and smell of pet urine. Not professional at all. I would wait to see Rose next time. read more

Let me start by saying this was my first visit to this salon. When I called and made an appointment it seemed like the stylist didnt have enough time on that day. I told her I didnt want her to be in a rush to cut and color my hair. She agreed and said because she has never seen me she would give herself plenty of time. I arrive about 10 minutes early. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. Some bangs in front and my layers cleaned up. She colored my hair which I have no complaints. During the time my hair was coloring she cut a couple of boys hair. She rinsed my hair and hurriedly began to dry my hair. I wasn't sure if she normally cuts hair dry or forgot that I also wanted a cut. She said to another patron that she would be right with them. Now before she cut my bangs I expressed to her I didnt want to look like Betty Boop. She cut my hair in about 10 minutes. Surprise..... I have bangs that look like a 5 yr old did them. How can you cut bangs too short when you cut them dry? DOUBLE BOOKING!!! If you get Bianca make sure she listens to you and isn't rushed. I have gotten better haircuts at supercuts. Lazy workers. I've had my hair cut many times so I know here they skip many steps to cut hair properly. They were not that busy but they were moving very slow. I asked for my hair to be cut a certain way. The lady didn't do what I asked her. When I asked her why, she said because she would have to cut more hair. Soo lazy. read more

I have been coming here for two years now, and I need to drop the star level from 5 to 4, because the prices have gone up but the haircuts have gone down. About 1/2 of the cuts that we get are good/average, a few are GREAT, but a few are not so great (too much off). (I teach math, so I know what an inch is, lol.) Most of the staff is very nice, but a couple employees come off as rushed. Still, this is where we'll keep going for hair cuts, and we'll be spending more time learning who to ask for and who to avoid. read more
