Amazing service. Staff is always so helpful. Selection of items change week to week. I look forward to going to see what's new in store all the time. Prices are unbelievable, so much less than retail. The store is very clean and organized by category. Special shout out to Nayely and Christopher. Nayely didn't hesitate to help me when I was questioning about a product (electric ice chest for $250 retail $600) She was quick to find out answers and very funny, made for an entertaining experience. Christopher didn't hesitate to help carry the heavy item for me. Very enjoyable experience all around. Just check dates b/c I have seen some food close to expiration. There may not be the size you need b/c it's whatever was left from the store but if you find your size & buy 4 items you will get the 5th item free! read more

Such a fun store to visit with so many discounted items. Feels like a Costco/Sam's but far less expensive. They gave everything from food, drinks, cleaners, clothing, pet supplies, furniture, etc etc etc. Highly recommend to visit and the manager Francis supported us with excellent customer service. Service is good they do have a huge selection of different things go when they restock it's best they have more items out. One thing that's not my favorite is they keep expensive items in the back and sell them for more I understand it but that's just my opinion. You'll find some ok deals in the store nothing crazy worth a look . read more

Nayely running the furniture department was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She worked with us to get a better deal on a dining room table and connected us with a third party to help with delivery. She is a hard worker, throughout our visit we watched her attentively assist any and all customers who found themselves in her department. This is a discount store that seems to get many of their products from places like Costco, Sam's Club, and other stores. I'm guessing the other stores can't move this merchandise so these kind of stores pick it up and sell it at a discount price. Overall, that's a good thing. You can find some really good deals here and you can also find some completely normal prices here. The biggest thing about shopping here is to check the "expiration" or best by dates for food items. I did not do that consistently on my first time out and I came home with several items that were "expired" by about a week. I'm not saying the food is bad per se. It seems like those best by dates are just recommendations at best. I still don't like coming home with "expired" food. read more

What a great new addition to orange! They have everything here! From outside furniture, to appliances and clothing, and the prices are excellent! Service was very friendly, the shelves well stocked. Nice, new, clean, bright, spacious! Everything the older location has but MORE! There is a Yelp check-in discount for $5 off $100, but the cashier wasn't aware of it. They offered a $10 off discount instead (which was better, and we took!). They had the but 4 clothing, get the 5th one free sale. It is also bigger, in proximity to hospitals, and in a busier location/plaza compared to the other location in La Habra. Today's shopping found a London Fog jacket, Naturalizer Koka Black Leather boots, and surprisingly, Texas A&M hats (my alma mater)! Some other interesting items I found that had nice prices included weighted blankets, Vanissa bath bar, snow shoes, electric piano, and of course the other electronics, furniture, shoes, etc. This location is also closer driving to me compared to the other one. Just wanted to commend the team on their prompt response to what looked like an overcharge on a recent bill. I received an email back within minutes and was promptly connected by phone immediately following to resolve the matter. It's Christmas everyday there. I am so lucky I Loop close by so I can check in almost every day. They get new items ship down and you never know what you're going to get from day to day.if you see something you like you better snag. It or it'll be gone In a flash.the prices you would not believe. I found a pair of timberland boots for $19 ! Recently I'm bought a Dyson cordless vacuum 4 under $300! I didn't necessarily need it but you can't beat that price. I'm almost afraid to post this because the more people find out about it. The quicker items will fly out of the door.
