I drove through the drive-through this afternoon and I was refused service because I had a five-year-old yelling in the backseat. He is on the spectrum. He was upset, but she was making extremely rude comments over the microphone back at us and refused to take my order. If she couldn't hear me, she could simply asked me to pull up to the window never ever have I been treated that way at any restaurant by anybody. Second time coming since they reopened. First time we went in and food was cold. Thought it might be a one off. Just came back tonight waited in the drive thru for 30 min with only 3 cars ahead of us just to pull up to the window to wait more. We literally just saw our food sitting there getting cold. The lady said here are large drinks for the wait (we paid for large) got our food it's cold I mean SO cold. For waiting that long you would think the food would at least be hot. I am not over exaggerating either. I sent my husband in there so exchange our food. So here we are waiting some more. So disappointed. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch and opted to go on to the restaurant rather than waiting in the drive-thru line which was 6 cars long. Fast to order and the cashier was nice, but had to wait 20 minutes for my food. The restaurant interior was typical, not spotless but clean enough. I had 2 Del Tacos and a Bean and Cheese Burrito. For a Del Taco, the food was fresh and the amount of food in the tacos and the burrito was much more than I usually get at the location closest to my house. read more

I love Del Taco but this place is slow. It was close to my hotel and I thought it'd be quick but it took 10 minutes and the car in front of me had already been waiting. I started on the wrong side of my burrito because the chicken and avocado was on the bottom. The beans were in the middle and the bland rice was on top. My street taco had a brown avocado on it. I'm not surprised to see such a low rating for this franchise. Last night, after a busy night at work where I didn't have time to eat, I ordered food from Del Taco on the App. The order was placed at 11:29pm. After hustling to get there, I arrived to pick it up at 11:48pm and was told that they are closed. Their posted closing time is 12:00am. There is an obvious flaw in a system that allows the order to go through and tells you to come pick it up at a restaurant that is closed. When I called this morning, I got a manager who was more concerned with defending the actions of their employees than addressing my concerns. I was told that I would have to drive back out there to get a refund. I asked what they were going to do for me for my inconvenience and I was told, "Nothing". Here was the perfect opportunity to try to make up for their failed service by offering a gift card or a free meal but they decided that wasn't necessary. I will now contest the charges through the bank, and I will never frequent this store again. One star is too much for this joke of a restaurant!! read more

A mouse trap Not a safe restaurant for kids ! There was a mouse or whatever trap this in this restaurant under tables , we got there and ordered when we went to sit my two year old son saw it under the table and touched it , he screamed and everyone in the lobby was looking at us like what's happening, except for the stuff there no one came to ask what happened, I took the trap and show it to one of the stuff and told her what happen , she said :ok I'll let the manager know . I walked into the dining room and waited at the counter while the only person taking orders took at least 5 orders for the drive up and do not take my order, so I went to the drive up and ordered and got my food and came back in to eat, so you do not get served at the counter only the drive up. read more

Food was as expected. My order was wrong, they left out an item. I was in drive through so I didn't notice until we were pulling forward. I walked right back in and the cooks acted completely confused. I said nicely, 3 times they left out an avocado chicken burrito. My husband is from California and so it must be some kind of homey childhood thing that makes him want to come back. Half my quesadilla won't have cheese on it. I ask for Classic tacos and they give me regular ones and don't even ask to customize something cause it won't happen. I like other locations a lot. All of the employees at this location are pretty clueless. I went to this location to grab 5 of the Impossible Epic burritos for my Vegan family. Once we got back to the car and checked the first burrito there was cheese on the wrapper and inside of the burrito. No big deal, must have been a mistake. I go back inside and advise the young woman at the register that we ordered the Impossible Epic burrito and these seem to have cheese on them. The girl looked pretty confused and went to get the manager Naomi. She takes my bag, opens a burrito with hands I did not see her wash, then slides the bag back. She tells me "There's no cheese, I checked" I was pretty disappointed because I saw the cheese with my own eyes and I knew it was there. I asked if I could just get a refund. The manager told me no.
