They had my tire and for a great price! I pulled up and they immediately took off my tire, put the new one on and balanced it. It took about 20-25 minutes tops. However, the shop performed and charged for two oil changes within an interval of approximately 5,000 miles. I was not informed that the second oil change was unnecessary based on the manufacturer's recommendations, nor was I given a technical explanation justifying an early oil change. At no point was I advised that the service was redundant or optional. Had I been properly informed, I would not have authorized the second oil change. I attempted to contact the shop by phone and left a voicemail requesting clarification, but I did not receive a response. I believe this reflects a lack of transparency and failure to obtain informed consent for an unnecessary service. If you can't trust this shop with an oil change, image any other service.

BEWARE I got my car fixed by J&J Automotive and Tire. A week later I got the car back finished. About 2 months after I got the car I found out the car motor was hammered. I brought it to a mechanic and they told me that whoever did the water pump never put the timing cover on right. So I brought it to J & J's attention. And even his mechanic stated that it was leaking from the timing cover and because of the oil leaking from the timing case and now the motor is blown from the oil leak from the job he did . I told the owner and he basically brushed me off and refused to fix it. Now I have no car because of his incompetence. Beware of the shop because he will lie in court and not follow through with warranties.
