I had to have a consult done at another salon to get this fixed after Caledonia hair company refused to fix them or to refund my money in full . The other salon said it's the biggest mess of hair extensions she's ever seen and the person who did them has no business offering this service and recommended I formally complain to Dreamcatchers. I attempted to resolve this issue with the owner of the company who abruptly hung up on me . This business has unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and horrible customer service . I asked for an ombré blue design to my toes... which meant every toe was a slightly different shade of blue. My girl had no problem doing that, and it didn't cost extra at all! It's been at least 3 weeks, and the nail polish is still on! The only reason I gave it a 4 star review... for the price, there could have been more services included in the pedicure. Some things to recommend... a paraffin wax, the use of hot stones, a foot mask, etc. Other spas in the area offer a lot more with a pedicure for that price.

My balayage was top notch too! Alison is my go to nail tech. I get the shellac manicure and it is SOO worth every penny. Not only is she detail oriented and friendly, but she is also knowledgeable of the products she uses on all clients. I think this speaks volumes to the spa because if my nail tech can speak about the product it makes me more comfortable about what is being put onto my body. The physical space is well kept and clean, and I have not felt worried about catching a foot fungus from the tubs (I know that's a thing at other spaces). The only downside is scheduling, I feel like Design One is a bit understaffed unfortunately, so getting in can be a challenge. I always try to book far in advance to make sure I get what I need. Although, I know they do sometimes have walk in appointments. Other services offered here include hair cuts, make up, and massages. I have not gotten my hair or make up done here, but I have gotten a few massages. The spa portion is very calm, and I think they do a decent job with the services.
