The waiter was happy to provide his recommended dishes, we went with a rococo ceviche, branzino risotto, Parmesan scallops, and mushroom side. Everything was delicious but the scallops and ceviche were both really exceptional. Had an excellent experience coming here for my colleague's retirement lunch. Anthoannette was our server and she was very sweet and helpful; she helped us get our tables adjusted when we realized something needed changed. On this Friday night, it was the quietest restaurant on the strip, making it perfect for conversation. Our corvina ceviche (amarillo style) and arroz con mariscos were both excellent, though I felt the presentation could have used a little polish. Portion sizes were good, and prices were reasonable. I love trying new restaurants and on this specific special night we were in the mood for a good authentic Peruvian ceviche and searching for the right restaurant I stumbled on Costazul and decided to try them out. Giralda was unusually empty for a Saturday night, and we had our choice of great dining options. We decided to stop at what was previously Divino Ceviche, now Costazul and they're starting strong with some fantastic dishes and attentive service. We decided to sit outside to people watch, and enjoy a night without rain and a break from the recent record breaking heat. Our server checked on us constantly and kept our water glasses full. We started with a ceviche mixto (sorry we were hungry and dug in before thinking to take a photo). I think you can tell a lot about a Peruvian restaurant by its ceviche. This one was excellent, the chunks of fish were hefty, and amount of seafood in the ceviche was plentiful. For main courses, my bf had the arroz con mariscos, he said it was good but definitely would have liked more mariscos in the dish. I had the corvina a la plancha which comes with vegetables and mashed potatoes... and oh my goodness was this good!? The potatoes are a cream dream of potatoes and aji amarillo, which was so delicious and the vegetables were tender and flavor packed I couldn't stop eating them, the corvina was also good but the sides absolutely stole the show on this dish. We'll definitely be back, and I'll definitely be looking forward to the sides and maybe trying a different protein. All in all, welcome to the neighborhood Costazul read more

We came to see if they were really worthy of the 5 stars and let me tell you, they absolutely are. From the service to the food our experience was so pleasant that it reminded me of a homemade meal. We started with the mini causas and we particularly loved the crab one. The sizes were also perfect. We had the lomo saltado and the corvina risotto. It was the first time I was asked what term I wanted the lomo cooked and I was pleasantly surprised to see how accurate the term was. The meat was juicy and tender and not overly seasoned. You could taste the the beef and the smokiness in the sauce, just delicious. The risotto was another hit. The depth of flavor and the cooking of the risotto itself were perfect. They serve a full corvina with the dish, fried to perfection and just as impressive as anything we had in this place. The ambiance was very welcoming and the staff truly reminded me of what hospitality should be. This became our favorite Peruvian restaurant and we will certainly return. read more

I decided to order a sangria for my mom and I and once the server brought it over he accidentally dropped one all over our table and my sweater.... He then tells our server he drops and a few minutes later she drops off a new sangria in a tiny glass.. doesn't even apologize or anything... then we ask how come the sangria glasses are now completely different sizes?
