I just went to Woodinville Compounding Pharmacy for the exact same medication, same 90 day supply. And boy was I shocked when not only was it ready early, they included the chicken flavoring we paid for, and the medication was only $13!!!!! Don't waste thousands like I did. I made the unfortunate mistake of asking why they couldn't fill the higher dose. (At this point I didn't know there was a mixup in the prescriptions from the doctor.) The male pharmacist yelled at me and said some really mean things that made me feel like I was someone looking for a higher dose of a narcotics instead of someone looking for the correct dose of levothyroxine to avoid miscarriage. I finally got him to fill it and came back 30 minutes later. I tried to be nice, but I was still shaken. He told me to take my business elsewhere and even threatened to not sell me the levothyroxine. I even apologized to him and he still told me not to come back. He told me I was a bad person. I've always had a good experience here before this. I always say "Thank you" and "Have a nice day". This guy absolutely ruined my day. I hope I never see him again. The ladies that work here are great.

Told us to come back in 15 minutes we show back up & that very two pharmacist & tech that told him to come back & it would be ready no problem looked us in our face and said we never told u you can fill it! "You probably took all your meds of 90 day supply in 30 of your heart medicine" "You're crazy! We don't want you hear! Go away! You are crazy! Loud & ghetto! We think you lost it!" I was baffled at the comments which are all recorded on my phone via audio as they were yelling at us gaslighting us, telling us we are "crazy in the head" the overweight brown haired white young woman then proceeded to tell me I'm fat & look at u!" When I tell u I was floored at this disrespectful mouth the both of them had all because they have a old none accurate medication on file they claim I took to much of!!!??? My daughter has several different prescriptions on file that are all active i recently moved back in the area this week, I use a few other Safeway pharmacy locations due to hardship & transportation issues! My son & I were so confused so we're a few witnesses who were watching while hearing them berate us for 10 minutes straight on camera!!!!!!!! Then I was told by the tech "I will call the cops & u will not like that! Don't want to be like recent people in the news" I am a person of color, specifically a black woman! My wife has MCAS, which makes finding medications she can tolerate incredibly challenging. Even very small amounts of fillers, sweeteners, flavors, dyes, or unnecessary additives can cause reactions for her. She often needs prescriptions compounded with the absolute minimum number of ingredients possible, and not every pharmacy understands how critical that is. Mike, the owner, truly gets it. I've been the one working most directly with the pharmacy, and I am genuinely so grateful for the care and attention Mike has shown us. From day one, he has treated my wife's case with seriousness, patience, and real compassion. He has worked closely with her doctors to make sure each medication is compounded exactly the way she needs it, stripped down to the simplest formulations possible. Whenever something needs adjusting, he takes the time to talk it through and problem solve with us. What really sets him apart is how far he is willing to go for his patients. There have been times when our schedule or her health made it difficult to pick up prescriptions during regular hours, and Mike has been willing to meet me at the pharmacy on Sunday mornings when they are formally closed just to make sure my bride had what she needed. That level of dedication is rare. Living with complex medical issues can be overwhelming, but having a pharmacist who treats you like a person and not just a prescription number makes all the difference. My wife is definitely a special case with complicated needs, and Mike has consistently bent over backwards to make it work. We are incredibly thankful to have found him. This lovely female dog has a condition called Wilson's Disease, and the person who was elected to send me her compounded medication from Oregon was late in doing so. I made several calls to various Compounding Pharmacies in my area, and found only one who could compound the prescription the dog needed. Mike worked patiently and graciously with the pet's vet in Oregon and myself on a very busy Saturday to create the necessary dosage for this animal. Needless to say, Poppy the dog had her next scheduled dosage right on time thanks to this wonderful Pharmacy owner.

My husband dropped off our dog's prescription for Simparica Trio on his lunch today 12/30/24 at noon. Got a text at 12:34PM that it was ready for pickup. Husband went to pick it up at 5PM after work, pharmacist states that it's not ready for pick up and that it's gonna be a bit for them to fill it. He asks to pick up the half our cat's prescription that we were told was ready and the pharmacist states that "these flea meds don't last long on the shelves" and we have to wait until Friday for a new shipment to come in. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if a medication is filled for a patient it should be labeled and set aside for them, correct? Not given away to another customer. Especially if a customer is informed that the medication is ready for pickup. Will absolutely not be using this pharmacy again unless some excellent customer service comes from this review. $286 worth of purchase definitely deserves better customer service than this. I had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos A., Pharmacy Technician, Costco Woodinville Pharmacy location. I asked him to check on the availability of a medication. After determining that the medication was not in stock, he insisted on checking availability at the warehouse to see if it could be brought in on a shipment by tomorrow. Carlos A. exemplifies the wonderful customer service that I've come to expect at Woodinville Costco pharmacy.
