After getting home and opening everything, several rose stems were already in poor condition -- dark/blackened stems, soft spots, and some were bending badly like they were going bad. What's worse is that within the same bundle, the quality was very inconsistent. Some stems looked fine, while others were clearly not sellable. For a wholesale flower shop -- especially one that requires a paid membership -- I expected much better quality control. This did not meet expectations at all. I've attached photos for reference so you can see the difference. Hoping the store can take responsibility and offer a refund or replacement. Otherwise, this really makes the membership feel not worth it.

I asked that a photo be sent to me of the finished arrangement. They promised they would but did not bother to. The following day, after the service, I received a photo; after I had to call and tell them that they had not sent the promised photo. The arrangement looked almost nothing like what I ordered, not as full, not the same greenery that was pictured and some of the flowers looked close to wilted. As they never answer the phone you aren't able to speak with them unless they choose to call you back. In my case they chose to not call me as they knew I would not be happy about what they chose to send. Not near what I ordered for at the expensive price. It looked sad and almost trashy. I can't even express how angry and unhappy I am that I ordered from this company.
