Consistency is Costco's way. Everywhere you go Costco will be there to provide the service. Costco gas is the same way. Every pump is the same, every gas station has the device as expected. The service level is always friendly and happy. I guess working outside is good for your soul! The prices are always on the lower side compared to other gas stations. Fast and friendly service with a smile can be found here! I got in line with about 4 other cars ahead of me and was pulling up to the fuel pumps in no time. There are 3 pumps per aisle so the lines really move fast. The guy in the car in front of me looked like he was in a hurry and got out to start pumping his own gas (the attendant came by but didn't harass him for doing so) - I once got yelled at by an attendant at a 76 station for the same thing when I forgot I was in Oregon! The attendant got to my car next and I let him know to fill 'er up! When my tank was full, the attendant brought me the receipt and waived me off with a smile. This is my kind of Costco gas station! I will try to remember the exit so I can make this my fuel stop when heading out of town on I-5! read more

I usually try and use Costco gas. Today I was surprised to find my "check engine" light on after getting gas about 90 minutes ago at Wilsonville. The guy did not secure the gas cap, he just put it in the filler hole. I will always recheck these guys from now on. If you get a young guy with a beard and a hoodie be careful. read more

Yesterday was the second time I tried to get regular unleaded gas in my 2020 hybrid Highlander and the gas nozzle didn't work really right. If you are looking at the gas station it was the farthest right lane pump one near the front of that lane. I have no problem @ Fred Meyer gas in Newberg or at Chevron on Hwy 99 in Sherwood! I was visiting out of town for the weekend and decided to come here to get gas around 6:25 PM on March 5th. There was a car in front of me who's driver wasn't in the car so I decided to go around them. The worker, Brian came up and asked me why I went around the car and told him the reason. He then proclaimed that "We don't do that around here. You will have to circle back around to get gas because I won't fill it." I was so baffled by what he said. I respectfully went back around to another spot. I was really disappointed by the customer service I received here. I never intended to be rude to the driver in front of me. read more

They have added more pumps and attendants, which has made for a improved experience. Added to their already cheap gas, this is great. Now store is still overcrowded most of the day with rude shoppers, but the crowd thins at the last hour of the day. read more

Whether you are at Costco or near by this is a great place to stop in and get gas! They have great gas prices consistently and they are pretty speedy even though they get a high volume of customers coming through. There pumps can reach either side of your car so that make it very convenient no matter which line you get it! Filler up! read more

My tip to getting faster service here is to get out of the car and put the Costco card and my debit card in, enter the PIN and then magically someone is standing there, hoping I don't pump my own gas. I buy all my gas here unless I screw up and run short in another city altogether. The wait is not long. It's often busy, but they get you through quickly, and if you show up at off times there may not even be a line. (Rush hour, not so much an off time. :) If you pop the gas opening, get out of your car, and run your Costco card and debit card following the screen prompts, you can get in and out a bit faster even - by the time they get there they can just pump - but beware if they are busy! The screen *will* time out if left alone. They advised me to just tap "enter" periodically to keep it going. Prices are excellent. You do have to be a Costco member, of course. Note that they'll take debit cards and I believe now any Visa also. They do not take cash. read more

My husband and I just bought a king bedroom set and 2 night stands. No employees offered to help us load it on the cart to purchase or help us get it to the front to check out. And then when we were trying to load it in our truck employees saw us struggling but didn't care at all. Luckily we had customers offer to help.
