I come to this Sam's Club very frequently, and I haven't had any concerns or anything amiss! When you turn into this Sam's Club from Concours, if you turn right, it leads towards the side of the store. I always find parking here and don't have to compete with other patrons in the front! This is your helpful hint from one Yelper to another! I come in and it's usually a breeze. I flash my club member card to the worker in the front , and breeze through the aisles. I usually get my air fresheners, stationary supply in bulk, and snacks for work. It's generally very clean at this location. The only downside to this Sam's Club is the lack of samples. I go on weekdays and weekends, but I hardly see samples being given out. They do have a kiosk for your free sample of the day. You just need to scan your club card but their sample kiosk is always stocked. To beat the crowds, I always choose the "scan and go" option on the app. I scan all my items and walk through the exit without having anyone stop me. It's very nice. I had to give Sam's 5 stars today and here's why, every single associate I encountered greeted me! I mean every single associate... That says a lot for customer service and what the store may be trying to achieve. Even an employee doing go backs apologized for her cart being in the aisle. Amazing customer service. The store was also nicely stocked and had everything I came in to purchase. The produce looked good and I was happy because they had white peaches. I even found a convenient parking space when I parked. Overall, an amazing experience. On a side note, I noticed Sam's has been carrying more Asian items and I love that but don't buy the Strawberry Condensed Milk Snowflake Cake in the snack section unless you like things that are dry and chalky tasting. Was quoted to last the whole 2 hours (4-6pm), but install was finished around 5:10. Even if the wrong key was brought out at first, due diligence was made to locate the correct pair with the lanyard. Much appreciated. The one tip I'd like to offer for improvement is to provide additional clarity about the need for all lugnuts to be installed before switching out tires (as it would have saved a lot of headaches beforehand-- 2 hours I searched for the right lugnut and tools to install it). I would give it - if i could. Very rude disrespectful and implying that we are crooks. My husband & I were shopping and we went down an isle and saw a storage cabinet for $94.98 so we got one. We finished our shopping and went to the register to check out. The item wrang up the wrong $$$. So the cashier called what we were told was the Manager Monica. She walked over to the isle where my husband met her. Monica told my husband that the the price was wrong and implied that he switched the signes around. When my husband told her he didn't even touch the signs she stated to him that he needs to pay attention when hes shopping and spend more time reading the full tag on the shelf. Monica also implied that we moved the merchandise. A lot of people are sleeping on Sam's club when the value, selection, and innovative checkout experience is much better than the "other" warehouse club store. Hands down cheaper food and household items. As a busy parent, their ready meals are a life saver. The ability check out on my phone and also purchase cafe food before I even get to the front of the store is a huge win for me and my family. Seriously, why haven't other stores gotten the memo? This is the Sam's Club closest to us so we visit it frequently for good deals on food, treats, even household goods. They have a fuel station which is also very popular as the prices are much lower than other fuel stations. The hours at this Sam's Club location are great especially if you're a Plus member. It used to be that you could enter two hours before the store is open to regular members. I'm not sure if that has changed. Sam's Club changed its policy on free shipping for plus members and now charges $8 per order under $50. Overall not a bad location. Usually busy but stocked with groceries, clothes and even engine fuel. Give it a try. read more

I've been a member of Sam's Club for many years. I used to go shopping inside and that typically led to my spending more money than I should lol! Now I primarily shop with their mobile app. When I was shopping online I was having issues with being able to select a pickup date/time. That problem was eliminated once I moved completely over to the app. I like the option of adding my membership card to my digital wallet so in case I have to go inside the store, it's just a matter of showing my phone. The pickup option changed over the years from going inside to pickup the order, to having the order brought out to your car at which time they verify your identify and load your order into your car. It's super convenient and streamlines my monthly visit. I receive an email confirmation for my order, an email and text when the order is ready for pickup, and once I arrive and park in the pickup area, I text I've arrived and confirm my parking slot. It's usually not a long wait for them to bring the order out. There's the option to have items shipped to your home from within the app as well and they offer free shipping if it's over a certain amount or if you have a certain level of membership. I also appreciate the opportunity to earn Sam's Cash which can be used on future orders to help save some money. read more

When you are the largest retail supermarket in the U.S., with that kind of revenue and buying power, one could really bring their A game at partnering with suppliers to create something special. The most popular pieces and sizes were not available in store. The deals I saw for people not into that are: Tires, TV's, Some bathroom rugs & vinyl plank flooring. Health & beauty department prices were scarcely better than dad WM. Liquor/wine - definitely not worth a look. Ralph's and Total wine and Costco crush that. The hot food concession is very mid. The frozen pizzas under the lamps had been reheated to the point a crust was overcooked and turned upwards. Sad. They do sell a rotisserie chicken at a lower price, which is one the best deals there. Their bread rolls looked good. The taste is not good. Costco is leagues above in all areas-- especially at offering very high quality real food (even organic) and fair prices. Sam's is not an inspired store. They show lack of building a relationship with their customers by not offering quality goods and foods at fair prices. They really don't want to compete with their bigger store WM. They may supply small home food businesses with packaging and side products, which is not an interest to the average person. Following a tire inspection at my BMW dealership, I was advised that my front passenger tire had a puncture and that my front tires showed significant wear compared to the rear. I presented my vehicle for inspection at your tire shop. Initially, the technician performed a cursory visual examination, stating he found no issues. Despite my request for a more thorough inspection using a lift, my concerns were initially dismissed. After a significant wait, a second technician confirmed there were no problems. However, I provided video evidence from my BMW dealership clearly showing a puncture in the front passenger tire and uneven wear on the front tires. When this evidence was presented to the technician and a manager, Tim, their responses were unsatisfactory. The technician admitted to removing an object from the tire but claimed he couldn't locate it. Manager Tim's dismissive attitude and insistence that I would have to pay for a tire replacement, even after the evidence presented, were particularly unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply concerned about the quality of service and the lack of accountability at your Ontario location. I request a full investigation into this matter so that this will never happen to another customer and a resolution that addresses the identified issues with my tires, considering the evidence I provided demonstrating the need for repair or replacement. I have inquired about the status of my tire warranty. My vehicle's front tires have experienced a tire puncture-premature wear and tear, and I would appreciate it if Sam's Club owner would investigate the possibility of a warranty tire replacement, but he has not responded. I come to this Sam's Club Ontario for one reason only and that reason is for Nature Valley Wafers in bulk size. Otherwise, I will need to buy it from Walmart or Target. Costco doesn't carry this item. It's one of the snacks my daughter takes to school. So I have to keep it in stock at the house LOL. Funny, the 1st time I entered a Sam's Club, I was amazed by the high number of snacks ailses. I was like... WHOA! Snacks Galore! Perfect for me since I'm quite a snacker. However, as I am getting older, snacking has gone downhill which probably is a good thing. All these processed foods aren't good for us anyway. I use their self-checkout all the time. Don't really have to deal with staff unless there are issues with scanning. They have a food court indoors. I hear their pizzas are better than Costco pizzas. I haven't tried Sam's Club pizzas yet. I know friends who have both Sam's Club and Costco memberships. Both warehouses do sell same products for the most part, but also different stuff, too. Maybe they need to close the Ontario Sam's and start over. With one exception today with a helpful customer service rep, their managers and customer service team don't care about your concerns. I can't tell you how many times a "supervisor " walks to the packed customer service lines, and never offers to help out. The app is great but their shipping and delivery are terrible so why offer a terrible service. I know it's not the club directly but they need new contracts. I've received ripped up bags of dog food through shipping and delivery. There is no way the damage wasn't noticed! Today's delivery the tear in the dog food bag was deliberate. Maybe the tip wasn't big enough? I will not risk that someone put something in the bag to hurt my dogs. After 3 hours trying to get help from the store and promises of my call being returned, final a nice woman helped me understand the delivery service. I bought lactaid 3pk milk Sep 25 (approx 2 weeks prior). I discovered one carton seal was broken and smelled bad. I went to exchange for another. The customer service rep said in order for refund, at least 75 percent needed to be brought in. Nothing she could do. I trusted lactaid and Sam's club and did not check all cartons. They are actually more alike than they are different. Both sell Charmin toilet paper, organic tortilla chips, and hot dogs, which we all need and love (although not necessarily in that order). Both have great deals that change on a monthly basis, and so on and so forth. However, for those who are willing to get off their high horse and venture into Sam Walton's warehouse superstores, a streamlined and diverse shopping experience can be yours. What I like about Sam's is the variation in brands and varieties that they stock compared to Costco. That applies to everything from cheeses to tequilas to meats to diapers. Costco carries Huggies, and Sam's has Pampers - at the end of the day, they all end up full of shit and buried in the same place. Sam's Ontario is never crazy busy like the Costco less than a mile a way, and neither is its gas line, and last time I checked, neither owns a refinery. The greatest difference is in the tech, believe it or not! The Sam's App is far superior to the Costco one (which is always glitching and crashing), and it has the Scan and Go feature which let's you add items to your virtual cart as you add them to your physical cart, pay, and skip the check out lines. You can even order your Nathan's Famous ahead of time while perusing the freezer section and pick it up from the dedicated fast lane on your way out. I really enjoy shopping at the Sam's Club on Concourse in Rancho Cucamonga. The store is easy to navigate. Their produce is fresh and reasonable priced. As for the roasted chicken...what can I say? It tastes great, and there is enough meat for several meals, as well as chicken soup. Watching one of the cooks, Jay, is amazing. He almost looks like a magician the quick and efficient way that he gets about 40 chickens from the oven to packaged and labeled for the customers in minutes. Very time I come... I am a frequent buyer of flowers here at this location I have been a member for a few years now. It's every time I come that the lady working in the floral department gives me a hard time. I've tried to hold my tongue and give her the benefit of the doubt but she never greets us anytime we have a questions she's very cold one word response. I've been a member for 2 years now and have minimal issues here. The biggest perk of Sams is their Scan and Go feature on their app where you can check out on your phone. I use it every single time I shop here it makes checkout sooooo simple, never having to wait in line. The only time you need to get in line is for alcohol checkout. I also like the fact that Sams has bonus cash you earn for the money spent here, so you can apply what you've accumulated to your purchase. I don't have their credit card or anything just a Plus membership and one day realized I had $75 to spend on groceries based on the money I accumulated. Additionally, I love that with Plus membership I can shop @8am before they open to everyone @10am, it is literally empty in the store and don't get that crowded feeling. I recently obtained a Costco membership and will say honestly I still prefer Sams. The only thing I like about Costco over Sams besides the samples are they have more of a variety of frozen products vs Sams. However, I have price compared similar products between both stores and Sams is usually cheaper not by a lot but still cheaper than Costco. I don't understand the hoopla over Costco IMO. Also I've ordered from Sams online and delivered to my house with zero issues. I also like that they have a pretty lenient return policy so I have not hesitated to bring products back that I was unsatisfied with. Sams is pretty solid and I am happy with my membership and recommend coming here if you are interested. Also, forgot to mention their cupcakes are devine especially for parties, and their bakery sweets are awesome. So much here that you can't go wrong.
