So depending on what errands I'm running usually steers my shopping. Although any attempt to keep the store virus free is a good thing. But it is a false sense of security if people see masks and assumes it is a viral/germ free zone. Unlike other feed stores, TSC has longer hours and is open weekends. There is no cost to sign up to their Neighbors Club program and I've enjoyed additional perks from being a member. On a recent visit, I was able to buy a bale of hay when other feed stores were closed. They offer a large selection of dog and cat foods, as well as horse, chicken and various feeds for different animals. They have a variety of barn supplies as well as garden supplies. They have a good selection of fencing and if you can't find it in the store, their online shopping is great. This store is in a convenient location and they are welcoming to customers. Last time I shopped there, a very nice store employee loaded my car in the rain. This kind of service is why I'll continue to shop at Tractor Supply.

I brought this to the attention of the cashier (which was very lovely btw) and asked if I can possibly get a discount being that the item is not up to par, the cashier called over a lady named Elizabeth not sure of her position, she barley looked at the suite case said it's dusty cause of the work being done in a not so friendly tone. And just all around was not very friendly. She then seen I guess their manager Greg which same thing barley even looked at the suit case. Didn't even look at me in the face & said its dusty cause of the work they are doing, which again (understandable) I was also pointing out the scratches & hardware issues which he didn't even look twice at and stated nope we not issuing a discount (said this while walking away & proceeded to get on the phone). Which is fine, i didn't come here for a discount but doesn't hurt to ask. Especially because clearly the item is NOT up to par! I came here on a fast tip and had no choice but to buy it. He not only replaced our alternator quickly (beyond our expectations) but also pointed out how some other recent repairs were poorly done and fixed them as well. Thankfully, Family Dollar just down the road from me was open. It was obvious that I was not the only one that failed to follow through with their Thanksgiving duties. There were a number of people in the store that were relieved to see that they were open for business. The young man at the cash register was the only employee on duty, and there was a line of customers. But I did not see anyone upset, in fact, just the opposite everyone there was very cordial and extremely happy with the young man trying to get everyone back to the car and back home. Thank you, Family Dollar you saved my entire year, unleashed until next Thanksgiving and I do it again.

She should have let the customer walk down the aisle looking for what she need or wants.
