The problem is that he collected rent for the month of Nov on Dec 16 and has not sent it to me and obviously not responding. Looks like he just changed the name of the business from Rental options LLC to now All island property options. I even tried to get in touch with him through another realtor he works for ( exit Home Realty) without success Now I am left to sue him for the rent money he collected and never sent. BE WARE!!
