Discriminatory against people who ride motorcycles. It's obvious I rode there on a motorcycle cuz they saw me ride in, but also cuz of my jacket and gear. Yet they told me I had to leave my backpack by the open door or else I wasn't allowed to come in. So I'm supposed to leave my backpack with valuables next to the entrance (or on my motorcycle) where it can be stolen, yet you let women with big purses into the store? And, they told me that with a grinning face as though they were super happy to kick me out. read more

My husband wanted to come here since he heard that they had some good deals. Some items are the things you can get at Costco at about the same price (shampoo, detergent). Some food items (water, drinks, coffee, etc). There is clothing too but most of the sizes are the "off-sizes" like men's XXL or larger. Lots of selection though for women and children (coats, jackets, pj's). There is also some furniture: sofas, chairs, stools, bathroom vanities, luggage. Lots of random items: sheets, pillows, indoor and outdoor lights, laundry hampers - like I said... lots of everything but at limited quantities. If you're in a rush, plan to come back at another time when you have the time to walk around the store. I was able to find some good deals because I walked down each and every aisle. My son found a good deal and was able to buy a brand new LG monitor for $200 normally priced at over $350. I'm definitely gonna come back. I may find another awesome deal. read more

I have been a frequent shopper at Costless wholesale since they opened in Orange. I frequent this store atleast 4/5 times a month and spend a significant amount of money every time. I typically leave spending more money than anticipated. However, I was very disappointed when I went in to exchange a pack of diapers that were to big and I just needed a size smaller. They day I purchased them, I specifically asked the cashier if I open the pack and they are too big can I exchange for the smaller size. She said yes as long as you're within the time frame. Less than 24hrs later I returned with my receipt and had gotten the smaller pack, as well as other items, then proceeded to the check out. I gave the cashier my receipt and the Full pack of diapers I needed to exchange. The cashier then said I could not exchange because I had opened them. I did inform her that the cashier who checked me out less than 24hrs prior had assured me it wouldn't be a problem. She called the manager on the phone in front of me, while speaking to him in Spanish so u didn't understand what she was saying, then hung up and told me no. I politely whispered to her saying, "You just lost a very good customer over $7. The irony of this is, many times I've purchased products from there that were taped shut, and missing atleast 2 or 3 of the contents inside, while my simple exchange had all the product, it was just opened and that's why she wouldn't honor it. I was embarrassed and left without purchasing any of my other items. What a shame. You should really value your customers more. Especially those who spend Alot of money there. read more

Some prices are better than others here. Clothing, shoes, and furniture are priced well. I have been to both Orange and La Habra locations, and enjoy the treasure hunt vibes; you never know what great deal you will find. This place has a lot of Costco and Sam's Club brands along with discounted Amazon-like merchandise. The main reason I am only giving two stars is solely because of customer service and the awkwardness of some employee interactions. There was an employee stocking something on the shelves and I asked her if I could take an empty cart that was in the aisle. She made eye contact with me, but didn't say anything, even after I repeated myself. She then just walked away to the counter without even saying a single word. It was awkward. Then I waited in line to pay, and when the customer before me was all checked out, the cashier at the counter just looked at me, didn't say anything to prompt me to come to the register such as "I can hep you here." I slowly started to walk up and assumed it was OK to come up. She and the employee next to her never said hi or greeted me or anything. They were engaged in a conversation about how much or little it hurt to get a nose piercing. Cashier gave me a total, I paid and I said thank you and that was that. Walking through the store, when you run into employees, they seem disinterested and disengaged. They make eye contact with you but don't say hi or even ask if you need anything. I am not asking for red carpet treatment anything, but customer service is super important in retail. Maybe they could use more training. It's a shame because when you watch their live social media posts, the employees seem very energetic and engaged. Not sure that I will come back, or if I do, I will lower my expectations. read more
