For fast food is not too bad! I am not a fan of fast food but when I don't feel cooking I like to try places like this. I don't even remember what I had... it wasn't bad but it wasn't wowed, just what I expected.

    Chicken tacos, NOT steak

Continued disappointment!! 303-690-6130-phone disconnected 303-284-6085-no answer after multiple tries Ordered curbside, end up walking in for order. Employee can't confirm correct phone number, phone number on receipt is the one ending in 6130. Order is incorrect, paid for steak tacos, only got chicken.

Not too shabby for a BYOBurrito place but I will say i was very impressed with the staff (very courteous) and the cleanliness of the restaurant (tables were cleared promptly). First time here so i played it safe with the traditional chicken (but I would like to try the raspberry chicken soon). I wasn't sure what to expect other than to feel my hangry face with lots of yummy pico. Something is sweet tho....I couldn't tell if it was the smothering sauce or the rice or the pico but something had a little sugary taste to it (very different indeed). The burrito was way huge so I couldn't eat it all (I know!) so yay for leftovers! Prices are average and the menu simple (so the usual standard non fru-fru) The young man working the register was very attentative to me (and this is fast food mind you) and the seating area. So anyone with previous concerns about the service, the food or the ambiance, come on back and maybe give Costa Vida another go.

Nice color scheme, empty inside but you can currently dine in

Nice quick spot to eat. There were tables that you can eat at and they had some closed off too for current safety measures that are in place. You have a choice of meat : chicken, carne asada, beef barbacoa, veggies. They had a few types of beans , cilantro rice , all the burrito/taco toppings as well different cheeses. I purchased a taco salad and a veggie burrito, they were both plentiful portions. They have Coke products but since I drink soda I am glad they had Horchata (rice cinnamon milk). The service was kind and I enjoyed my lunch. Not a craveable food establishment but I might be back.

Salad with sweet pork, black beans, no rice, pico, green chile, and cilantro lime dressing. So good!

I was beyond excited that a Costa Vida was opening up closer to me than the one I had previously frequented on Lincoln Ave. After meeting up with a friend at a local brewery I was def feeling some chips, queso, and a smothered burrito (though I've also had the salads and baja bowls; they're all delish). ++ They cook/heat your tortillas on a rotating heated stone right there in front of you. ++ The sweet pork is BOMB! Plus, there's a variety of beans and salsas to both add and top your meal with. I personally enjoy the refried beans, because they have a little kick to 'em. ++ Chips and queso! So good. Plus they offer a small size for those solo diners out there. ++ Staff is super friendly and didn't even bat an eye at me running in during the last 15 minutes they were open! Oops! I know I will be back for another Costa Vida fresh Mexican fix! So. Excited!

There is water with beautiful pictures and costa Vidas logo.

This is a fresh delicious restaurant I love Costa Vida so much but they sometimes mess up your order! It's ridiculous but in all it's a good delicious fresh place.

A lot of places popped up, but this Mexican restaurant really stood out -- great reviews and the food pictures looked amazing. It's about 13 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient. From the outside, it looks small, but once you walk in, it's surprisingly spacious. We were seated immediately, and our server was absolutely phenomenal -- so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. For an appetizer, we ordered the queso fundido with chorizo (you can choose corn or flour tortillas). This is one of my favorite dishes to get at any Mexican restaurant if they offer it, and this one did not disappoint. The cheese was perfectly melty and stretchy, and the chorizo had great flavor that paired so well with it. Wrapping that cheesy, savory goodness in a warm tortilla? So good. For my main dish, I ordered the quesabirria -- corn tortillas filled with birria and cheese, fried crispy, and served with consommé for dipping. It was decent, but I will say it didn't have quite as much flavor as I'm used to with quesabirria. Still enjoyable, just could've used a bit more seasoning. The beans were actually delicious and full of flavor, but the rice was a little bland and could've used some salt. Overall, the service was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and even though it was busy, everything came out in a timely manner. The prices were also very reasonable -- definitely not expensive for the quality and portions. I would absolutely come back to try other dishes. With just a little more seasoning in some areas, it would easily be a five-star spot for me!

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We were told our total was $32, but when I paid with a card, the final charge came to $34.93. When I asked why the amount was different, I was told it was because I paid with a card. I understand that taxes and fees may apply, but customers should be told the full amount before being charged. What bothered me the most was the attitude. When I politely asked for clarification, the person cooking responded in a rude and arrogant way, saying, "You know that in the United States you have to pay sales tax." I wasn't questioning whether sales tax exists, I was simply asking why the amount I was quoted was different from the amount I was charged. I also noticed that my receipt showed a Denver sales tax rate of 9.15%, even though the food truck was located in Aurora on Hampden, which added to the confusion. The food is excellent, but the customer service and lack of clear communication left a negative impression. I would return for the food, but I hope they work on treating customers with more respect and explaining charges more clearly.
