Where do I start. Here's the timeline. Order Emergency kit made Nov 16. the website status on my order says "Order Recieved" for 9 biz days. I call they say wait couple more days. Day 11 no progress on order status they say oh the vendor are having issues with shipment. I get an email saying their is a backlog on the order if you still want to keep it you will receive it on Dec 26. PUHAHA! I try to cancel for full refund. They say ok I should see a full refund in 1 to 2 biz days. Day 3 for refund nothing. I call again on hold for 30min they say oh this order is in authorization status so you shouldn't be charged. I review my cc they are correct. So I say I'm done with costco. After 20yrs of being a loyal customer this order made me say I'm done. Yo, this is my bread and butter yo. Nothing within its barren walls is more than 14 points than what they pay for it (produce and meat excluded due to spoilage issues). Good for getting things used often enough to buy in bulk. It is annoying to find a product you like that you suddenly can't find anymore. Their inventory seems to be very hit and miss. It ROYALLY pisses me off that they check your receipt on the way out. It nearly always causes a backup, and they never really check anything very thoroughly, so what's the point? Am I going to pay for a membership and then steal? It makes ZERO sense to me why they would feel they have to check your receipt on the way out. read more

1. Weekend shoppers at this location act like they are stocking up for the apocalypse. Watch out for these aggressive types with their huge shopping carts. 2. Food court smells like grape cough syrup. I though maybe there was a spill the first time I smelled it but nope, it always smells like that. 3. Three gigantic scoops of gelato for $1.50 at the food court. 4. It's really sweet of the receipt checkers to entertain my kids by drawing them doodles on the back of our receipt. I'm sure the line of people behind us do not mind waiting ;) 5. Finding a parking spot will take as long as your entire shopping trip. Even though the spaces here are nice and wide, there are some people who just are flat out bad at parking and unnecessarily make pulling in and out of one of these spaces into a 20 point turn. It can be painful to watch. 6. I suggest to maximize your shopping experience here, take some time to get the the right frame of mind before walking in the door. Your need to have some patience and know there is nothing quick about shopping in here. read more

This review is more about the zoo like atmosphere of the store, than the actual store employees. Never go there between the hours of 11Am- 3PM on a weekend unless you want to be: a) Nearly be hit and run by stressed out shoppers in a hurry wielding a shopping cart going 30 mph down the aisle b) Or be yelled at old ladies who think your cutting in line and will continue to claim your cutting in line even though you haven't moved an inch and are STILL standing behind her. c) Have crazy soccer moms driving huge SUVs try to take you out in the parking lot. d) Have fights over who was there first to grab a shopping cart outside the store. One of the above or more happens everytime I go to this store on the weekend. No more will I go to this store on weekends. It's a zoo. We also tried to have a furniture Item I ordered on Costco.com picked up by UPS. After calling twice, UPS finally came to pick up the item. Too bad we already hauled it down to the local Warehouse for a refund. read more

Customer service is bad. I can't believe it with so much competition and so much unemployment, giant stores still allow themselves to trump all over their customers. After shopping for 1 hour I come to register with the merchandise I am about to buy and they notify me that my card has expired recently and force me to renew it, otherwise I can't be in the store. I completely understand that I don't keep track of the costco expiration date, but I would expect costco to still allow me to go through with the purchase, and notify me that I have to renew it before next time. Instead the supervisor was extremely inflexible, and basically said unless I purchase the contract now, they will refuse the transaction. Of course, with such attitude I simply didn't want to discuss it further and left the store. So in the end, I wasted one hour of my life in this store for nothing and that hour I can never get back :( read more

The Costco in Issaquah is pretty good. It is clean, has a lot of great wine for decent prices, their bakery department is top notch and I enjoy shopping around the store. They are getting a better organic section, they now have organic chicken, but I haven't ventured to purchase any yet because I'm not sure if it is cage free. In addition, they have organic hamburger and their Tillamook cheese is some of the cheapest around -- omelettes, anyone? I have not had any problems with service, lately. But, last year, when we first moved to Issaquah, the checkout person refused to acknowledge my existence. He refused to look at me or say anything, even when I tried to strike up a conversation. When he rang everything up, he struck up a conversation with the person in back of me so he wouldn't have to tell me my purchase price or even tell me to swipe my card. I never felt so ignored. It might be a race thing, the guy behind me was white. This asnt happened again, I can only hope he got a warning or learned on his own you can't treat people so badly. One gripe with this place - why do they always get rid of awesome things? Every time we go we get Odwalla OJ, sonoma chicken salad and Starbucks gift cards. Guess what? For shopping or just for lunch, I love coming to Costco. I've been coming here for over a decade, and the staff is consistently polite and professional, and usually friendly. The facilities are well maintained, especially considering the zoo it turns in to on weekends. I feel that for the most part, the Kirkland Signature brand is an endorsement of quality products. I've gotten cookware and other durable goods that have done me well for many years, and now that we can buy spirits in grocers, I have recycled many, many large glass bottles bearing Costco's branding. The selection of goods inside the store is excellent, everything from cradle to grave can be bought. You have to go online for the caskets, but still. If you come on the right days, you can get some deals on good clothes, but for anyone who isn't XL or above, get there before the rest of us do. The options at the food court are very good, and I consistently rave about the price. $1.50 for a GREAT footlong hotdog and a soda! The chicken bake is also good if you are in the mood for something a little bready creamy, it's like a pizza roll but with alfredo sauce. There isn't anything bad on the menu, and nothing is expensive. I love it! I will haunt the food court for longer than the polish dogs haunt me. A+++ would stuff my face forever. read more

I've got no complaints about this Costco. All staff has been friendly, and helpful whenever I need them to be. During all the times I'm here, it has always been busy; it's just a matter of how busy. I am either there in the afternoon on the weekends, or around noon on the weekdays. Parking is no problem as long as you're not too lazy to walk a bit. I usually just find parking a bit further and get one in no time. read more

Costco gas the way to go. I always thought the prices are fair, the line's are OK and seems that their additives are cleaning the engine. I also always see an attendee employee helping customers if needed. They are careful with reducing the gasoline spill. They have more gas pumps allow more people to simultaneously pump gas. Of course weekend the lines are longer but I thing it's not that long because moves quickly thanks to those considered customers who are considerate people behind;) Go Costco. read more

Costco stopped requiring masks a few days ago. My fiance was allowed in yesterday without a mask, but when I went today the man at the front door seemed to think it was a requirement. DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER WARRANTY AT COSTCO. I bought th extended warranty for $99. when I purchased my Lenovo (over $500.) laptop. I have the warranty document in hand which has the contract # clearly on the document (Square Trade - an Allstate Company). Square Trade refuses to honor the contract because I can't provide them with my Costco receipt or the Costco membership number I used at time of purchase. My wallet was stolen a few weeks after the purchase so I don't have the Costco receipt or know my old Costco membership number. On hold with Costco (46 minutes) Issaquah to ask for information on requesting a copy of receipt or at very least my former Costco number. o I've been transferred four times unrelated to information I need. Now I've been disconnected for 2nd time after two transfers to the Optical Department and one transfer to Costco Wholesale. read more

I actually enjoy coming to this Costco in particular. I find more often than not that the employees are helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. It seems there's a bit more order to the general Costco madness than at other locations. I know in part this is due to the proximity to Costco Corporate. That also has the added benefit of this location getting the new items first. I'm happy to say that I came for one item and actually left with just that one item--a miracle in itself-- but with the selection of new things it's hard to leave with just that. I'm happy with my visit and this Costco is worth the drive out if you're not from the Quah. Come on by. read more

Great place to go to get cheaper gas. Several months ago, there was not enough gas pumps to accommodate Costco customers and I ended up waiting a good 5 or sometimes 10 mins before I can fill up my car. Very frustrating! But that soon changed. Costco decided to add more gas pumps and the end results no long waits. No lines. The Costco employees that run the gas pumps are also very helpful. read more

I have to give credit to where it's due. This Costco is my favorite in the Seattle area. With excellent customer service, and staff, and a better selection then other Costco's, I rotate between this location, and the original 4th Ave location in Seattle. I've noticed they are offering more samples more frequently these days. Example of excellence in customer service: I asked the cashier if they carried an item I haven't seen in awhile, and another worker overheard my question, offered to look it up, and within 2 minutes, he apologized and informed me they no longer carry the item. There was no attitude and everyone was seemingly happy to be working there - at some places, workers get annoyed when you ask a simple question. This is why I keep coming back! read more

Oh Costco. I love you, but I hate you. The produce is top notch, the meat is incredible and always fresh and the baked goods will make your knees weak. They rotate in season and local specialty foods and they are often at amazing prices. The pizza rivals the greatest pizzerias in the area and is 1/4 of the cost. All of the other food at the walk-up window is amazing too. We do all of our grocery shopping here and the fresh food is always better then your average grocery store. This would be a 5-star review if it weren't for the chaos. This place is a madhouse... from open to close. And, it's not organized chaos, its chaotic chaos. It seems as if when someone walks into Costco, all of their common sense and courtesy go out the window. People consistently clog up the aisles while they are wandering aimlessly, smashing into the people next to them and trying to control their eight children they didn't plan on having while they run around the aisles almost getting killed by other airhead cart pushers. Then on the way out, they decide it is a good idea to wait in line for an hour for gas that is more expensive than the Arco a few blocks away. Okay... rant over. If you subtract that little rant from the equation, I would be here daily. But I can only manage it once every two weeks or so. read more

I like the Costco near me back home, and this one is just about the same. You have to understand that Costcos are not the best with organization. Sometimes you think, the tissues are next to what?? But, when you find what you need, you can get some good bargains. I like being able to buy things like paper towels in bulk because they don't go bad, and usually it's a better deal than in a regular store. Just make sure you check prices and don't assume it's less. For this one in particular, I took my boyfriend who isn't a member, and he wandered around at first extremely unimpressed. Then, he found different things he needed/wanted, and was so excited about the good deals! Ha! *wink* So, I've now converted another person to Costco. Remember that for paying, it needs to be cash, a check, or the Costco credit card! read more

Let me start by saying I have two kids: that pre-qualifies me as a Costco fan, so my review is a bit biased. We go through a lot of stuff on a weekly basis: from diapers and wipes to beer and snacks. Costco is my go-to place for stocking up and I stop by at least once a week. Parking is not too bad but can be a hassle depending on time of day and day of the week. I also usually get gas for the car, so it's never a quick trip to the store. Checkout is pretty efficient though the cart situation could be improved: the parking lot needs more cart drop off zones. People drop their carts all over the place because in most cases you need to take the cart back to the entrance which is kind of annoying. On the selection front, here are my favorites: - leg and rack of lamb - organic chicken - salmon - cocktail shrimp - blueberry and lemon coffee cake (I could lie that I made it: it looks and tastes home-made) - booze (hi, Remy Martin, hi, Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine!), though their beer selection is not the best I've seen - smoked salmon (get the Kirkland brand, imported from Norway) - cheeses (you name it, they have it) - avocado oil ... and I could easily keep on going. read more

This review is for the Pharmacy. The rest of the store is great, typical for Costco. I've been a long time Costco fan since they beginning and spend 10k or more per year there. But the pharmacy ... is a total ... missfire. Slow, lazy, lethargic, apathetic. They will do everything they can to delay filling your Rx. This is an opportunity missed for Costco that otherwise disruptively excels at giving people great stuff for less. I needed an Rx that was placed 36 hours ago and it wasn't even a pill order - just a tube. Was not filled on time. It doesn't even need the highly skilled hand of someone who can miraculously take the pills out of a large bottle and count them, and put them into a smaller bottle. This was much simpler, thankfully - just grab the tube and ring it up. I came and waited in line and grew a beard standing and waiting only to find out it still was not ready. They gave me a pager so I could wander around for 30 more minutes. 45 minutes later, they summons me electronically and had secured the tube. Luckily, I was able to find a value pack of 120 razors so I could shave the beard (or just end it all) I had acquired waiting for my Rx to be filled. Come on Costco, you can do better. read more

Store employees are always helpful and polite. Prices are good. The store is clean and well stocked. My husband loves their pumpkin pie.

I like this Costco a lot. It's a little bit smaller than the one in my hometown, but it gets straight to the point. I always get the polish dog outside before shopping with my man and it's always pretty easy to get in and out. They have great samples, like every other Costco, and a nice seasonal section. My only issue is the wine selection is very big, and they don't sell Meridian. But take that with a grain of salt. The coffee grinder is hidden behind the checkouts by the employee room, so be sure to really look for that when you want to grind your beans. It's gets crazy crowded on the weekends when blue hairs want to go shopping and block huge aisle ways with their diagonal carts, but that's what you have to expect. read more

AWESOME, AWESOME, JUST PLAIN AWESOME! I love everything about this place. Really. It just doesn't get any better than this, friends! From their tasty food court to fresh baked goods at the bakery, free samples scattered all over the place, large sizes and low prices of food, it's every person's dream come true! Aside from this, my truly favorite part is how the staff is so friendly and attentive to your every need. They not only have food available, but a photo printing station, pharmacy, and optometrist place. In the past, I have seen the optometrists here, and purchased a pair of glasses. Costco also sells clothing, socks, personal hygiene items, I have also gone to their photo printing station for passport pictures and photo print outs. All of my baby pictures are from here, so this place holds a very special place in both my family and my heart. Moving onto the most exciting part, let me start out with the outside and work my way in. I love the mixed berry sundae, latte freeze, turkey wrap, polish sausage, and combo pizza! Beware of chicken bakes, for they are calorie laden and heavy. Also, their turkey wrap can pack in over 800 calories. Even the pizza is a better option with 700 calories. Once in a while is ok though, so don't worry about over indulging. Working our way in, the free samples are amazing! From snacks, to desserts, to meal items, seafood, sausage, and many others...it's endless! Come around lunch time for the wave of samples. Bakery! The Costco cakes here used to be one of my favorites, but it has worn out on me, for I have discovered many other cakes out there. Asian cakes, whole foods, Baskin Robbin's, and others included are much better. Mostly because their icing is mostly sugar, and the cake tends to be a little bit on the dry side. I do admire their chocolate mousse stuff, money to say the very least. They do make other great bakery items though, such as muffins (lemon poppy seed and blueberry are my faves!), dinner rolls, danishes (loved these when i was a kid), pies, tarts (refreshing!), and so, so much more. Grocery shop is such a breeze here because they pretty much have everything you need. Produce, snacks, dairy products, frozen items, prepared foods, fresh seafoods, and meats, it's all available! Plus, it comes in the bulk. I can buy a 96 pack of granola bars for a couple of dollars, easily. Come here if you haven't yet, cause you're definitely missing out! read more

I come here couple times a month and it has be awesome. I love buying in bulk. It usually is cheaper and since I like to cook, I run out of ingredients fast. I love the selection. It could improve though. More variety in vegetables would be awesome. I prefer to buy organic products and there seem to be an increase in selection. I also enjoy the idea of gluten free baking (which i'm new to) and they have gluten free flour and coconut flour which i'm a fan of. There needs to be more though!!! and their samples?! Can I get a plate at the entry and make a couple rounds?? More samples please! read more

Overall: Great selection of items in bulk, however lines/queues can get exceptionally long and tiresome We usually visit Costco for non-food items. The only food we buy here is Jarlsberg, President Brie and Old Amsterdam cheeses and some branded cereals. Other than that I can't comment on the food here (we don't buy items such as salmon as it has color additives or anything from the bakery as they don't look appetizing to us.) The value of the items is very reasonable, especially the branded items. They have a huge selection of everything - electrical items, garden equipment, shrubs, clothes, books, CDs, DVDs, bakery, fish, bulk pet food, snacks, frozen foods, refrigerated foods, cereals ... the list goes on. But seriously... does anyone actually enjoy shopping at Costco??? read more

Huge Costco fan here - yes, I actually enjoy shopping at Costco. Always fun to walk around and see what's what. I work very close by the Issq location, so I can go in and grab just a few items and walk out for way under $100 lol but only because I'm in here so often. My honey works for a company that does frequent road shows at Costco, so I'm there nearly every weekend, too (dropping her off/picking her up) and usually go run inside. Their magazines are less than the markets or newsstands; their books are less than books stores. The only irritant I have with Costco (and not just this one in Issq) is that they'll demo an item, get you hooked and then don't carry it any more. What's up with that? Couple months back they had "Tasty Bites - Lentil Soup" - very, very good soup - can't find it back now. And then other items; they'll have only one "flavor" out of many possiblities (for example - General Foods Int Coffee - I love their Cafe Vienna, but all they carry is French Vanilla (yuck) - I can appreciate they don't have room to stock everything, but they could switch it out to give everyone a chance to find what they like. But you can't beat their prices for the most part. I was amazed when I found Frontline Plus (flea/tick stuff for dogs) for $37 - I've been paying $58 at my vets and thought I had a good deal there. You can find their Kirkland version of Prilosec for much less than Prilosec and it's the exact same stuf. Amazing. read more

I usually frequent the Costco in SoDo as it is closer to my home. However, now that it's ski season and this Costco is just off I-90, I find myself coming here on my way home from Snoqualmie Pass to get my shopping done. As with all Costco outlets, parking here is an absolute zoo. I think it's even worse here than in SoDo because there are a lot more kids and SUVs (welcome to suburbia). Eventually, you'll find a spot. Time to celebrate. The selection in the store has a more Asian tilt here, which is awesome. I can buy ghee, dried lentils, and Chinese drinks here. These items are not uniformly available in all Costco outlets, so it's a real treat. All the other standard stuff is, well, just like it usually is. I've always been a huge fan of the great quality you get for reasonable prices at Costco, and this store proves no different in that regard. read more

Long story short, I just called the corporate office to get a year end statement so i can finish up my taxes (I own a business), and they told me they couldn't give it to me, because i"m not an IRS auditor. They're a wholesaler and a lot of businesses purchase from them...I don't know what the big deal is and frankly, I'm moving my membership to BJ's. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I'm able to view two years of purchases on Dell, Amazon, my bank, my credit card statement (which of course Costco doesn't take credit cards). I wonder what Costco is trying to hide. read more

One stop shop for all your needs. You can shop everything u need under one roof. You cannot beat the Costco prices which makes the membership so worth it. Don't forget to see the marked down products ending in .97 they offer very good deals and the often sales and rebates are attractive. Not to mention their lowest food and fuel prices. The Redmond location though gets some of the items later then the other store. I like that they are ding variety for Indian/ Asian groceries too Their seasonal clothing is always a plus read more

The ramp going up to gas drive is a bit hard to find because it is a separate road. Otherwise, it's the same like any other.
