I loved this dog wash! I've never actually used one before but my dog is a puppy and he's getting quite large so I decided for $9.99, it was worth a try and OMG! They have everything you need! I've shopped here over a dozen times now, as they have a few varieties of 50lb bag chicken food and many varieties of dog and cat food and wild bird food. This visit they had dozens of little ducks, but I resisted the temptation. I'm always greeted at the door, and the store's clean, well organized and stocked. The clearance bins often have interesting items at good value that I can use. Descent selection of flowers and potting soil. I just really like this place. read more

They carry puppy and kitten shots with exceptional prices. Let me preface this by saying that I am a "city girl." I needed some straw for my feral cat bedding. Tracto Supply was recommended, and I made the trek across town. I was totally out of my element when I walked in the store. They had stuff that I have never seen before and I'm old!! With that said, a lovely associate asked me if I needed help. Oh, heck yes. Sheri Ann (?) was so darn helpful. She led me to the straw and explained the two different options for the bales of straw where I was able to get exactly what I needed. I told her that I'd never been in the store before and she made me feel welcome and did not judge me. She was awesome as she explained that the store really comes alive in March when all the new chicks, ducks and turkeys arrive. I could clearly see she enjoyed her job which was so refreshing to see. I checked out with a lady named Lorene who was just as hospitable and welcoming. It was a great experience, and I will be back when I need more equipment for my household animals. We went in today to try the Self Dog Wash station for our Husky. It went really good for us because our dog is really fluffy and crazy when it comes to baths. The station was perfect for us, they provided towels, different types of shampoos, brushes. The experience was very personal and didn't have a time limit of use. They also have a hair dryer which made the drying process quick! For $10 with everything included definitely will be doing the baths here for our Husky from now on!! It's only fair to update my previous review. Admittedly I was annoyed with my last experience but this store made it right and I appreciate that. I was notified my mats had come in and guaranteed that they would be on hold. Picked them up today and the customer service was top notch. Lori was fantastic as were the other employees on this visit. I spent some time in their dog section and grabbed a few treats and gear for my new puppy. I would definitely recommend this store and will shop here again. I also checked out the dog wash section. Currenty only one customer at a time because of Covid but you can't beat $10 with shampoo, towels included. read more

I used their dog wash for the first time yesterday and honestly was kind of let down. The shampoos weren't all full and covered in dog hair build up. The floor hadn't been squeegeed and there was clumps of hair floating around the floor which defeats the purpose of your "clean" experience. The ladder was broken on one tub the blow dryers were clogged and all the tools were covered in hair and misplaced. The table to leash and dry and brush your dog was wet and covered in hair. The tubs are were clogged up with smelly dog hair and the aprons smelled sour. The only clean thing of the whole experience was the towels... read more

Really appreciate they have our dog food at an affordable price. We're willing to drive to get it from them. Always have had great experiences with their sales team. There is a "Karen" manager that tries to scam the Corporate Tractor Supply system. When I shopped the online store, the delivery price was cheaper than when you buy in person. She was giving a discriminating vibe towards me and giving every excuse to charge me more for the delivery. So I called the Tractor Supply Help line by phone and they verified the cheaper price and placed and completed the order from me. So if you need heavy large items to purchase and the have it in stock at this location, complete the order online. its going to force to ship at that set price. they have to honor it through corporate say. read more

This was my first order with Tractor Supply... I needed a couple of hundred dollars worth of materials for my tomato garden. I ordered online and found the website easy to navigate. I I thought I would be able to pick up myself- but huge cattle panels proved the bigger beast- I called to change my order and the staff were super accommodating- they could have told me to log back in and do it myself- but they helped me make the changes on the phone. This place has great things to buy but not great people. We weren't looking for anything in particular. We were looking for things and an employee told us that this is not a place to play and that the exit is that way. As we proceeded to the door, she told us, "Let me make this more clear. We are asking you to leave." She was very rude and aggressive to us. They also don't keep an eye out for other things because there were multiple pigeons flying around the store pooping on everything and harassing customers. read more
