I started the process, and it was fairly easy, a sales rep reached out to me, and we talked about the options available for warranties, service etc. I had a trade-in and they worked with me on the pricing despite some minor issues with my vehicle trade-in. I was pleased with what they offered me, and they are very patient with me as well. One of the managers (Josh Riley) even gave me a call to ask if I needed anything else. I was very appreciative of that because most managers don't reach out like this to make sure your good with making a purchase. And at this point I hadn't made the purchase yet. But once I made the purchase, they delivered the vehicle to me, and they took my trade-in, and I signed a few pieces of paperwork and that was that.
