Shopping at Costco is a good way to save money, they have isles stocked with food, drinks, personal care items, pet food and extras like travel, water softeners, window treatments, a discount tire service and liquor store. Parking is better when summer hits, a lot of snowbirds have left town. Unfortunately in winter, parking is extremely crowded and so are checkout lines. Even so, it's worth it to stop by. On a recent trip, I found some great wine to try, along with discounts on water, paper towels and other basic supplies. Weekends aren't really the best time to shop, although this store is busy whenever. Employees will stop what they're doing and answer questions, but the layout is good and it's not hard to find items. The down side is the long wait to checkout, the employees know how to ring up items fast and get you on your way, but it's the ten people ahead of you that slow things up. I've heard a second Costco is in the works and with the popularity of this store, it can't happen soon enough. read more

Excellent grocery selection AND prices....from baked goods to premade meals to the same frozen chicken nuggets I buy at a close-by grocery (for HALF the cost of that OTHER grocery store) EXCELLENT all the way around. My cashier and her helper provided outstanding service! I spent close to $400 but I have enough food for a month for the four adults in the family....from chicken breasts to huge steaks! One of the cleanest stores I've been into and the customer service is outstanding. There's a huge selection for every item that you're looking for . Their produce is great, but their seafood department is unparalleled . Even on the busiest days when I'm like oh my God, I don't even wanna get in this line ... They have the self checkout area that has people they are standing by that actually check you out anyway ... so when it looks like you're about to stand in line for an hour and a half, relax you're gonna be out of there in 15 minutes or less. And if you haven't tried the salmon with the compound butter on top, it's an absolute must ! You definitely get a lot for your money at the store so I would have to give the value rating a five out of five. read more

I usually go thru the self checkout line but today I went through a regular lane, my cashier was ANTONIDE. Worst customer service ever. I paid with Apple Pay and Antonide rushed to press the bypass button in the pinpad, then she proceeded to look at me and say "You have to put your PIN number" well no shit!! I told her "Well, YOU bypassed it!" and she said "yeah because you weren't doing anything" like excuse me?????? Less than 2 seconds it takes for the pin pad screen change to the "enter pin" and she rushed to reach out the bypass button! Then started to talked over me like I was in the wrong , just giving me attitude the whole time. Me and my sister witnessed this. Again, terrible customer service from this cashier and terrible experience. She needs to get a different job. read more

I love this store's selection of items and services. It can be one-stop shopping almost. Of course, I get injured before even getting inside the door of Costco. This place is very dangerous, both indoors and outdoors. I recommend wearing hi tops, thick work boots or padded winter boots. I mean I just left my doctor's office & now am injured. Like really & I was only going to get 4 specific items since it was on the way back. I had just gotten a cart, so the lady rams me with cart (she actually works there) and busts open the back of my leg above heel behind ankle. Really bad luck. She apologized. I am just giving a heads up. Not recommended to shop here unless you dress with protective gear & be extremely careful both walking and driving in the parking lot. Please note there is some sarcasm in this review, but for real, I am giving a pretty serious heads up especially about the parking lot and people driving carts indoors! I have seen several people nearly get hit by vehicles. There is never a time when it is not busy. Went on over to Costco food court for a little afternoon dog. The little ordering screens are cool and very handy. I got a hot dog, churro, and a Pepsi. I was looking forward to some sauerkraut on my dog but didn't see any on the menu so I just didn't ask. The dog was pretty good regardless. Churro was okay... nothing amazing. Pepsi tasted a little off though. Too much bubble not enough flavor. read more

Great service inside, the front line workers awesome, more than friendly and helpful. However, the elderly lady wearing a face shield who checks your receipt upon leaving is one of the nastiest and most rude individuals I've ever come across. She snarls at you and the poor family behind me she was so nasty to that their toddler daughter started to cry as they walked out, asking her mom why the old lady was so mean. I totally understand that in the current crisis companies are doing their very best just to cover shifts but when you have somebody as nasty as this old woman, you are doing your business and your patrons a disservice. Just because of her, I'll be taking my business to the Costco further up in Fort Myers even though I live five minutes from this location. read more

I'm a very loyal customer & member at COSTCO so even when traveling had to do the the whole black Friday thing here at COSTCO Naples, FL. location. This location is pretty much cookie cutter like all others with same products, pricing and service. Notice their meats, produce other items were very fresh and cleanliness and service was all good. Did notice the contrary to the Miami location that normally have young and very fit employees this location has a very much older staff. Kinda wondering how long it takes them to unload a trailer? Live in Naples almost 30 years and loved the store WHEN it opened. Its just outgrown itself. We used to love their AMEX card and like everyone ended up with thier VISA. We bought a cell signal booster on it and returned it. It took 2 months for VISA to sort out the refund. AMEX it would be a few weeks tops. COSTO refered a local air conditioner company for our install. It was a distaster from beginning and still hasn't ended as slime build up on the coils. COSTCO hasn't had much to say about it, but they're happy getting that kick back from the AC company. read more

Came into Costco to get some meat to cook for supper. Really wanted to buy some bratwursts but could not find them anywhere. So I go over to the meat counter and see some St. Louis style cut spare ribs. Good price not great but so much less waste on this cut of spare ribs. Mrs. K. purchased some clorox bleach wipes. Two items. This was a Monday not a weekend and the checkout lines where deep. What is really aggravating is not all the checkout lines were open, So you pick a line and hope it moves. It did not move very fast. So what seemed like an eternity like 15 mins wait to checkout we finally get through. Our membership was due so was stood in another line to renew. We chose the gold level as we don't come here enough to make the elite pay. Mrs. K.'s car needed gas and we thought about getting gas and the line was huge. Said to Mrs. K. let's just move one I have had it with lines. No need to have these lines they need to pick up their checkout game I can only think of the horror of shopping here on a weekend. read more

Customer service is awful. You can't get help from anyone and when you do interact they give attitude. At checkout there was an employee who was shopping and checking out in front of me. Her cart was in the way and I couldn't unload the small items from my cart. By the time she moved she was done and moved the cashier helper was grabbing my cart. During checkout the cashier felt the need to tell me in a demeaning tone that next time I come in I need to unload my cart onto the belt. I said I couldn't believe you just said that to me and told her why I didn't and she and the helper started arguing with me about it and then told me to calm down. I immediately returned everything and won't be coming back to this Costco again. I've never experienced this type of behavior at other Costco locations. read more

This Costco is great. Gas lines are short, lines in stores move quick, food service is fast, an overall great experience. It gets 4 stars because the tire center struggles big time. They never answer the phone and their appointments take forever. But every other part of this Costco works great! read more

I know that people more often review businesses when they are unhappy so I wanted to share an experience that was at the top of customer service. I have been a Costco member for over 10 years. I first want to congratulate them on being one of the first stores to require masks for everyone's safety. I ordered a 13 piece cookware set (only On Sale from Costco.com) knowing that if it wasn't what I expected I could return it to the store. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted but there was a tiny chip out of the non-stick coating on one of the pans (at the bottom of the box - of course). To get that one pan exchanged through the warranty with the manufacturer was going to be 6 to 8 weeks minimum! The thought of trying to repack all those pans correctly for a return to Costco was daunting. I called customer service at the Naples Costco to see if there was an alternative solution and they referred me to management. Natasha was very pleasant and understanding and was able to get the go ahead to make the pan switch for me. I went down and picked it up and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Now I have a perfect set of cookware so thank you Costco management and especially Natasha for coming up with a customer oriented solution! read more

When I first moved out on my own I bought a Costco card. Seemed like a decent idea, buy in bulk, stock up and don't worry about things for awhile. They also have tons of premade meals. Toss 'em in the oven and that's all. Sounds great. What's not great is vomiting violently for two days because the tilapia looked enticing. Ruined fish for me, one of my favorite meals mind you, for years. A big thing everyone boasts about is access to their gas station. I get it. It's a few cents cheaper, but does it make sense (get it?) to wait behind Barry who you think is just filling up his Escalade only to be surprised he has 10 gas cans in the back like he's preparing for some surprise hurricane. Hurricanes give you plenty of warning and I know you don't own 6 boats, Barry. Move along. If you've got 12 kids, sure, buy a 6 month supply of fun size Kit-Kats. My problem is despite the leaving with a so-called "fun sized" package of anything, I leave in a not so fun mood. Customers here are savages. Completely unaware of surroundings. They'll block a whole aisle with their giant carts and wander off like a dog saw a squirrel. No concern for you whatsoever. And if theres one of something left, use your non-dominant hand to grab it cause there will likely be a fist fight. Costco is Black Friday everyday. read more

I love your meat and seafood quality, your 40 pound bag of Kirkland dog food that feeds two hell hounds for a month that costs no more than $29, your frozen panko breaded tilapia for a midnight snack, your $1 hotdog and $1.75 berry smoothie at the food court... I certainly debated for months whether the $50 yearly membership was worth it. However that charge is paid back quickly in dog food/snacks/bedding alone. We bought a comfy, cedar stuffed dog bed for $20 that our dogs love. I can't find a better deal at Walmart, Petco, Publix OR Amazon.. Of course, one must be price savvy with certain items to verify the best price is obtained. I have witnessed great deals on some things, average prices on others. For example, a 24 pack of Heineken was $25 dollars this week at Costco, while I can always stop at a grocery store or 7eleven and usually pay around $12 for a 12 pack. As long as you can deal with the sample hogs and terrible parking, I think this place is well worth the hassle to save a few dollars in this crappy economy. In an age where prices are skyrocketing and incomes are stagnant, every bit helps. read more

A great Costco with a great selection. Parking is a bit odd and can get a bit crowded, from what I understand. There are many stores that have appeared nearby, so traffic can probably get a little bit crazy. During the winter months, I can imagine this location is packed. As usual, Costco offers a wide variety of multiple items. Prices are great. I was amazed, however, that the variety of items offered here is far superior to the variety of items offered in the Costco Wholesale that is located near my hometown in Texas. I was a bit jealous as I walked the aisles thinking that I could load THIS in my cart, and THIS, and THIS . . . but for what? I don't live here! Naturally, I know that some of the variance of stock is due to the different regions. I immediately spied a surf board for sale today, knowing full well exactly why boards were for sale here and not where I normally live. Produce is wonderful - what I am used to at my usual location. Meat selection is also great, as is their deli items and specialty cheeses. I did notice, however, that prices at this location on some items were higher than I normally pay. That was a disappointing fact, but not disappointing enough to ever prevent me from recommending people to shop here. And I will say it again: if you shop at Costco regularly, do yourself a huge favor and get the Executive Membership. SO worth it! read more

How can you go wrong here? Great prices all around, easy in and easy out for members, and just about anything you could possibly need to survive. Members also benefit by having access to the cheapest gasoline in town! Plenty of pumps, so there's hardly ever a wait time to gas up and go, and everything is clean clean clean. The person checking your reciept at the door was rude and looked disgusted, he had a line waiting at least 20 people waiting to get the count in your basket...I said 'thank you ' to the man ...Samuel and he looked at me like l had 9 heads....l repeated myself again... Samuel liked at me and had venom in his eyes. I'm an older man and lm sure Samuel would have made fast work of me if he had the chance. Samuel should be stocking the shelves in the freezer that would suited him more that checking out your purchase at the exit. He needs anger and courteous counseling ....BADLY! read more

Costco is always great! We just went for Gas today and there were like 40 cars waiting. It reminded me of the gas crisis from the 1970's. I thought for a minute they were giving fuel away. They weren't!!! Gas was 3.63 a gallon on 4/3/11...not that great of a price. The seven/11 on Pine Ridge and 41 is the same price too. Plus there is no waiting there. Just an FYI for today...it could all change tomorrow!!! read more

Very disappointed in the Costco Tire Department. I had a nail in the RR tire and then noticed that all four were in need of replacement. I've had good luck at Costco before, so went back to have a new set of tires installed. On my way home realized the tire pressure monitoring system was non-operational. I called them back and they told me to bring it back right away for a re-scan. I did, but when I arrived, I was told that the sensors were broken when I brought them in. That was nonsense. The alert light was on because the tire pressure in the punctured tire was low, but I had been putting air in that tire all week waiting for my appointment and it continued to accurately show the tire pressure. Moreover, all three other tires were showing the correct tire pressure. After the new install, all four sensors weren't functioning. At first, the mechanic told me it was explained on the paperwork notes..which were incorrect. Then he told me the sensors probably needed new batteries because they were only good for 5-7 years. Then he told me I needed to drive the vehicle longer so the sensors could "re-learn" before they would display the tire pressure. In short, we aren't going to do anything to fix the problem we caused. This will, of course, mean that I will need to take it to the dealer to get fixed...another couple hundred in labor, I'm sure. Next time, I'll skip Costco and simply take the vehicle to the dealer. It'll be more expensive, but at least I know they will guarantee their work. It's not the mistake that bothers me. Things happen. It's the dishonesty. read more

Costco just rocks. Plain and simple. The parking is always kind of nuts because it's always so crowded, but it is so much fun once you get inside. I really love the prepared meals in the refrigerated section in the back. They have a 2 pack of quiche that is amazing....broccoli cheddar and spinach artichoke. Delicious. They also have great stuffed peppers and a really tasty salad with cranberries, bacon, eggs and tomatoes. The dressing is the clincher. Just like all Costcos, they have everything laid out pretty much the same. It's kind of fun to explore and find the new items. I would suggest to avoid this place on the weekend if possible- especially Saturday in season... it's a mad house. We walked in one time on a Saturday and walked right back out.... the lines were wrapped around the aisles. This store is very clean and well lit. read more

I am a Costco shopper. And this is the worst Costco I think I've ever been to. There were carts strewn everywhere. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet weren't flushed or wirking. AIsles have not been cleaned. I understand that it's difficult with Covid but the fact that the store was so poorly maintained was really disappointing. read more

Heard wonderful things about buying tires here so I did. One of the tires developed a slow leak. Not unusual, that happens. Called to make an appointment to have it re mounted. They said "drop it off tomorrow at 10:00 and we will call when it's done." I said I don't have a ride, can I wait on it? He said" yes, but I don't know how long it will take!"
