Both me and my daughter were helped by a rude employee. When my daughter went the employee went up to her car and tried to open the door. When she opened the window, he said open your gas tank cap. No greeting from him. When I went, there were 2 men on duty. About half a minute after I got there, one man went to help another driver who pulled up right after I did. I don't know where the 2nd employee went. Then the 1st employee went and changed out the garbage bags. I finally went and asked him to help me, and he said, oh I was going to talk to you but you were on your phone. We are not going there again. read more

We had cash to pay for our fuel. Attendant told us to go inside and pay. Went inside and cashier wanted to know how many gallons the car could hold. So I simply asked for twenty five dollars worth. They said they could not give me change. A gas station that can not give change. Get a cash system going. What kind of games is this place playing. The attendant laughed. It took 41 minutes to get $20 worth of gas. The pumps at this gas station are so old and take WAY too long

While our car was being worked on across the street decided to walk over to the gas station with my toddler to get a drink and let my kiddo pick out a treat for being so patient. Was halfway across the parking lot when the employee started screaming at me from across the lot that they were closed and to come back in 10-15 min. Very embarrassing to be screamed at like that and very unprofessional. The employee then proceeded to SMOKE right out in front of the building by the entrance next to the GAS PUMPS very unsafe. Will never come back to this location. read more

We came here because we were passing through. Everything was clean inside and it was easy to get in and out of.

Just fire the whole crew and start new. Get a cash system working for fill ups. We arw not here to play guess how much it takes games. When you have a customer complain take it to heart don't just laugh it off. You obviously made a mistake. Own it. read more

The customer service here has much to be desired. When I pulled in, the attendant stood by the building for a good 30 seconds, smoking & listening to music & not even acknowledging me. I was the only one there. I proceeded to get out of my car and approach the pump when he finally came over. Still listening to his music with his earbuds in & without saying a word he gives me a face as if to say "what do you want". I asked him politely to fill it with regular & handed him my card. Still no verbal response from him. After swiping it he flipped it back at me. He then leaned & sat up against my car while my tank was being filled. Overall the attendant was just plain rude & it was obvious he didn't want to be there. I don't expect the world's best customer service at a gas station, but a little smile & polite verbal communication goes a long way. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! This station lacks in management and customer service. The manager Mike was to contact me and didn't. I left him multiple messages and he still hasn't. He was to turn my incident report over to the "office" and they would take it from there. Noticing after we left that the form has no place with our phone number. Tried calling him multiple times and he will not call me back. After a car wash incident he basically told me that his car wash attendants lack common sense. Then decided that he would say same about my son who was a paying customer. You do not talk about customers like that especially to their face. I am sorry but for the safety of the car was and others why would you hire people who "lack common sense" in his words and why would you ever want to work for a company who says that about you? I have used their gas station and car wash for years and due to this situation I will never return. No wonder they have multiple negative comments. I was greeted today by a very rude gas attendant. The attendant was very impatient, Irritated and his actions amplified the lack of professionalism. Maybe he had a bad day. In addition the attendants were hanging out with their friends in a closely parked vehicle. It gave off a not friendly vibe. I am no longer stopping here to fill up and will not recommended this place. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This station is a breath of fresh air! The gas attendants were very friendly, asked about my day, cleaned my windshield, and pumped my gas very efficiently. The staff inside are very cheerful and they are good at promoting coupons and always have a bright smile! The restroom is inside and very clean. The whole store smells fantastic and is neat and orderly. Only wish that items were price labeled better and but it was a overall a good experience. Dealing with traffic in Wilsonville is a challenge on any given day, and I will definitely be more than willing to take that exit and visit this place again for my gas and snacks! read more

Following is the email that I sent to the Union 76 corporate office - I don't have time to play the escalation game, always straight to the top. I will update if there is any response. My wife purchased regular grade gas at your South Wilsonville, OR location today - 30085 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070. She went there because the freeway/road visible price sign stated that the cash price for regular gas was $2.099/gal, which I had confirmed earlier in the day. With cash in hand she asked the attendant for $25.00 of regular. Upon completion of the pump the attendant refused to give her a receipt. When my wife went to record the number of gallons she noticed that she had been charged $2.259/gallon for regular. She called the attendant over to question the cost, pointing to the freeway/road/lot visible sign that still read $2.099/gallon for cash regular. He said that 'he must not have changed this side of the sign.' She informed him that he is required the charge the displayed price and that she would like a refund. He said that there was nothing that he could do about it. He also told her that there was no one else on duty that could do anything about it. The difference may only be $1.77 but the principle, and the Federal Trade Commission, put her in the right. Please issue to us a refund of $1.77. read more
