    Found these! Yum!

Love this Costco so much. It is way less crowded than some other locations I've been to. Especially if you come at the right times. They always have a fun selection of products and great deals. Pizza is always on point and a whole pizza for $10, you can't beat that. These Costco workers are pretty chill and not rude. I don't love the parking lot situation, only 2 ways in. So a little claustrophobic.

I love this Costco! - gas station remodel is a good design change - love the new traffic circle - customer service is efficient - food court is indoors - plenty of East Asian items, but please stock organic soft tofu (not just firm) like the Sunnyvale Costco does! - parking can be full on weekends and busy times, but it's not as insane as the Sunnyvale location 15 min west lol!

I really like the Costco service here in Coleman Ave. I have been coming here since last 6 years. This store is not that chaotic compared to the Sunnyvale Costco, parking is easy people are very nice and mainly they don't block the way. It's very convenient to come here. Products are kept in every sections very nice and clean.

Quality/Quantity - My favorite of the two Costcos out here. Less "crazy," although it looked like they changed the entrance with a roundabout and caused a little bottleneck/confusion during the time we were here. Just glad I am a good driver, and caught on easily. This one is slightly smaller than the one off of Lawrence, but it was still consistent enough for all my needs. Atmosphere - Consistent. Departments - Food court, gas station, tire service, pharmacy, optical, hearing aids, etc. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm or 8:30pm. Service - Self service, but they do check your receipt here right after you ring yourself out. Price - Overspent as usual... Glad they have a good return policy. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1985. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. Now you are the 5th largest retailer in the world and #10 on the Fortune 500. 804 warehouses worldwide, with 558 in the US. 1980 - IPO. 1993 - Price Club and Costco merger. 1997 - Rebrand all locations to Costco. 2024 - 132 million members.

My wheel are dirtyer than I have ever been

I would steer clear of Costco for tires. Workmanship, customer service and value are all 0 out of 10 I got new tires from Costco. I arrived they could not find the tires I ordered. The tire center worker told me it would take 90 mins, it took 2hrs 15mins. I made the appointment a week in advance before a sale. The worker told me I could get the discount when I had my appointment. When I asked about getting credit they told me no one was there would give me the discount and I would have to come back. After finally getting my car back the wheels were extremely scuffed, dirty and the tire was cover is glue. All signs of poor workmanship. I have gotten at least 5 sets of tires from Costco in the past but this will be the last time I get them from Costco. Other tire shops offer similar discounts as Costco.

Really big Costco & great selections always ready! As we know the lines are long but these ones go really fast. Parking isn't the worst here compared to other locations. Fast service at the gas station as well!

This Costco was emptier than I was expecting for a Saturday afternoon when my wife and I stopped by. It wasn't too hard to find a place to park (for a Costco). Inside it was busy, but not jammed packed or hard to navigate around with a big cart. The layout felt off compared to where we usually go in Mountain View or Sunnyvale, but still had everything we were looking to buy, because Costco sells practically everything. We used self-checkout.

Unfortunately my experience yesterday was very unpleasant due to Francisco's poor people and customer service skills (or lack thereof). I explained that I wanted to use my gift card during checkout but couldn't find the gift card at the time and didn't want to hold up the line so paid using my Costco credit card. Right after swiping, I found the gift card so I wanted to have the amount returned to my credit card and re-buy the 3 items using the gift card instead. I made the request at Merchandise pickup where there were no customers waiting after me. After I explained what happened, Francisco said it was my own fault for not using the correct card, so I'll just have to use the gift card next time and said I could have just stayed as long as I needed regardless of holding up the line to find the card. Obviously I acknowledged my own mistake, which is why I explained the situation to him truthfully since the beginning. However, the attitude, demeanor, and choice of words Francisco used were rude, demeaning, and unnecessary. I asked him kindly and he could have simply said something along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear what happened. Unfortunately in this case, I won't be able to fulfill your request, but you are more than welcome to use the gift card another time." That's all! There was absolutely no reason for the attitude. Costco, please retrain Francisco on basic customer service. No paying membership customers appreciate spending money just to be spoken rudely to. I've had many great experiences here from other staff members so hopefully my next review will be a positive one. Most of all, I hope Francisco learns and changes for the better!

I'm surprised nobody was opening the avocados to check the pits or climbing into the rotisserie chicken rack to get warm or that the rows of carts weren't stacked like the Bone Temple in 28 Years Later. At least they have "a parking lot" for the people shopping the indoor food court. Which was the only plus. Speaking of the food court, despite Costco pizzas being prepared and cooked the same way, their pizza didn't taste that good. Maybe someone had their cart blocking the oven.

Also "at least on this day" I noticed that shoppers are much more rude here, they will completely block an aisle away with there carts and not be courteous to put the carts on the side "this happened at least 10 times" I've never had that problem at the Costco on Coleman Avenue, people over there have some respect and will move over for you. The good: When you enter, you have to scan your card, when I scanned my card the employee said something to me? I said I'm sorry I didn't understand what you said? He then replied "thank you for being such a long time customer, this is your 30th year!" I thought that was really nice. (I can't believe I've been a member for so long) This Costco also has my favorite Kiko Man soy sauce "the original, with all the salt" the one on Coleman Avenue does not. Bottom line is I don't think I'll be going back to this location, the negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion.

Last week, I tried to return a gift my sister had purchased for me with the receipt. After explaining the situation to the supervisor at the entrance and then to the cashier and another supervisor at the returns desk, they all told me to get my sister's membership number so the refund could be issued to her original payment method. After I returned with her membership number, Supervisor Gabriella told me the other employees were mistaken, that the item could not be returned, and repeatedly asked me to leave. I politely requested to speak with a manager, but she said they were busy. Only after I insisted three times did a manager come over and complete the return without any issue. I understand that miscommunication happens. My disappointment was not the mistake itself, but how I was treated. When I calmly shared that I felt she had been unnecessarily aggressive, Gabriella responded, "Yeah, because I'm so tired of standing here like this. We can't help you. You should leave." My family has been Costco members for nearly 40 years, and we also own Costco stock because we believe in the company's values. Costco has built a reputation for respect, integrity, and serving the community. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Regardless of whether someone is a member or simply a guest returning a gift, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Firstly, the store is open to the public. I looked for some signs, but there was nothing posted,…read morebut ask and the answer was a resounding yes. I give five stars to any place that convinces me I need that bit of kitchen equipment. Not just replacements or duplicates, I mean stuff that does not exist in my kitchen. I have limited space in my kitchen and I do my best to avoid nonessentials. And there are not too many holes in my kitchen inventory. Since this is a restaurant supply store, I figured most of the equipment would be inappropriate for a home kitchen. And mostly it was. I really don't need paper napkins 5000 at a time. But every now and then I saw something that you don't normally see for the home cook. Now the restaurant size woks and pots were to be expected. What I didn't expect was the equipment that's clearly meant to cook individual size portions. Literally these were the cutest little woks I've ever seen. These were also the only woks where I had even the faintest chance of executing that professional chefs flip. I gave it a whirl and no luck. It's still too heavy for me. They did have some items that were on clearance. Now these prices are perfectly in line with other stores, possibly even lower. But way too late, I already have those. What a bummer. There's some stuff that automatically incited lust. But I already know this type of equipment should never be installed in a residential kitchen. For example, they had gas burners for restaurants. I seriously doubt anyone would run the gas pipes that you need to fuel these burners. I think they would violate most residential building codes. Nevertheless, they're awesome kitchen porn. I found the mix of kitchen equipment very interesting. The percentage of items that were clearly of Asian origin was very large. Here are all the missing doodads that *some* Asian markets should be stocking... Have you ever been frustrated purchasing equipment, where the plastic bits like the lids keep breaking and you can't find the replacements? Take a look at this place, the containers are standardized and so are the lids. Finally. I ran across some truly unexpected items. A lot of them were things you never think of like replacement knobs for pots, replacement wooden handles for woks. And you know those traditional brushes that your mom insist is the only way to clean a wok properly? They had it. They had it in the extra extra extra large size, but they had it. And sometimes it was just little things like the kitchen gloves that look like they would survive a tornado. Unfortunately, they were all latex and I'm allergic to latex. Oh well. Of course, there are the bits of equipment that are only useful in the home kitchen and obviously they are completely missing. Sometimes professionalism is too big of price to pay for giving up traditional cookware. If you're just glancing at the prices, they seem awfully high. But take the time to pull out the item and hold it in your hands. There is no doubt it will be heavier and probably has some interesting features that you won't find for the home version. Let's just say the wire racks will hold your cookies even if they're made of lead. And just to make my point, there was no nonstick anything anywhere that I could spot. For those of you who are looking for kitchen items that are a little bit out of the way or need something heavier duty than average. This is a great place to shop. On the other hand, many of these items are going to be too large to store easily or even to use if the dimensions of your kitchen equipment don't match. The Customer Service in the store was simply fantastic. They left you alone if you wanted to browse, and there was certainly plenty to browse. If you had questions or if you were getting serious about a purchase, they were happy to answer questions and make recommendations. 100% recommend if you are a kitchen equipment geek. You'll have fun even if you can't use any of it. 50-50 if you are looking for something unusual. Most items are only stocked if they are used in a restaurant kitchen. There's nothing that specifically aimed at home kitchens. For example, there are no kitchen appliances. Inventory fluctuates. I was delighted to find a silicone baking mat, but it only came in the half sheet size. My hopes for a domed wok cover rose high when I saw the display of Asian kitchen utensils. But the only wok covers I saw were clearly meant for the industrial size version and not for my puny home kitchen. I would say the store is not for everyone. If you love kitchen equipment, you'll enjoy browsing here and snagging cookware that you can't find anywhere else. For everyone else, most likely you find it disappointing since most of the equipment can be found in your regular department store except these are heavy duty. you may not want to pay the higher expense for an item that's going to outlive you. Or maybe we should all buy here instead of caving to our culture of consumption.
